5 days of serine quietness , much needed fro busy life. The vibe took me like I was in a European cottage. Definitely staying again. ❤️

We drove 4hrs from Portland and as we arrived Teresa decided to extend her family members that were staying here and told me it was VRBO’s fault (system error with scheduling). VRBO customer service said this is definitely not the case and that she wasn’t telling the truth. We were stranded until we used an alternate platform since VRBO wouldn’t allow same-day booking for an alternative. I gave Teresa a chance to own it and she straight up lied. No telling what a person like this will do in the future so I thought it worthwhile to warn anyone else intending on a long journey to stay here. Don’t get stranded like we did :(

We spent a week at Riverside and had a great time playing in the pool! The room is comfortable and nicely decorated. The kitchen is complete. This was our third stay and we will be back next year.

This was our 2nd time staying here. There is everything you need and more. Teresa is extremely nice, and helpful. The place is clean, comfy, & our dog loves to play outside by the river. There's plenty of shopping & restaurants nearby. We'll be back!

Nice place against river front. Studio style with nice space and style.

Was searching for river front cottages in Grants Pass for Christmas week and ran across this property. What a GEM! Teresa, the host, was so helpful upon arrival with studio and local information. We rented the studio apartment which had everything you would need. The atmosphere was quiet, qauint, private and cozy. Just soooo relaxing. Will return for sure!

We loved everything about this property and the owner, Teresa, is a very kind and accommodating host. We would like to return and stay again. A very comfortable place to stay with a beautiful view of the river.

This property is absolutely stunning. Pictures don't do it justice. Teresa was wonderful. Very dog friendly. We have family that live in Grant Pass and my husband has decided this is were we will stay whenever in the area. Oh and the pool is fantastic.

I felt so welcomed and pampered with such thoughtful touches throughout. After working so hard for months without a break, this stay was a gift. I slid down the slide into the heated saltwater pool like a kid; had a yoga workout by the river and drank some wine provided in the comfort of my private room. Just safe down time by myself. It was magical. I can't wait to go back!

Teresa was a wonderful host. She even offered fresh produce from her garden! She was very accommodating. The place was very well stocked.

My wife my dog and myself had a great time. Teresa was a great host and her place was very special. I went swimming, fishing and a lot of relaxing. I highly recommend a stay there!

My husband and I stayed in Teresa’s Riverside accommodation. The accommodation itself was as expected and just fine. The river was beautiful, though the riverbank is a little tricky to navigate as it is a little steep without a dock or some other way to access the water. But we fished and enjoyed it. The pool was wonderful and we used it most days we were there. The only downside, which is really more about the expectation I had in my head rather than anything else, we didn’t realize the level of use by the owner (which is over course her right!). But Teresa was very good about letting us know when she would have her own guests coming, and we would plan our day accordingly. Will definitely return!!!

It was instantly obvious that Teresa is very thoughtful in preparing and maintaining the property. The room was comfortable and clean. The pool and backyard was delightful. Great hiking close by.

Beautiful area , peaceful with birds chirping and the river flowing by. If you’re looking for a “do nothing” kind of get away this is it. Fishing at the rivers edge, or sitting by the pool enjoying a glass of wine, you can literally forget your worries for awhile. We’ll be back

Truly like stepping back in time to an era of simplicity and rest. The setting is spectacular with an easy stroll through the back yard and down to the banks of the Rogue River. Charming details, thoughtful accoutrements, games, little kitchen which provides ability for “stay-in” meals if desired, and a lovely place to travel to with dogs. If we had visited during later spring/summer, we could have also enjoyed the saline pool and slide, fire pit, AND, fishing right from the banks on the property! This is a hidden gem!

We opened our door to a charming space with treats for humans and our dog. The Riverside room was well appointed with all we could need and more. The location on the River is superb. Teresa is a lovely host and made sure all our needs were met. We will definitely stay again.

We were welcomed when arrived and showed the space and how to use the pool and slide. Room was spacious and clean with a nice welcome bottle of wine. The property was great right on the river and look forward to staying again.

My sister and I had a wonderful time at the Riverside. Teresa is an amazing host. The place is so clean, very tasteful decor...we loved the gem of the place. Bed and linens are soft and perfect. We had an opportunity to have my extended family come for a swim and all the kiddos and adults have a blast. I loved watching the star every night. I would recommend and return as soon as we have a chance. Thank you.

Clean and cute one room apartment with full kitchen that was well stocked with eating and cooking utensils etc. Nice pool just outside the French doors and rolling grassy hill down to the river. Was relaxing for us and our dog loved it too! We had planned to do some exploring but decided to stay at the property and enjoy what was right in front of us!

Teresa, our host was very accommodating. The pool was fantastic. The scenery was fabulous! The Riverside where we stayed was clean, and the way Teresa has is decorated is super. The surrounding area is safe. There are many accommodations in the area... restaurants, grocery stores and of course a Starbucks. Thank you so much for a great getaway, we'll be back!

Our say was wonderful. The place is decorated so well, it was clean and had everything we could need or want (pool floaties included!). Teresa is a wonderful host. I can't say enough good things about our stay!!

Teresa's place had everything we wanted -- clean, comfortable, a great location with lots of welcoming personal touches and fun decor. Teresa was a really thoughtful host and we felt well taken care of. We played in the pool, had a BBQ, and our dog loved the fenced yard. Hiking nearby as well. Morning coffee on the patio by the river was perfect. Looking forward to staying here again!

Out stay here in this property started off in a weird setting. Cell phone reception was very poor and the property owner wouldn’t pick up our phone calls. After walking around and asking strangers if a woman named Theresa lives here, I was finally able to be checked in. My general stay here was okay. Kitchen is fully equipped and I would say this is the cleanest room I’ve ever seen. But that’s all the good say I have to say. If you’re expecting privacy, you can look elsewhere. You instantly and continuously meet her many, many workers around the house. You have another resident living right beside you who doesn’t like to be bothered. We were left with one trash bag... for almost a week stay. We were trying to be considerate and throw away the trash but couldn’t find where to throw the trash away on our last day. Ended up throwing it inside a neighbors trash bin only to receive a phone call that we shouldn’t have done that and that the trash bin we can use is directly through her sprinklers, other guest, and workers. Nowhere near us. Wanted to end the trip responsibly by leaving a big tip for the trouble, only to get no response yet again. Overall I’d say you’d enjoy your stay in Oregon elsewhere.

We definitely plan to book another stay at this amazing property. Such a peaceful setting right on the Rogue River. The heated saline pool was so much fun. Teresa is such a great host, super attentive and helpful.

This place is an amazing getaway for couples with pets. Teresa is a wonderful host and her pups are just adorable. It’s been a difficult time during the pandemic but stayin here will get you that peace of mind you didn’t know you needed.

The property was very well maintained and clean. Our host was on site daily and communication was great! The location was fantastic! Close to downtown in a quiet neighborhood.
