New, renovated hotel, everything was clean and nice. No cheap materials used while renovating and every detail finished. Owner and staff super friendly and helpfull. Closed and locked private parking place. And the terrace... relaxing and charming little Tuscany near Znojmo.

Friendly host She advised a restaurant close to the hotel, called 'horses farm' Price and quality Breakfast was rich and refilled multiple times. Ik couldn't give a different mark, but it should be a 7,5.

There was no bin in the room. Only a small one in the bathroom. That was not so functional. The location, is a bit far from the sights in Moravia. If you are planning a trip as a critical wine lover, there's not so much tot see in this region.

Closed free parking without any reservation in advance.. Easy access from the main road. Has a restaurant to have a breakfast, drink a wine in the evening. Really cheap.

The personal speaks English limited. The dinner we have expected to have after arriving must be ordered in advance and no chances to get it if no reserved in advance before arriving. The personal recommend some places nearby but ir was already closed, so they should now its working hours or do not give such recommendations.
