The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were nice. The TVs in both rooms were nice as well. Very close to a bus stop.

The continental breakfast wasn’t good. Not great selections nor was it ready at 6am as was stated. The coffee in the lobby was out of a machine that was absolutely gross. We ended up buying our breakfast and coffee from the coffee shop across the street. We also had a cockroach in our room one of the days which was pretty gross.

The location wasn’t bad. It was away from the congregations of homeless people but close to the center city. Great coffee shop across the street. The street has ample street parking.

Ok first we arrived, me and my mom, and they gave us the smallest room I’ve ever seen… like only enough room for the bed. To make it worse the window faced into another persons room. The guests were very easy to hear and walking around in their underwear. When I told the person at the front desk she advised me to just close my curtains. Which is unacceptable so then she gave me a different room. This room was much bigger but again faced into a wall so there wasn’t any daylight in the room. There’s absolutely no closet space or even a dresser. Otherwise the room was pretty clean but I did see 2 cockroaches in the bathroom. I’d seen this in google reviews as well so I should’ve been wary. Ok so the breakfast is utter trash. The coffee is old, they give you white or wheat bread and these old filled containers of corn flakes or cheerios… not even fruit or granola bars… SO cheap!!! No complimentary water bottle… not even one. This IS not a 3 or even 2 star hotel. I wouldn’t stay here again. And the Wi-Fi stopped working for a day and half.

The gentleman on staff was excellent. Very knowledgeable, helpful, seemed to be right there if we needed anything or had a question. Wonderful service. The location was right by the venue where we were attending a show that evening. We walked there and also to dinner and breakfast. The room was cute and clean, and we enjoyed the vibe of the place. My boyfriend thought the breakfast looked good, but we had already planned to go out for breakfast.

There was no elevator. I could hear A LOT of street noise, almost like a window was open, but it wasn't.

The decor was nice. Bed was comfortable.

ONE WORD. ROACHES......

The location to public transport was good. It was clean

The room was way too small for a family with no sitting/lounge area at all. No room for suitcases. The neighbourhood is very unclean. In fact there was a homicide in the next street during our stay and gunshots and screaming the next night. The homeless and drug use right outside the door is very confronting, and a sad education for our children. We found it extremely noisy with other guests having no respect for people sleeping after 10pm, even at 3am.

The guy running the front desk moved my car sometime during the evening, left the car on, and killed the battery leaving us stranded at the hotel when we needed to leave the next morning. Instead of taking responsibility for his actions he said that we would be responsible for the fix and if that wasn't good enough maybe I should call the police. I feel he had the opportunity to do the right thing, but chose not to. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!

there is a moldy smell all over this hotel, the shower head and faucet in our bedroom were broken. the towels and linens were low quality

Small parking lot, I had to use a parking garage because the hotel’s parking lot was full.

The location was vary convenient to the location I needed to go. The people at the desk both on check in and check out were very friendly and helpful. Although the room was a bit small, it was more than satisfactory for my needs and it was clean and well designed

The front of the hotel is a little dumpy, the lobby was small and the breakfast was very marginal.

the rooms had interesting configurations for sleeping. the staff was friendly.

seems like it’s still newly under construction. lots of workers around. there were some cockroaches in the shower, and the walls were thin allowing us to hear lots of commotion in the hallways. get mostly safe but definitely saw some less savory folks coming and going which would give me pause to bring younger kids here.
