The location is convenient to fast food and restaurants, and near the DT line which was great.

The AC was set to energy save and the first night I just sweated and didn’t sleep well at all. If you don’t read any Japanese, then you’d never know how to fix it. The second night I found out how to turn off energy saver and I was able to keep my room cool in the hot Tokyo summer night. There needs to be a very clear breakdown/translation of how to use the AC remote in plain sight.

The room is tiny but clean. Everything meets my expectations. The management team is communicative. It’s close to restaurants, McDonald’s, KFC, and Starbucks . The advantage is we can use the kitchen to cook and do laundry. I booked this place as it’s within the walking distance to my family’s house.

The property replied very promptly to my booking.com messages, and were happy to accommodate my requests (including checking out 20 minutes late). They were so kind and helpful!

The location was good, not in the city centre but close to Shibuya, so it was easy to travel around. The room was small but nice, just what I expected. Everything was clean, and there was only 3 rooms/floor so I never had to wait for the bathroom.

The room smelled a little. Also the walls are very thin so if someone is loud you could hear them, but since there are only 3 rooms/ floor it's not very likely.

Very accessible to everything. And very friendly and accommodating staff!
