Lovely apartment and great hosts. Fantastic communication. Very clear instructions regarding check in and check out, extra stay book with all necessary info regarding Prague. Amazing location, so close everywhere. Great Horror Pub on the same street 😉 Extras such as tea, coffee and beer in the fridge 🤣 very clean apartment and nice building. Highly recommend

No air con but the funs were provided. During the night time when we had to open the windows was a bit too loud from the busy street

Need to claim up 96 steps,no elevator,the AC didnt work The shower is super small We didnt have enough toilet paper , towels .

The location was wonderful and made movement around the city easy. Also, the value was amazing for all that we got with the property. Overall, it was a great experience.

Although it wasn't directly a part of the booking, I feel like the parking could have been better. It was very difficult to get into the parking lot, especially with a large vehicle.

The place was amazing and had everything we needed, it's close to a lot of tourist attractions.

Location Great shower with two different sized shower heads Three large beds for adults so family could stay together in apartment Tea, coffee, cocoa all provided. Little extras like make up removal pads and shower gel in bathroom.

Nothing really Would have liked larger frying pan to cook English breakfast

The rooms were very spacious and well lit. Really good localization near the park. As a group of 8, this apartament was a great pick, serving us as a perfect place for a weekend in Prague.

Unfortunately the beds were very noisy.

Top location. Within walking distance from castle, old town, river, we very much liked the park and climb upon the hill across the street. Nice restaurants and pubs in the neighbourhood. Very cosy apartment. Nice that coffee, tea, herbs, oil, vinegar, even beers were there for us. Easy and Swift communication with personnel whenever needed. Never seen anyone in person, but they still made us feel welcome.

5th floor apartment & no elevator.

The location was really good, I would say prime location to almost every where in the city. Facilities were all good. Cleanliness was fabulous. The pillows were not comfortable at all. The mattress are ok not too good! The decoration and lighting are fabulous that one can feel like home.

The staff were really rude! Very Very rude. Some one opened our door with keys before 9:40 a.m. to clean the apartment without knocking! Which is a breach of privacy. My child got sick that departure day early morning. We made some hot soup to give her comfort then she was feeling sick. So I went down in the baggage keeping area and asked gently 2 ladies working there, explained every thing. Said we will be 20-30 minutes late, apologies. One of the lady said ok as I have showed her googled translator on the phone, the other lady made face on me! looked like she did not agree with me. After that before 11:20 on lady came up and started shouting with me & my husband, saying no no.. out out. My husband was just getting dressed up as he has just cleaned the flat. Then we came out in no time at the corridor. Another man came in the flat for the cleaning lady that time I have received the call from the company while we were at the corridor. Took every thing out in a rush. Not paid for that much rudeness!

Accessible for transportation and tourist spot. We really like petrin.

The toilet is too small and the toilet door is not in a good condition.

perfect for 2 large families travelling together. so close to Supermarkets and Old Town.

found it hard to control temperature in apartment so it was very hot. noisy neighbors but you can’t predict that.

The room is perfect for groups of friends looking to have a good time in Prague.
