Managers Subas and Aftab were very helpful during our stay. Everything we asked through hotel phone or directly was provided immediately. Beds were comfortable, linens were extremely clean. Shower had a strong water pressure and hot water. That's exactly what we wanted after 2 weeks mountain trek. Would stay again!

Bedside mat and doorstep shower rug have to be changed, really (room 203). These small details really matters, my friends! Please, pay attention to small details like this. Old mats and rugs should be thrown away and changed by new ones (they are cheap in Nepal).

Disliked · I arrived after a two week long expedition rented the deluxe suite to have a bath tube when I arrived there was no hot water staff kept checking it but they hung up on my when I kept calling them multiple times they said it will be fixed I waited nearly 3 hours and I still had no hot water they said someone will come after midnight to fix it and to wait ?! So I couldn’t have proper shower the next day was still cold. Eventually they have fixed it the Third day and the water was still not getting hot only very slowly and rusty yellow water came out I stayed 4 days there and it was horrible I kept telling it to the staff and they tried to be helpful and promised me everything but it was still not fixed so I just left it.. Window didn’t close due to a faulty nobody fixed it Toilet smelled bad probably it was clogged idk. When ordered breakfast I requested a specific food they said okay - they always brought the wrong stuff or way less food when I replaced something. They constantly hung up on me on the phone .. H Had a minibar which was empty No compensation for all this thay charge me more then my booking which is unfair Disliked · Staff behavior, rooms, foods. NOthing good. all bad · The room was not comfortable and satisfy because they joint two bed and make it as a deluxe double room.And also AC was not working properly its not same in photo. Rooms are very small and lot of functional issues 1. Terrible customer service, 2. Dirty, Stained bed sheets and pillow cover. Had to request for spare sheets at 2 am. Blood stain on the mattress protector. Couldn’t sleep whole night 3. False advertisement, don’t ever believe any photos they posted online. 4. Wouldn’t recommend anyone, waste of money and time Payment over card was taken without my concern even before stepping into the hotel (I booked over booking.com). Once contacted they explained that it was a mistake!! 2. Located in a complex and crowded place. No suitable sign posting is available.

Our rooms were clean and organized when we arrived. Daily room service was available. Staff was really friendly and helpful especially Kapil and Nabin. Location is really good close to all amenties, shops and bazaar.

Sometimes there is noise people outside on the street as hotel is very close to main shops, clubs etc

I’ve had a stay living @ the milestone hotel and spa In Kathmandu. Unfortunately I never had a chance to visit the spa. But I’m still grateful to the hotel staff team, who have all gone out of their way to make my stay as pleasant as and enjoyable as it’s been. I’d like to thank the cleaning staff, the roof bar staff staff, and last but not least, the reception staff. Thank you miss Italy (Dipika ), and your team for this very enjoyable experience, staying at the Milestone Hotel & Spa.
