Deb and Bill are wonderful owners of this beautiful one bedroom condo. It is furnished beautifully, stocked well and pet friendly. The location in Beach Haven is perfect and Murphy's Market is two blocks away. The Pearl Street Beach is wonderful with it's large Gazebo and easy zig zag beach entrance. This was a perfect vacation!

This property was conveniently and centrally located to all LBI attractions and restaurants. With two small dogs and a 3-month old baby, it suited our needs and was maintained.

Our family of four (kids 7 & 1.5) plus our mini schnauzer had a great time. Easy to use new appliances, full kitchen, nice new bathroom, and central air. Comfortable pull out couches in living room & bed in master bedroom. Beautiful sunsets and bay views on the common deck in the back. Everything was easy to get to especially the best restaurants and ice cream. Ample parking by the beach if you choose not to walk. Owners were easy to get in touch with and gave concise instructions. LBI has something for everyone. Perfect beach vacation.

The condo is clean and comfortable. Easy to walk or bike places to eat or shop. Can't open side windows as they view a hallway running to the other condos. Very small deck outside living area, fronting the parking lot. Sunsets over the bay viewed from the common deck are awesome.

Very enjoyable experience. Listing was accurate in the description and the apartment was clean and comfortable, well furnished, conveniently located. Owner was helpful and accessible for questions, etc. Shopping was excellent in a lovely food market a few blocks away. I would recommend this listing . I would also recommend The Black Whale restaurant which was Nearby.

This condo is new, clean, and decorated so nicely :) Beautiful views of the bay and a 10 minute walk to the beach. Extremely comfortable and cozy for our family of 5. The Keurig is an added plus!

Newly renovated condo near beach, marina, restaurants, shopping. Very comfortable and styled for your beach vacation. Clean, first floor easy access, perfect for 1-5 people. Debbie and Bill are attentive and want you to enjoy your stay. I highly recommend this rental and its hosts!

I'm tempted to write a bad review to keep this gem off the "most wanted" list for 2016 but I know that would be an injustice. Seriously, everything about this vacation experience was absolutely perfect - the condo is modern, very clean, very spacious for a couple or small family and located in a prime location with view of the bay, easy walk to the beach, restaurants (both on the bay and beach side), Fantasy Island, shops, a market, grocery store and liquor store. You don't have to drive your car once After you arrive if you don't want to! Furthermore, the owners keep the house well-stocked with toiletries, paper products for dining, etc and the washer/dryer was a great bonus because we didn't have to come home and do any laundry. Finally, besides all he house has to offer, the owner was very responsive both via email and on the telephone to all my questions beforehand and during our stay. Nothing could have made our stay better - cannot wait for next year!!!
