We enjoyed our stay at Cityscape Penthouse immensely. It was clean, well decorated and comfortable. The location was great. We walked almost everywhere and clocked many hours on that beautiful terrace. We would love to come back in the future.

My BBF and I treated ourselves to a ladies only vacation. We loved staying here. First, the location was excellent, right next to State Street. It's a 4th floor penthouse on top of business, so very quiet and private at night. The condo was very update to date, professionally decorated, clean and comfortable. It was so nice to have this as our landing spot as we enjoyed so much that Santa Barabar had to offer. Having the concierage have charcuterie board waiting for us upon arrival turned out to be a great option. We felt like Queens. Loved our stay here. Also, would be perfect for 2 couples as well.

We couldn’t have asked for anything more. This place is in the heart of Santa Barbara. It had everything we needed and more…it’s like they read our minds! We especially loved the wrap around porch and the views of “America’s Riveria”.

Fabulous location - a couple of blocks off State St. The apartment is the entire 4th floor of building above offices. Elevator key, so only renters are able to get up to the 4th floor! We felt secure. Lovely open floor plan with windows in four directions. The patio/balcony is awesome with view of the mountains. The living room and both bedrooms have access to the balcony through french doors. There is a grill, high top table with umbrella and stools, and then a sitting area with comfy chairs and couch. All the amenities of home. Dedicated covered parking place in the buildings parking lot. Excellent communication with the rental company. Would highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

The reservation and check in process was very efficient and simple. We did the optional meet & greet with John which we found very helpful. We wanted to explore and experience State St but also needed a quiet place to rest and unwind—this was a good spot to do just that. My husband is a light sleeper, so he was very happy! Thanks again for having us!

Cityscape is a very private top floor condo in a vintage building, one block from beautiful State street downtown. It has a very comfortable living room and nice sized kitchen. The king beds are comfy but one squeaks at every movement. The views are beautiful of the mountains and Spanish buildings. All the restaurants were great. Ralph's market is two blocks west. Do not miss the Oat bakery for delicious baked on site bread loaves. We loved the charcoal sourdough bread. The beach and wharf is a pleasant 15 minute walk. It was so nice to never need our car. Loved our 4 day stay.

My friend and I had a fantastic stay in Santa Barbara, and greatly appreciated this relaxed, spacious condo with terrific amenities and convenience to the entire downtown. We were able to combine working remotely with lots of exploring & beautiful beaches and dining. A wonderful find!

My husband and I stayed here with our son and daughter-in-law while we attended our nephew's wedding in Santa Barbara. This location and property had everything we needed to make it an easy and relaxing stay. When we weren't attending wedding activities, we really enjoyed the large and comfortable rooftop patio. The two large bedrooms and bathrooms provided complete comfort and privacy . We all commented that the property was furnished with very nice, high end pieces and decorated very well. Having a covered parking spot was also very helpful. The communication that we received was comprehensive and we felt as if we had all of the information needed. There was never an issue when we needed to contact someone but we felt very confident that they would be extremely responsive. We would highly recommend this condo on a visit to Santa Barbara. You will not be disappointed.

We were a family of 4. Great location. A big comfortable apartment with all the amenities for our stay. Super comfy big beds. Large outdoor balcony with nice seating and views over the city and mountains. Walking distance to everywhere including the bay. Nothing negative to say.

My sisters and I took my dad on a thank you trip to Santa Barbara and chose Cityscape for its location. It did not disappoint! It was walkable to so many stores and restaurants. The view was fantastic and the outdoor patio was so relaxing. It was a quiet location but so close to the action. The communication with the property manager was great.

Finding the lock box was a little confusing but it was a perfect place to stay. Loved having the A/C & outdoor terrace. Has one specified parking spot which was nice. Walking distance to so many restaurants & shopping. The beach is about a half hour walk but it's fun to check out the shops on the way & stop for a glass of wine. Would definitely stay there again.

The apartment is in a perfect location for hitting all the great Santa Barbara sites. We especially enjoyed morning coffee and evening cocktails on the outdoor balcony. The view is great and the street noise isn't that bad. Feels more like a neighborhood than a downtown district. Bedroom suites with private baths worked out great. Would love to return to this spot soon!

Overall it was a great experience. The apt was great and the outside deck were excellent ! It was nice to roll out and go wherever we wanted to . My one complaint would be the use of the TV Even though our use was limited, one had to jump through hoops to use it...

The location of this condo is great if you want to be in easy walking distance to restaurants and State Street. The condo itself is spacious, has a good layout and there are good views from all rooms and especially the rooftop patio. It was perfect for 2 couples and the off-street parking spot is a plus.

We have stayed in Cityscape several times and always enjoy our stay. It is within walking distance to numerous fabulous restaurants. The weather was fantastic so we were able to walk every day including, numerous walks overlooking the ocean. The check-in process was clear and the property support was excellent. We (2 couples) spent a long wedding weekend in SB and found the place to be perfect for our needs! Both bedrooms and bathrooms are large with plenty of space and privacy. It's a short walk from everything you'll need and the views are great!

We absolutely loved our stay in Santa Barbara in this fantastic spot. The unit was so clean and perfectly located within walking distance of great restaurants, shops and sights. We would recommend to anyone and book again in a heartbeat!

This is the perfect location for a short stay. The roof top location and multiple security features (exterior lockable gate at street entrance; key-operated elevator; off street parking) couldn't have been better for staying just a block off of State Street. For a short-term stay, this place would be hard to beat. However, we stayed for three weeks and over the course of that time found some short comings: a broken window shade that was not repaired although reported at check-in, the mattresses in both bedrooms are very soft, the ice maker broke (took 4 days to repair), the cooking utensils are low-end and some of the dishes/pots/pans where dirty, there are no curtains in the kitchen and main living area and the sun can be blinding in the AM & PM, there was no coffee table across from the sofa (the living room furniture in the on-line photos has been changed out), there was no response from the property owner to the property managers when we expressed our concerns. The property managers were very responsive and helpful and check-in, although via phone due to COVID, went very smoothly.

Our first time to Santa Barbara for my party of 4. It will not be our last! Beautiful condo - very comfortable filled with everything you would need. Plenty of space and luxury for two couples. The patio and view were the perfect place to relax! We will be back! Thank you Cityscapes!
