We stayed in this beautiful Dana Point home while our San Clemente home was being renovated from flooding. What a treat! It is absolute lovely everywhere you turn, and very well thought out. It had everything my husband and I needed, I only wished we could have stayed longer. My favorite spots were the covered patio for the afternoon sun, the upper patio anytime of day, the kitchen was fun to cook in and loved loved the master bedroom! My husband enjoyed the fire pit with a friend and every room is adorned with beautiful art. Truly, a blessing on every level! We are super grateful for our stay here!

We stayed at Carla's place during Ohana Fest 2022 and it was the best place to come back to at night and rest up for the next big day. Also within reasonable walking distance to Doheny. Would stay there again for sure.

Our family spent 2 weeks in this property and couldn’t have been more happy. The location was amazing…walking distance to a ton of restaurants and even to the harbor! Lots of things to do and the home itself was very comfortable and had everything and anything we needed! We will definitely recommend to friends and family!

We loved our stay at Ocean Breeze which was perfect for our family of six plus baby. Carla was wonderful and met our every need. We are former residents of Dana Point and wanted a comfortable place that felt like home and the house was perfect for relaxing, cooking meals together and spending time with family. The lanai is fabulous and a cool place to relax. We used the surfboards in Doheny and we appreciated all the extra towles, chairs, and beach toys!. We would have loved to stay even longer. Thank you so much from the whole family!

This house is amazing! We couldn’t believe how nice it was when we arrived. The pictures don’t do it justice. Every bed was super comfortable, plenty of towels, kitchen fully stocked, everything you need for the beach in the garage. The back porch was my favorite place. This house is super well managed too. I felt like Carla was there if we needed anything, but because everything had already been thought of, we never needed to get in touch. You wont regret staying here!

We needed to rent for two weeks due to a house flood. What a relief to walk into a clean home and relax. The location makes getting around Dana easy.

Loved this home. It is beautifully furnished, comfortable, convenient and clean. We enjoyed the expansive sofa, the large TV with Netflix, the beds that were super comfortable and the enclosed outdoor space with an added TV. We walked everywhere. - Stuft Pizza, Starbucks, the Marina area for our whale watching tour, the harbor for the lights and dinner, Ralph’s market for groceries and even Synaptic Cycles to rent e-bikes. We rode them to San Clemente one day. Great house and a great vacation. Highly recommend.

The home is in great shape and presents per the posted pix. The kitchen is especially spacious and amenable to great cooking/baking experiences. However, the cleaning crew left the home in a state that was not acceptable. It took my husband and myself 1.5 days to clean/wash many items that were overlooked. I sent a total of 15 pix to the property manager (Carla) to review. On another note, Carla *was* helpful in finding another renter for 4 days as a result of a family medical situation, so that was helpful. Again, the home is great! Would recommend to others with the caveat that the cleaning crew needs to be more mindful.

Great home in a very walkable neighborhood. We were able to walk to a juice bar, tacos and a Farmers Market. Loved it!

This is the first time we've stayed in Dana Point. The house is beautiful, in a great location, and is so well stocked with everything that one might need.

House was in a great location, close to beach, shops and restaurants. Kitchen was modern and well-appointed! Bedrooms were a good size and my daughter LOVED the Paris bedroom although very small. Backyard was almost (could have used a clean-up) perfection with ocean view, TV, grill, bar nook and hammock.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you!

Nice yard

I stayed here for a week for a business travel and I couldn’t be more happier. I cooked almost every night and they had the little stuff I forgot to grab. Like seasonings, body wash and a fan..life savor. The house was extremely beautiful and modern. A great view of the ocean and the neighborhood was extremely quite and the area was so beautiful. I would 100% recommend staying here. Worth every penny.

We really enjoyed this property. It has a great feel and indoor/outdoor living set-up. Came with everything we needed for a month long stay including surfboards and beach gear. Located near grocery, resturants and shops. Would definately rent again.

This truly is a very lovely house. It has everything you could possibly need and more! It was perfect for our family of four (two teenagers). My only wish for this house is that it was in a quieter neighborhood hood: there’s a lot of neighbors around, thus vocal noise and a fair amount of traffic noise. If you are noise sensitive, like myself, just keep this info in mind. Another great thing to note: the property manager, Carla, is fantastic!! Super thorough and very responsive. Wish we could deal with her every time.

The property, ease of check in, and communication with the property manager could not have been easier. We were three people traveling for business, and the property was great. Extraordinarily clean and well-furnished, relaxing, and in a perfect location. Carla, the property manager, was helpful and attentive from start to finish, but also not intrusive in the slightest. The backyard is beautifully landscaped and great for hanging out. Very comfortable beds and well-stocked kitchen.

This is a nicely appointed house located close to the beach and harbor. It was a great fir for our family of seven adults. There's lots of room in the open plan downstairs area. The kitchen is well-appointed , and everything works great. The back yard is small but very pretty, with both a gas grill and an open fire pit (both of which we used on Christmas night). We didn't meet Carla personally, but she was very responsive and helpful over email. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, and recommend this property highly.

House has everything, very clean, nice little backyard with firepit, inside has all the kitchen amenities, etc. The layout of the home is fantastic with that California indoor-outdoor living experience! AND... if you have ever rented at or near the beach, where parking is miserable, this house has a full standard 2 car garage plus your driveway, so parking is hassle-free!

We´ve been going to dana point for the last three years for our family vacation. Carla is a great professional and was always ready helping us in every need we´ve had. She even asked the owner to put an AC in the bedroom because we were woried about the summer temperatures ! This is the best example of how much she cares about her clients.Thank you carla for everything ! You were really great ! About the house, we felt like home, so clean and confortable, the location is perfect and the children loved it ! This Place was absolutely fantastic. We enjoyed a wonderful week in the Home. Everything is set up for you which is nice when your traveling from afar. I give this 5 stars and will for sure be looking at doing it again in the near future.

We had a great time staying here for a week in July. The house is very nicely decorated with comfortable beds and bedding. The kitchen is well stocked with higher end items. No disposal in. Kitchen but we worked around it. The master bedroom has tons of space. All the upstairs bedrooms share one bathroom. But it’s a large bathroom with two sinks so wasn’t a big issue to share. You can definitely see the ocean on clear days and the ocean breeze is heavenly. The garage had beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys! Very nice! We walked down to Dana Point Harbor most days. It’s a good walk that gets your blood pumping on the way back. Ralph’s and Rite Aid are a quick 10 min walk away. The check in process was a breeze. Carla was very helpful. Overall a great experience! I definitely recommend!

The home was perfect for our family. We have rented four different homes in Dana Point, this one as easily our favorite.

Our stay was absolutely perfect and the house was outstanding. The management company was extremely attentive and took care of providing all the essential necessities to make the trip even easier. The house was clean and centrally located to easy shopping and beaches. Overall excellent place to stay and we will be staying again when we come back. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed this house. It is clean, quiet, located in a nice area, close to many attractions, and well remodeled with many new features. We really liked the large screen in the living room, the patio and the balconies upstairs. After a few days we felt at home. Carla the Property Manager is attentive, responsive and easy to talk to. She made sure we got in properly and had useful tips for our check out. My nose at times can be hyper sensitive and at times I would smell a hint of old moist wood, but that was not an issue for my Wife and Son. This trip is one our top vacations. Thank you.

This house in Dana Point has been renovated to a lovely, livable, and enjoyable space. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need to cook up a storm and it is open to the rest of the first floor. The family living area is very comfortable and there is a large dining room table to share with guests. Sliding glass doors open to the backyard area which was well equipped with seating, a barbeque, a firepit, a hammock and an outdoor shower. We did not get to enjoy the outdoor space as much as we would have liked due to inclement weather but it was very inviting. The beds are comfortable and the master suite is huge with plenty of closets and drawers. Without a doubt, this house is the cutest one on the street! The best part of our stay was our dealings with the property manager, Carla. She was easy to get a hold of and took care of any concerns immediately. Dana Point is a great place to be in southern California with easy access to absolutely everything. The house is very quiet even though it is only a stone's throw from the PCH. I highly recommend this property.

My family (a total of 8) stayed here for eight days over Christmas and we were absolutely delighted with the house. It has everything we needed--fabulous outdoor spaces, comfortable beds, gourmet kitchen, plenty of linens. The indoor and outdoor spaces for entertaining are very well thought out and arranged with plenty of seating. We walked to coffee, shopping, and several restaurants. The information about the house and the neighborhood is clear and most helpful. I highly recommend Ocean Breeze Cottage.
