very friendly and helpful staff all around the nice building. location is more than excellent within close proximity (max 10 minutes) of many great restaurants, bars and shopping mall and within 20 minutes walk to china town

rooms are very clean and nice but a bit dated and the swimming pool is very small

Check-in process was way too slow and we ended up sleeping on the couches in the Lobby lounge as we were Jetlagged.

Perfect location, good combination of historic and modern style, breakfast (but could be a little more variations form day to day), front desk service was very good

minor things: - the regulation of the lighting was not good, main switched "killed" all lights, no option for a reading light at the bed - some green plants and maybe a coffee table set would make the balcony (Heritage Room) much more cozy major issue : the housekeeping did not keep up with the expectations. Sometimes not drinking water, mini bar not filled up, bath tub not cleaned, towels taken away but no fresh ones so basically no towels one day. There was something not OK almost every day. The front desk corrected the issues always in a few minutes, but I would expect the housekeeping to care much better. Unprofessional for my understanding in such a high price hotel.
