This is my second time here but our stay wasn’t as good as the first time due to them having no hot water during the entire weekend we were there. While I appreciate that they gave a heads up about the situation via text message, they did not provide any discount or compensation. They did try giving me a room they claimed was unaffected by the lack of hot water but the water pressure in the room was so weak, so it wasn’t pleasant to shower.

Great location : very near to city square and prime locations around JB. Nice staff: polite and friendly staff that is attentive to assist. Comfortable environment and rooms: decor in the lobby and especially the rooms were clean and sleek.

Housekeeping. Fridge wasn’t clean from the last guest’s check out. Wardrobe was dusty and there’s a red patch of stain on the sofa. A bit disappointed this time round.

The staff was not friendly at all, booked a suite stated for 4 adults but there was only 1 bed. How are we supposed to fit all together ??? secondly, during breakfast the counter lady said only 2 pax are entitled for the breakfast. But after checking it was actually entitled for 4 pax. The communication between staff was very poor. Services like these in 5 stars hotel is very disappointing

Hotel was clean and classy. The breakfast spread was pretty big. The hotel was flexible about early check-in time. Housekeeping and room service were very quick.

The quality of the breakfast food taste can be improved. It would be great if the shuttle bus could carry on till night time. It would also be nice if the hotel can throw in some complimentary room decor and slice of cake if we book a stay for special events. At Capri, it is chargeable.

The rooms are clean and well represented by online pictures. Kettle area is almost a kitchenette, you may be able to warm up your food if you wish to dine with hotel coices or Grag food in your room. If on the other hand you prefer to stay at the restaurant it might get more complicated as choices at ground level are limited and first level was hosting a private event when we were there. Gym is in perfect shape. Concierge service works reasonably fine, although expensive for the value offered

Private transfer to Changi Singapore starting at 350 myr for a couple in an old van with no comforts. The ride was smooth and the driver very good. No substantial problem as we crossed the border in 28 min straight (departure at 9am) and arrived at terminal way ahead of schedule. Just the ride offered no real comforts, not even shading from sun... very far from a luxury service. you could easily spend half this amount or less if you organise yourself. Advice to the hotel: upgrade the fleet to first class, keep fares fare.

Up to expectation on cleanliness, room services, position (easy to reach mall and checkpoint area). Free shuttle bus in central hours of day. Not a luxury drive but a useful service since the area is under construction, not so easy to walk. Gym fully equipped, pool ok. Reception and concierge were good.

Restaurant quality and variety, schedule. Grab food ONLY in your room. Needing to eat outise to avoid smelling our room we were placed at taxi area, with exhaust fumes form cars, on a dirty table. Laudry machines eat up coins for 50 cents at a time without giving service. In one wash and one drying 1 myr got lost (fully reinbursed by reception though, after explaining)

Parking area at the hotel was difficult to navigate due to sharing with residential units. Very limited parking for hotel guests. Buffet breakfast food option quite limited.

Relatively clean and modern room, bathroom had ample space. Really enjoyed that the room came with a microwave, cutlery and plates so it was easy to prepare quick meals.

Room smelled rather stale and like cigarette smoke. To make matters worse, some of my clothes smelled heavily like cigarette smoke after placing them on the chair in the room. Staff were also rather slow/unorganised during check-in and we had to wait about 15minutes before we could check in.

The gym was clean and well equipped. Pool was nicely heated. Check in and check out with quick (within 5 minutes)

There was a brown stain on our bed sheet. The toiletries provided in the toilet did not include a vanity set (cotton pads etc). The aesthetic of the room was ruined by a random purple laundry basket, not sure if the cleaners left it there or it’s supposed to be there. It was a major eye sore. There was a happy birthday cake given, but it was nobody’s birthday. Not worth the price. The walk from the hotel to city square is a bit dangerous cause no proper walkway and the hotel provided shuttle is only until 6:30pm. Lastly, the staff during checkout had no concern asking how my stay was and if there was anything they could improve.

I love the atmosphere, the friendly staff. The breakfast wasn't bad at all even though it was so packed. Love the comfort of the room, very accessible. Looking forward to the next stay ...

Clean and spacious room! My kids (4 and 2 years old) have the space to play and enjoy the view. Very comfortable, feels like we’re at home. Can also do light cooking.

1) Carpark in the hotel has limited lots for cars to park (designated red lots). 2) No floor mat in the toilet so it is slippery after showering. Need to be extra careful especially with little kids.

Front desk staff is very professional. Check in was smooth. Room is clean and nice view.

The hotel is quite new. Clean. Breakfast is good.

Location is not very convenient by foot. There is no pavement to the hotel at certain part towards the hotel. Will need to walk along the road in order to reach there from custom. However, there is free hotel transport to custom and back (only know when I am in the hotel). I book a room that stated 4 adults. But there are only 1 big bed and 1 single bed. I am wondering where the 4th one can sleep. Lucky for me, 1 of us cannot join us. Thus we only have 3 at the end (paying for 4 people though).

The furnitures and how it is as a whole room is fantastic.
