We were looking for a pet friendly home and a single level home for my mother. This was perfect on both accounts . I personally liked the beach access that we were near (East Access, North beach). It was close and not nearly as crowded as the ones both north and south of us.
The home is older with older home character. I really enjoy that. It’s not a new condo or townhome so don’t expect that feel. With that being said, I’d gladly stay there again.

The property was amazing. It was such a small walk to the beach that we even went out that morning before we left just to hear the waves one last time. Janine was fantastic at communication and super understanding when I had to make a last-minute change to the party members, there were plenty of towels. The beds were comfortable no complaints at all nice property perfect location and you definitely cannot beat the price.

This was as if 2 beachouses had been put together. House was nice however did not expect a stepdown to the living room.(2 steps) however was very convenient for Tybee Island also about 3 blocks to beach (nice). A pleasant get away with a sugar shack 1/2 block away. A good stay family enjoyed daughter and boyfriend, Son and wife plus 2 grankids less than 1 year old fit snuggley in house.

The house is spacious. It seems to have undergone several renovation. Causing the floor to be uneven. The host is responsive to correct problems.

We absolutely loved the house! We loved the location of the property and the size and amenities that was offered! We will definitely be getting this one again if it is available when we go to Tybee again!

This comfy and inviting house had everything we needed to enjoy a short beach getaway! Tybee Island is a charming town and this house puts you right in the middle of the most relaxing and fun area.

We really enjoyed this house. The proximity to the beach was outstanding. Everything we needed was right there. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room. Communication with the owner was excellent and everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend this house and owner.

Close to everything! Even the beach you can hear while sitting on front deck! Host was quick to reply and easy to get in touch with...would definitely recommend to others

We loved the layout of this home and the fenced in backyard for our fur babies. Great location to beach, only a block to the beach access. Loved the contactless checkin and ease of communication with the property manager. Will most definately stay here again in the future!

Enjoyed the house and back yard immensly, the mosiquitos were annoying but fire pit helped to keep them away. Proxmity to the beach and businesses was awesome. Thank you

Super short walk to the beach and walkable distance to lighthouse and North Beach made days enjoyable. Quiet street and neighborhood and comfortable beds made for good sleeping. Great beach sunrises for early birds!

This is a nice space. Plenty of rooms very close to the beach. Nice backyard with a great fire pit. We hope to secure this place same time next year. ❤️

We loved staying here and the close walk to the beach and to the lighthouse. We loved being able to enjoy our dogs coming with us. Working with the owner was amazing. We enjoyed the backyard and the fireplace in the fence in backyard was so relaxing. Highly recommend this home.

My husband and I rented for four weeks. Our first winter getaway as retirees. House is close to everything. We were able to walk to the theater, beach, a lovely park, ice cream shop and shopping. Only a short drive to Savanna sightseeing.The house needed many updates. Especially the kitchen. The floors have a laminate flooring that is impossible to clean. The coffee maker was broken but when I called the owners they were right on it. A new coffee pot was delivered within 12 hours which we we’re grateful for. It’s a great place for larger families with older kids.

Love the location - a short walk to the beach. The bunk room was perfect for kids and the games and other stuff there was great entertainment when we weren't at the beach

They were up to 8 of us staying at a time and there was plenty of room for everyone. There was some unseasonably cold weather during our stay and host was responsive to an issue that arose.. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, cookware and utensils. Short walk to the beach. Everyone had a good time.

Clean home with plenty of room for the family! Everything was easy to the location of the home compared to shops and restaurants to walking to the beach a very short distance from the home.

The cottage was cute.. but dirty floors and windows. The amenities were awesome..but we shouldn't have had to clean the dishes and cookware before we used it. We definitely left it cleaner than we found it!! The backyard was not usable at all. There was still debris from Hurricane Ian all over. We couldn't even get to the burn pit to use it. We didn't pay all that money to clean up someone else's yard on vacation. The gas grill was nasty. Didn't look like it had been cleaned for quite some time. But we made the best of it and had a great time on Tybee Island.

The property is in an excellent location for bike rentals, 2 mins to the beach & exploring Tybee Island. Ppty had everything we needed. Enjoyed the stay!
