a bigger shower room

Friendly owner & as requested ground floor room.Comfortable bed

Bed a little high off the ground - I am just over 5ft tall; hangers for clothes just about reachable, plug socket for kettle loose , also bathroom mirror& tiny sink. Just about managed to reach the shower head to detach it it's holder. Only one towel - a big bath sheet nothing to dry hands or face on so used it. No mirror in room so using hairdryer(which I had to ask for) very hit & miss No breakfast & shower head difficult to adjust - not very powerful

I loved its simplicity especially as I'm a no thrills kind of traveller.

There was nothing to dislike.

The room was clean and comfortable with a good view of the road. It was great that guests had access to an eating area with a microwave.

The access was difficult due to the narrow stairs and heavy fire doors.

Amazing hosts, extremely comfortable bed, great facilities and not much of a walk from Cardiff Central. Will definitely be staying there again. Would recommend to anyone to stay in the parklane guest house!
