Excellent location. In a quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable bed. The owner was very receptive and helpful. Kitchen had everything required.

The apartment is very good. The owner was very friendly and attentive, he provided us with very useful information about places of interest on the island. It has been a pleasant and interesting stay from a cultural point of view.

I am writing here because it was greatest apartment experience ever! I highly recommend to book place in here when you are planning trip to Sardegna! Each of room has a private, big bathroom as well there is a one big terrace for kitchen and single room as well one balcony for red double room. I want to clarify as it is not seeable on photos. Every time we want to spend time together we were meeting in kitchen and balcony! Place was super clean and tidy! Awesome! Don’t worry about parking, as you can free park around the building. We rented car to visit all the island and far away beaches. Btw building is new and fresh, as we could see all Cagliari is taking care about rubbish segregation, so we naturally adjust to it. Thank you Gian for carrying about us, super easy contact and such a warm welcome! So impressed! Gian welcome us and showed us how to use AC and how to protect balcony equipment from bad weather condition (we had only one raining day). It was so nice to see all the recommendations of beaches and restaurants from you! Thank you for having us! Wish you all best!

The decor was modern. The layout modern and sleek. 3 bedrooms (two double, one single) all en suite. Beautiful balcony with sunset view. Fifty metres to bus-stop.. and every ten minutes to the centre.

Absoluteley mothing. The owner even welcomedus with pastries and a 2008 vintage bottle of wine and advine on places to visit (and how to get there)

Gian was super kind and helpful, we had major delays with our ferry, and he waited for us for a late check in, gave us a lot of tips especially regarding restaurants and location/sightseeing, all of them were really nice and totally worth it. the place is super clean and fully equipped, the bed is comfortable and most important thing is air conditioner in the bed room! Highly recommend! :)
