Property is lovely. Common area space in the unit is great. Dream Vacations Team is responsive to any needs and requests. Unit could use some updated utensils and pots and pans.

We spent a wonderful week in this huge beautifully decorated condo. Great view, clean pool and the beach is right outside your door. Parking was easy, complex was quiet and clean, great location to get to everything Sanibel has to offer quickly. We will definitely check out your availability the next time we visit Sanibel.

I would definitely stay here again. Great location, great supplied condo. Beach chairs provided was very much appreciated being that we flew. The unit had everything you would need for a weeks vacation for all ages, to kids potty seat, step stools, blenders, flash light, beach equipment, the list goes on and on. We did need something fixed and replaced and it was literally taken care of within 2 hours of it being reported. Great service!

This is the perfect place for a family get away. Spacious, clean , cute condo right on the ocean. The pool is nice too. Lots of restaurants and stores as well. We had a great week!

Comments above Always enjoyed visiting my parents condo. I thought the bathrooms need a little more attention when cleaning. The shower curtain in guest bath was gross. I was shocked at dust On trim throughout house (particularly in bath) but my mom said that you said that requires deep cleaning. I do that weekly at Home... any sign of something that needs cleaned to me means not cleaned well enough. Other than that property is well cared for and beautiful!

Great unit, plenty of space. Very clean and comfy. Location is wonderful being so close to beach, grocery stores and restaurants. We look forward to a return visit soon.

Beautifully located and maintained property with plenty of room, views of the ocean, very nice Florida style but modern finishes, we’ve been coming to Sanibel an Captiva for about 20 years and this is one of the nicest condos we’ve stayed in. My wife, 3 daughters, and I all had everything we needed for the perfect Sanibel vacation!! Great to work with Ryan. Fast responses to questions starting with the inquiry to rent the property to dealing with a minor issue.

Wonderful unit freshly remodeled with great taste. Space for kids cousins and grandpa. Very well appointed and comfortable with decent view.

The rental process was great especially the “no check-in” process. The property feels secluded but very accessible to everything on the island. We would definitely stay here again

The condo was absolutely beautiful and was well equipped with all the amenities anyone could imagine. Ryan was a wonderful host and was quick to reply to any questions. We enjoyed a walk on the beach each morning, a good book at poolside mid-day & beautiful sunsets at night. Convenient location; great layout for families; highly recommended!

We booked this unit before the renovation was complete and were thrilled with the final product. The unit was very clean and tastefully decorated. We were unsure whether beach towels were provided and packed them to be sure. There were beach towels at the unit, so save the space in your suitcase and use theirs. The unit has outside access to the back deck, so we were able to rinse off and carry our beach supplies up without going through the house. This was great and allowed us to avoid tracking sand in with us each time. The unit sits back a little and we came to like the short distance from the pool as well as the quiet that came there. The beach access was an easy walk and we found a great deal of shells just outside the unit. Overall, this was a great experience and we would definitely return. We visited some of the larger resorts on the island and all agreed that we preferred the quaintness of this complex. Thank you!
