Fabulous! This location took our vacation to the next level. The property manager is right their and answered all inquiries right away. The location was amazing. The bedrooms were quiet despite outside noise. And the loft had so many cool touches. Many things to do..games, free streaming TV, Bluetooth speaker, excellent bath products. Could not have been happier. And when comparing the price vs 2 separate hotel rooms for the 2 couples who stayed, the Loft was right in line with that pricing but you get so much more space and ability to hang out.

This loft and location is incredible. It is right in the middle of Printers Alley so it was super close to all of the restaurants, bars, and Broadway just a short walk away. The loft is huge and gorgeous. The beds were like sleeping on a dream too. The management group was very easy to work with as well. PERFECT for a girls NashBash weekend!

The Printers Alley lofts are super unique, well equipped and located. The grand loft is HUGE - way bigger than pics do it justice. Darold, the property manager is awesome, very attentive and easily accessible. He was so kind and flexible we had multiple waves coming and going. The loft has everything you need for a great stay! I will say, the loft is one level above the street and Printers alley at night is basically Bourbon Street. So if that’s what you want, it’s perfect! Just be prepared. There are bands playing below you all night so sleep isn’t something you’re getting easily, but that’s not why you’re visiting Nashville! Also, all the full bathrooms are in bedrooms and one bedroom doesn’t have a bathroom so you do need to share. Also, the smokers for the lofts hang out right below the loft balcony which is also the entrance to the building - all day and night so for non-smokers, it’s not ideal.

Great location unit was overly spacious which was awesome.. there was construction below us which we could hear of the morning during the work week days

I can’t say enough great things about the grand loft! Not only is it perfectly located within walking distance of almost everything you would want to do in downtown Nashville, it is also such a fun and unique place to stay. I’m pretty sure they used this location to film the music video to Thomas Rhett’s song “crash and burn!” We came here as a group of 12 for my sister’s bachelorette party, and it was perfect for this! Everyone in our group loved the property and was sad to leave. You will not be disappointed if you book the grand loft.

The pictures are very accurate the place is beautiful. Great open layout for a group. Location is right in the middle of the action. Building manager was very nice and communicated getting into the space well. He made himself available for questions or problems, non of which we had as the place is perfect.

Loft was roomy and had everything we needed. Cannot beat being in printer's alley. Great time

Great unique place to stay! It's like Graceland on steroids. Super cool! Historic bars right outside the door. Daryl was a great host.

Perfect stay with the perfect host. Highly recommend.

We celebrated a milestone birthday with friends and family over a 5 day weekend and had the absolute best time. The property allowed us to bring in a privates chef and acoustic musicians while we relaxed and visited and enjoyed ourselves. The balcony provided the perfect view of the happenings on Printers Alley. We were walking distance to just about everywhere we wanted to go but when we needed to drive the parking garage was right there. We can’t wait to return!

Beautiful place, great location. For that much money though, my expectation is that the place should be 100% in working order. The bathroom lights were burned out in one of the rooms and the damn makes a really loud noise when turned on. Also, right off of the kitchen, the water heater situation is leaky and unappealing.

Location. Location. Location. Not only can you not beat the location the place is huge. We had 10 people in our loft and there was so much space. Never once felt crowded. Will definitely book here for our next trip.

The atmosphere and decor created a great environment. Nice to enjoy Nashville without crowds and cowboy boots. We will book again.

We were stunned when we saw the property! It was even more GRAND than we thought. I believe this is the nicest place you could find in the area. It's in the heart of everything. We felt like rock starts! This is one of the nicest VRBOs I've ever stayed at! Highly Recommended!

Grand loft at Printer’s Alley was an amazing spot. We were a party of 6 ladies celebrating a birthday and it was the perfect place for us. EXCELLENT EXCELLENT location, accommodations, cleanliness and ease of checking in and checking out. Darold (super host) was SUPER! We will definitely be return guests. Even though parking is not included, the public parking is literally steps away. $45 per 24h period. The only slight downfall were the “few” homeless strewn about the alley, but it’s to be expected in cities.

The property was great. Cool, eclectic vibe. Couldn’t ask for a better location. We loved using the balcony overlooking Printers Alley. Property manager was easy to deal with and readily available even for something as minor as a battery for the remote. We enjoyed our stay so much that we were discussing when to return even while we were still there. I even referred it to a friend today. We will definitely be making another trip very soon and wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else.

Fantastic location and Darold was great. Very smooth check in procedure and the location couldn’t be better. We walked to dining and entertainment during our entire stay. The place is enormous and has all of the comforts! We will stay again for sure.
