This accomodation, exceed my expectations. The place is clean, beautiful, peaceful, great price and excellent location. I love that is conveniently located beside a copy printer place, and across a laundry, and surrounded by convenience stores. Gas station is only 2 minutes away. It also has a great parking space. Also walking in any of the surrounding streets takes you to a pleasurable hike to discover hidden wonderful stores, cafés and restaurants. Paseo de Montejo is walking distance. All the major Parks and suqares are also walking distance. The host Nelly and her team are professional, courteous and friendly, simply the best. The rooms are just too comfortable, it makes you don't want to leave! My kids even said that next time we come back to Mérida, we Have to stay here, nowhere else. So Yes! I definitely recommend Casa NE. Thank you for the great service.

This is a spot for travelers not tourists. excellent location and value. very good cooking facilities and a very, very engaging sitting area out back. Hosts were timely and discrete. Would love to return one day

A nice big apartment that's very clean.

There's a small inconvenience of getting in and out of the place because there are multiple locks. Three to get in from the front door and a heavy gate for the car and then a lock in the back for the back door.

Nice location just a few blocks alway from the main sights of Merida. Private parking on the premises. Apartment is big enough for couples or families. The shared kitchen is small and convenient. Big plus for the laundry service across the street and the burger restaurant around the corner (also good for salads and veggie options).

Nice spacious apartment in walking distance both to main square and Paseo Montejo. There's a parking lot in the yard and also a private entrance from the yard. Everything was clean. The kitchen is very well equipped and although it is shared with another apartment, we actually didn't meet anyone else during our stay. Also the owners/caretakers were very nice and helpful.

Excellent value downtown, spacious and comfortable for two to sightsee and work online.

The apartemento was spacious, clean and well appointed. Sr. Luis is lovely and very helpful. The location is excellent for being close to some of Merida"s best food, both mercados and restaurants. Great place for a more discerning traveller. Please, no Karens or Brandons.

Big high ceilings apartment, great location, super helpful staff and superb communication with the host. The equipment you find here is better than anywhere I stayed in Yucatan and I always go for small apartments. Generous amounts of bathroom hygiene products too. Loved the fans as an alternative to air con. This place has everything you need even for a long stay. The kitchen is cleaned regularly and I was often asked if I need any cleaning done in my apartment. Highly recommended. Looking forward to my next time.

the kitchen is shared with a second apartment - I may have missed the information, but I didn't know not an issue, but that may end to be difficult depending on your neighbours...;-) very noisy with the street, cars, bus and trucks traffic

A nice, fully equipped and comfortable apartment. Clean, perfectly located, just 10 mins to the central plaza. Hosts were very nice and helpful. Internet was great. Overall, a perfect place to stay while in Mérida

This is minor but the shower water pressure could of been slightly stronger.

Very good option because good price, location, private parking, excellent wifi, smart TV and good staff. The big Spanish style house is divided in two apartments with private living room with fridge and coffee maker, bathroom and two double beds.

Both spaces share the kitchen, well equipped and furnished with basics (oil, salt, pepper, etc..)but only one stove witch makes quite complicated any meal. At least two stoves makes everything more easy and quicker if the other apartment is waiting to cook also. Living room is quite noisy because of the road but the room is on the back, separed with a door so it gets better. mosquitos are present. But for that price, it works perfectly and i recommend it if you are willing to deal with these few details.
