Right on the beach. Couldn't have asked for a better place for a condo. You can practically touch the waves! All the more special since we saw an unmanned and manned launch from Cape Canaveral. Right from our balcony! Loved just watching the tides roll in and out from the balcony. So calming and yet mesmerizing. A truly enjoyable experience. Lisa is an awesome host. Always responsive and helpful.

We would book there again, the pool was wonderful, easy walk to the ocean and everything you need at the beach there.

It was wonderful to wake up every morning and see the ocean from the condo. Fred was very responsive to my questions. I enjoyed my stay!

Loved the beach, pool, jacuzzi, and easy access! Great vacay for our family! Enjoyed the new king bed and loved the deck!

Older condo,great location! Beach chairs were broken and couldn’t use. We went and purchased chairs to use. Mattress in master bedroom needs to be replaced!!! They added foam top but all that did is make you sink in and get hot. We end up sleeping in the second bedroom on a twin and full bed. Should have someone go through condo inventory every month. See what needs to be replace. Like the burnt baking pan. Location is great!

We have stayed in this exact condo several trips to Cape Canaveral. Location is ideal. In between Cape Canaveral port & Cocoa Beach pier. It is the perfect place to watch rockets take off. We love the pool & hot tub. The condo is clean & the kitchen is equipped with everything you might need. There are several beach items but you may need an extra beach chair or two depending on how many you have in your party. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Just what was needed. Beach front, facing the ocean. 3rd floor awesome view. Condo was almost perfect. Master bed was in need of support. Otherwise perfect. Will be back

Had a little problem unlocking the door but the condo owners responded immediately and helped us get in no problem. Condo was very cute and well supplied. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Great view of the ocean. Pool and hot tub was great. Nice boardwalk to walk to the beach. We really couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We will definitely be coming back again!

Exactly as advertised!!! Super clean ocean front condo. Comfortable beds, en suite in main bedroom and 2nd bathroom in hall for 2nd bedroom. Table and chairs on patio. Beautiful pool and a 5 minute walk to the ocean. Lots of pool toys and ocean gear. 5 minute drive to supermarket, drug store and many restaurants. Cannot wait to rent this condo again!!

We really enjoyed our week at this property. The views from the patio are beautiful and we were fortunate to be able to see a laugh from the Space Center one morning. The apartment was clean and comfortable even though the furniture is very dated. Flooring is tile throughout, which made it easy to sweep up the sand that is inevitable at the beach. The appliances were in good working order and the kitchen was pretty well stocked. It could use some more dishes and mugs as well as a tea kettle. Previous renters had left a few pantry items, which was helpful as we forgot a few things. There were plenty of sheets and towels available. The second bedroom is quite small but adequate for our needs. There was a problem with the oven and when I informed Fred, the owner, he responded quickly to resolve the problem. He was willing to do the work necessary to resolve the problem, but since we didn't really need the oven, we opted to leave it until we checked out. The bathroom fans are very noisy and need replacement. We really like the size and layout of Cape Winds and would rent this unit again.

We were very excited to be halfway between the space center and the cocoa beach pier. We really enjoyed watching the cruise ships pass by also. We had a great vacation and were very pleased with the accommodations.

We chose this property for our vacation after our cruise was canceled, and we hit the jackpot! Great condo in a wonderful, safe area with an amazing view of the ocean and only steps away from the beach. We spent the majority of our time on the beach, and it was great to be able to just grab our things and go. Things we absolutely loved about the condo were the view, laundry (made packing so much easier!), all of the beach items (chairs, towels, boogie board, etc.), comfy beds, and pretty much the whole thing. I also felt very comfortable running in the neighborhood and along the beach, and our boys felt comfortable going to the tennis/basketball courts for some games. The condo is near so much, and we definitely took advantage of the great restaurants. We even got to see a rocket launch while in town! It also was a quick connection to the highway for our days outside of Cocoa Beach/Cape Canaveral. Very nice property and we hope to come back again!

Nice 2/2 condo. Staff at condominium are friendly and helpful. Pool area is nice. The common areas of the condominium were one of the cleanest of anywhere we have stayed. These were not issues for us, but potential renters should know: The bed in the master bedroom has a memory foam mattress and is extremely soft, as in hard to turn over it’s so soft. The beds in the guest bedroom are great. The balcony is smallish, and there are some trees that hinder a full view of the beach. The condo is well-stocked, including spices and shampoo/conditioner left over from other guests. The living room and balcony furniture are comfortable. The balcony gets a great breeze most days. Fred and Lisa were quick to respond when I contacted them before our stay. Oh, I almost forgot- the condo is equipped with TONS of books for those of us who love to sit on the balcony and read :) Overall, a nice week in a sweet condo with kind hosts. We would definitely rent again from Fred and Lisa!
