築浅で建物自体は割とキレイめなほうでした。キッチン、お風呂もキレイでした。

ベッドが柔らか過ぎて、腰痛持ちにはつらい。枕も柔らかいもののみで、硬めの選択肢がない。枕を含め寝具が全体的に古くさい匂いがする。明らかに洗ってないし、干してもいない？ダイニングのテーブルも小さくて、部屋の定員数にあっておらず、食事が大変だった。ダイニングソファもちゃちくて、針金の骨組みがお尻に当たって痛いし、定員全員が座ることはできない。しかも座り心地が非常に悪い。3時にチェックインすると伝えてあったが、駐車場には別の車が停まっていて、清掃員と鉢合わせした。チェックインなどの連絡も事前に3、4回同じものが繰り返しきて、何がしたいのかわからなかった。

It is clean and tidy. Facilities well equipped with stove, dishes, crockery and everything you need. The best thing I like is the powerful clothes dryer in the bathroom that will dry up the laundry overnight so we washed them and very night before going to bed.

The bed wasn’t so comfy that it made squeaky noice even with minor movement. My wife complained about pain on her back and arms because she didn’t sleep well. The mattress and pillow is poor.

If you want something close to the airport and outlet mall, this is the place; otherwise this isn't a good value property.

This property does not have anyone on-site to assist you if you need help. We checked in at night and followed the guide (emailed to us) to retrieve the key to the building and suite; however, we only had the key to the building and NOT to the suite. After an hour of messaging and calling, the housekeeper showed up and checked each mailbox. No key to our suite was found. As we waited for the housekeeper to arrive, we checked with other neighbors and they said it's poor service to keep us waiting. The housekeeper had to search for our suite key from a locked up storage room along with other keys. It took us over an hour to get into out suite (around midnight). The property management/owner and the housekeeper are very dishonest. They denied that it took us that long to check-in and also denied that the incident took place. The guide that was emailed to us is outdated. After checking in, we wanted to login to WiFi following the guide, but we couldn't find the portable WiFi as noted. Again, we had to contact the property waited for a while for them to respond. Also, note that the air conditioners in both ros of the suite are very loud at night. It's a loud thudding and water dripping sound which the property manager/owner and housekeeper denied. Note: if you have a large party like us, rooms are too small for 8 people. You need to climb over beds to get in and out. The value we paid for was not refundable so with the issues we had encountered, the property basically took our money and did not offer any compensation nor a sincere apology.
