Cottage in a great location. We walked to long sands every day. Easy walk to town and Blinky Cone. Owners were great. Hope to stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. Fire pit was great after a day exploring the area. Plenty of beds. Very cozy.

We rented the cottage as a full family of seven people. Four adults, 3 children aged 6 - 14 yrs old. The cottage provided everything we needed as far as space, yet wasn't too large. The outdoor shower was great with a full house. One person could shower while another person we using the indoor bathroom and getting ready for the day. The short drive to Long Sands beach was quick and easy. The laundry machines in the shed were awesome to have, especially traveling with the children. We enjoyed the outdoor table and chairs on the front porch often. If we weren't on the porch in the evening, we were by the fire pit roasting marshmallows. Every bedroom had a TV which was also great for the kids when the rain storm came. Us adults enjoyed coffee every morning from the coffee machine in the kitchen. The board games and toys in the shed were good entertainment for the kids. It was nice to open the windows on beautiful days, but also close them and run the A/C on warmer days. We all enjoyed the cottage very much and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in York.

One of the easiest places to book, wonderful little cabin in perfect neighborhood and 6 minutes from the beach! This cabin had everything from from great toilet paper to scissors and extra blankets! Great communication with owners and our only complaints were, the electricity was confusing and attached to upstairs, advertised as 3 bathroom but only one and that is difficult with a family especially those who slept upstairs and they didn’t tell you what their wireless network was. All in all it was a 4/5 and we were going to book again for September but the property goes up by 100.00 a night right after we checked out!
