What a cool place to stay. The backyard is perfect for a dog. The parking space is so convenient. Air conditioning unit (which is rare for the area) helps a lot during the afternoon. The front porch is great for coffee in the morning. Steps away from the water. What’s not to love?!?

This was a short stay-cation. The property is lovely and in a great area, with views of the ocean. There are repairs that need to be made, but it worked for two.

The location was amazing, and the communication with the managers was excellent. They really went above and beyond to be sure we had everything we needed, thank you! The property is right across from the ocean and a short walk from the pier, shops and restaurants. The tiny house and backyard were absolutely adorable! The main house was well-loved, but a great value considering all that is has to offer. We would definitely stay there again. A friend in the area even asked for the info so she could book for her out of town guests. All in all it was a wonderful experience and we would recommend if you're looking for something simple, cute, and near the beach!

Size was great for 4 adults. Tiny house could’ve used more cleaning. Dog hair… we brought dogs so happy to have a dog friendly spot…

This weekend getaway was just what we needed! We had an amazing time staying at the Bungalow! It was a short walk or bike ride to the beach, shops, restaurants and more. Lauren was super communicative/responsive and had great suggestions on where to go. We enjoyed our relaxing weekend here for the second time with pacific villas and will be back!

The stay was very nice. The beds were comfortable,the location was great, and the communication was good.

For our family this property is now known as the Bunny House. Our grandson LOVED seeing a bunny in the lovely yard in the mornings and evenings! How magical for him! The space was very comfortable for 2 couples and a toddler plus the family dogs. Perfect location for our needs…thank you for the hospitality! We hope to stay again!

Overall a very pleasant experience. The rental company was helpful and sent us local recommendations. They texted us check in information which was helpful and appreciated! The property was exactly like the photos and you can see the ocean from the house. We loved listening to the waves on the little front porch.

Even though our stay was only overnight we truly enjoyed staying at the Bungalow. Wonderful view of the ocean, nice relaxing back yard and the property was so beautifully decorated and maintained. I was somewhat concern about the air fan ventilation only especially because of these recent hot days but when you open the windows the cool sea breeze makes it all better and of course the unexpected window air conditioner in the room made it even cooler. Thank you so much for the outstanding accommodations at the Bungalow. Our family had a phenomenal time!

Good value, cute and clean. The old charm is still there. I like that the front porch is only accessible from inside the house. Beautiful yard perfect for small pups. Wish I could have stayed longer. Lots of accessories like Beach chairs, patio tables and beach chairs.

The house is incredibly charming and perfect size for a few people. The backyard really makes for the most tranquil stay, my husband and I definitely had an amazing nap in that hammock! Just a very short walk to the beach, this place is a reasonable yet memorable stay.

Very relaxing 5 days with our adult children and dogs. Adequate supplies to bbq and cook at home. The cottage and tiny house have been tastefully upgraded. Lots of fans but still hot in the afternoon. There are a few windows that spontaneously shut or don't open which affects ventilation. The yard was delightful and there was grass, flowers in bloom and lots of places to sit. Would happily stay here again.

Excellent stay with exceptional service

Super relaxing and a great place to take the pups. Nice walk or short drive to the pier, spacious backyard (hard to find that near the beach), and property owners are very responsive. There’s not much space for your luggage, such as a dresser, so keep that in mind when packing. We don’t find it to be much of a problem though. This is our second stay and we will be coming back again when we get the chance :)

We loved the bungalow cottage with the separate tiny unit in the back yard area for my daughter and son-in-law. The family pups also loved the backyard area for outdoor ball chasing and fun. The location was perfect and across the street from the beach and walking distance to many outdoor markets, stores, restaurants, and pier. The property was perfect for us although maybe there could have been a little more seating area in the front room.

Host was amazing and made our stay the best! The place is such a wonderful relaxing place. We will definitely come here again 🤗

My son and I loved the beach house. It’s across the street from the beach and so close to a lot of Oceanside’s activities. The house was clean and had a lot of provided amenities. The backyard was so peaceful to read a book and listen to the birds. The tiny house is adorable and perfect for 1-2 people; my son loved having his own space. All contact with the property management was swift and helpful! We have already planned to stay here again.

We loved the two house option and the common yard. Property was very clean. Also liked promt response and communication with Lauren was easy. We would definitely stay here again. Check in and out was easy also.

The beach bungalow is amazing and the property managers are responsive and helpful! We had plenty of space for my wife, two young daughters, my sister-in-law and myself. My sister-in-law is a professional musician so the tiny house in the backyard made a perfect place for her to sleep and have a private place to practice. The backyard is large with trees in bloom in January, a cozy hammock and a gas grill. There were also beach toys and boogie boards for the beach. Speaking of the beach, there’s access right across the street. It is a small beach at high tide, but plenty of room at lower tides. The beach is slowly sloping, so it is safe for all ages. Buccaneer beach is a short walk away if your looking for a different beach experience. There’s a small porch in front with ocean views. It’s a great place for a coffee in the morning or a drink at night. We saw dolphins each morning from the porch! The private driveway made for easy parking and there are plenty of stores within walking distance. Lots of good Mexican and seafood restaurants in the area that will also deliver. Relax in this beach bungalow and sleep to the sound of crashing waves. What more can you ask for for a small group?

Beautiful ocean view, this property is set up for every situation, sitting on the porch and enjoying view, sitting in the kitchen or living room enjoying views, backyard has lots of beautiful lush plants, green grass, outdoor dinning, toys for kids and adults to play in the backyard, boogie boards to use, separate casita with kitchenette and bathroom which was amazing for our 16 year old. Nice lighting on the driveway so i felt safe to leave my car out. This place is well thought out. Great location.

We had such an amazing time at this property from check in to check out. We arrived in Oceanside earlier than we expected and asked if we may be able to leave our luggage there before checking in, they were more than happy to accommodate and ended up allowing us to even check in early (though I'm sure this was an exception, we never would expect something like this!). The place was so sweet and perfect for my husband and I and our two pups. Katie, one of the property managers, was so kind and texted us a few recommendations for restaurants, where to run the dogs on the beach, and let us know to keep our eye out for dolphins. The yard was amazing. Bed was comfortable, shower water pressure was great, there was a water filter in the fridge. We honestly couldn't believe our luck finding this property on relatively short notice and for such an affordable price! We loved it so much we decided to extend our stay by one night and, again, Katie was so happy to accommodate and work with us on that. We were so sad to leave but will absolutely be back to visit! Can't recommend this property enough.

The property was lovely, clean and quant. The tiny house was adorable and the back yard was nice. The view was better than I expected. The place was great for three ladies to catch up, relax, bake, watch TV and the sunset. It was nicely stocked and it was nice to have a driveway to park pull in to.

My husband, my mom, and I brought my 2 month old baby here to come visit family in Oceanside, and this was a great location for people to come stop by and meet the baby! Can’t beat the beautiful backyard and location. My mom really enjoyed staying in the tiny house. The main house would get a little hot in the front during the day, but there were plenty of fans and the bedroom would still be pretty cool. We would definitely come back!

We were really happy with our stay at PAcific Bungalows. The house is in a fantastic location, and came with everything we need. The yard was great for hanging out between visits to the beach, LA and San Diego. Our dog loved the yard, and our daughter was happy having her own "apartment" in the separate annex. Lauren was very communicative and attentive when we reached out to her mid week for some assistance. All in all, a perfect place to stay - highly recommended - we'll be back.

House is exactly as described. See the ocean from the living room and get to the water in a 3min walk! Backyard is perfect for dogs. Secure gates and tall fences. Beautiful greenery and a great table for outdoor dining. Main house and tiny-house are both clean and well stocked with cooking tools and utensils. Modern TV with all the streaming apps in both houses with fast internet. Owner Lauren was super communicative before booking and during the trip, and offered daily things-to-do suggestions via text! Great location close to Oceanside Pier and downtown area. All within walking distance. Already looking forward to our next trip!Chris, Monica, RIley, and Katie
