This property was awesome. We take a 4th of July trip each year. This by far was the best house we’ve been to. Communication with Mariana was excellent, the home was very clean, pretty Much how it was described in listing, and the neighborhood is quiet and easy to get to. We took full advantage of the pool and outdoor kitchen space. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

My family of 8, (2 adults, 3 college age, 3 teens) had a great time. The house is exactly as pictured. As other reviews states it is smaller than the pictures suggest, but we did not find it to be cramped. The outside of the home was exceptional with plenty of areas to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The pool and views were beautiful. There was also a separate hot tub on the deck. Lastly, we bought our golf cart. The area was idea for driving around and exploring.

Really enjoyed our stay everything was setup so nicely and very accommodating our family had a blast!

This property was great for my friends and I! The jacuzzi and pool were great and worked wonderful! We were even able to utilize the grill that was there! Everything worked as normal and there was plenty of sleeping space! Will definitely be back!

This home was everything and more! My group and I loved the pool, jacuzzi, grilling area and even looking out over the river! There were more than enough sleeping areas and bathrooms for a group of 7! The beds were comfortable, water pressure strong and hot water was perfect and never ran out! We were able to utilize many of the appliances and everything worked perfectly! When I come back to this area I will be sure to use this home again for my stay!

It was beautiful and perfect. It is smaller than the the pictures look, but that didn’t matter for us. We had a wonderful time!

The house was perfect for our weekend. The hot tub was an added bonus. Three bedrooms with two tv’s. The bathroom faucets and shower heads can be updated but other than that it was great.

The place was clean, organized, and beautiful. I was comfortable because i had all the amenities necessary to make a meal, that made me feel like home. I would definitely recommend this place to friends.

As a group of 12 it’s hard to find time that we can all get together and travel. So this close to home river front property was wonderful. The pool and outside bar were perfect. A couple of us got in the river which was nice! The outside deck and seating was great and the view from the full glass walls in the living room are perfect to wake up to overlooking the river. Would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our staycation. We could not believe that we would find a paradise so close to home. The house was so clean, comfortable, and fully equipped. The views you get from the house are hard to beat. You definitely don’t feel you are in Houston. The pool is definitely a plus! My kids really enjoyed their vacation before school started. The host was amazing. We will definitely come back soon!!!!

This was our second stay here this summer. It’s a great place to unwind. The house is very clean and comfortably fit our family of 5. The pool is a godsend during the hot summer months, and it’s very peaceful sitting on the deck looking over the river into the nature preserve on the other side. It doesn’t feel like Houston, which makes it easy to forget you’re on a staycation. Would definitely visit again. Also, Mariana (the home’s host) is awesome and goes out of her way to make sure everything goes smoothly.

This property was perfect for a weekend getaway! Beautiful scenery of the river, very clean home, huge outdoor kitchen, all necessary amenities, host was very accommodating and responsive!

We had a great time! My overall experience was exactly what I was looking for and the owner was AWESOME! Super responsive and totally gracious when my 4 year old broke a decorative bowl! My only issue would be the pictures are a bit generous and make the place look larger than it is in real life. That being said, we had an amazing trip and would definitley go back!

We spent three nights on the river with our 2 kids and their grandparents. The house was perfect. We spent most of our time in the pool, playing ping pong and foosball and enjoying the gorgeous view. Mariana was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a great property for a family wanting to get away. I had read previous reviews that the house is small and it is. However, the floor plan of the home maximizes the space wonderfully. Additionally, we did not stay inside much because the outdoor areas were fabulous. We took full advantage of the pool and the sitting areas while enjoying the view of the river and all the boats. My family of eight adults stayed in this house and we had a wonderful time just relaxing, BBQing, and enjoying the fabulous sunsets. Also, I would like to add that the owners were very responsive in checking that we had everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay.

The location was beautiful, looked just as described. Like others have said, the pictures make the house look much bigger but there was plenty of room for 6 adults and 1 kid. Beds were really comfortable.

The property was really clean and in an excellent location for our stay, the amenities at the property were very good but the pictures do make the property seem larger than it is. As a group of 12 adults the property was not large enough to make our stay work comfortably. I would however recommend this property for a smaller group or a family travelling with older children. The owners were very helpful when ever I spoke to them and were happy to resolve and fix any issues very quickly. Overall a good property to stay at.

I booked this property because my father is a patient at MD Anderson (a cancer hospital), so we were there under very unfortunate circumstances. Now if anyone has ever had to be a patient and/or a patients family of friends, at any of the hospital in Houston's medical district, then you are well aware of the fact, that any hotel you stay at, you have a constant reminder of tragedy and death. Having said that, you also know that part of healing and/or acceptance, is state of mind, and the experience of staying at this house is truly unforgettable. The travel time to the medical district was only about 30-45 minutes depending on the time of day, but is more than worth it. Not only is the house unbelievable, but the pool is perfect, and nothing can beat the sunrises and sunsets. Not to mention, is it literally the most quiet neighborhood I've ever been to, and if you are right on the river, like this house is, then everyone going by in their boats are friendly, and respectful. Additionally, the owners went above and beyond, to make sure that we enjoyed our stay as much as possible, they are truly great people. So in summary, its worth every penny and more.
