One of the best apartments we’ve ever stayed in Europe. Modern, good-sized bathrooms, two large bedrooms with comfortable beds, living room with sofas, table and chairs. Lots of clean blankets and big fluffy towels. Kitchen was immaculate with all amenities. Great location near the Acropolis but not so near that it was noisy. Highly recommend!

My friends and I had an amazing stay at the Acropolis Boutique Residence! Before the trip, Bill & John representatives helped us arrange transportation from the airport and to the port after our stay, sent us recommendations for restaurants and sites to see, and even helped us book a couple extra days when we asked to extend our stay a few months ahead. The apartment was clean, the beds were soft, and it was more than comfortable for the four of us. The provided toiletries, nespresso pods, and tea were more than appreciated. We also made good use of the dishwasher, washing machine, drying rack, and the Netflix account provided there. They also helped us with storing luggage and gave us advice on a nice cafe to stay at while our room was being prepared. We definitely recommend them - I know I’ll be looking at their properties again if I ever return to Greece!

Great location, quiet neighborhood but mere minutes walk from the acropolis and 2 metro stations. Check in process was super easy and the property was clean, stylish and perfectly comfortable. Will definitely bring staying at one of these properties again!

Exceptional stay! Service started well before arrival. They made airport transfers, cruise port transfers, restaurant reservations…they were even able to secure a private tour guide on very short notice—-they could not do enough for us! They provided recommendations for everything! The apartment is lovely and the location was superb! We walked everywhere very easily! Lastly, the air conditioning was cold and the and the showers were hot! What else is there? Don’t even hesitate to book this property or any of their properties! So great!!

Bill & John and their team were very good to deal with and accommodating. We arrived in two lots because of flight changes and were picked up and delivered to the condo without a hitch. They were also quick to respond when we inadvertently locked ourselves out. The condo housed two couples easily, each bedroom having its own bathroom, and very soundproof. The kitchen was well appointed and the living room was very comfortable.

Clean, modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in central Athens. Beds were comfortable. Close to attractions and many good restaurants. Not much of a view. Check-in was a bit challenging. You have to have the ability to connect with the apartment manager so that they can meet you to give you keys and show you the apartment. Kitchen facilities were good although there were limited glasses, plates, etc. Only enough for one meal for 4 persons, although there is a dishwasher.

Good location. Nice property. Within walking distance to all the sights; and also close to rental car companies for easy day trips.

the location is ideal for quick access to the Acropolis and surrounding neighborhoods, and just a stone’s throw from the Metro and taxi stands. We were greeted upon arrival, shown how everything works, and then communicated with during our stay by the owners to ensure everything was going smoothly. I recommend this venue for a city visit to Athens

The property was as modern as pictured and the air conditioning worked well. We enjoyed getting our own breakfast each day. The manager's company was very responsive and everyone was very helpful. Shopping and restaurants are all close-by. The manager provided an email with recommended restaurants and sites and we tried to visit as many as we could. Thank you for a great stay.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Athens close to everything.. It was an easy walk to the Acropolis, Parliament, Shops, Restaurants, anything you would want - within walking distance.. The apartment was well appointed and we were greeted promptly upon arrival and shown around. The beds were so comfortable, and linens of premium quality. It was tastefully decorated in a classic style befitting modern Greece. The kitchen was large enough to be able to cook a meal in, tho we did not . A washer and dryer was there and convenient. The only minor complaint for us was that the car arranged to pick us up at the airport cost 60 Euros and found that a taxi going back to the airport was only 47 Euros. Aside from that transfer issue, We would stay there again. It was a great apartment.

Great experience from car pick up to car drop off, arranged by company. Very clean, extremely comfortable beds and 2 baths. Location was awesome for touring. Short stay but just what we needed to start our holiday.

Excellent communication with property, exceptional service with arranging things related to stay. Apartment is exactly as shows online. Has everything, spacious, modern, comfortable and a block away from great coffee spots. Just a couple blocks from Acropolis and Plaka but not near tourist traps. Like the vibe in Koukaki!

Most importantly, George (the property manager, I believe) is VERY responsive to any questions or issues, and will always respond within minutes. We only stayed two nights, but could happily have stayed two months.

Koukaki, which until just a few years ago was one of Athens' least appealing neighborhoods, is now one of the city's most desirable places to live. The number of new restaurants, cafes bars and smart shops is amazing! You'll be rubbing shoulders with locals; not just tourists. Yet the Plaka and Acropolis are only a short walk away. We loved staying at the Acropolis Boutique Residence, which is just as it appears in the photos. This is a wonderful property, superbly managed.

The rooftop restaurant next door is fabulous and there was a discount because we were guests of Bill and John. Proximity to the Acropolis if very beneficial.

Very clean and everything you need right in the City Centre. Hosts were very gracious and apartment is very modern and well maintained. Highly recommend!
