The food was very good but it was served on tablecloths that hadn't been washed in weeks, at best.

The bedding was quite poor. Sheets were stained, threadbare, and/or torn. The pillows were old and stained. The shower had inadequate pressure for the overhead fixture.

Property is really nice with heritage look. At perfect location at centre of city with all tourist attractions in reach of 15 to 20 mins. Food is really awesome with backyard cafe. You may also enjoy your dinner along with Puppet show and live music every evening. Mr. Shrikant was very good and helpul. I appreciate his work and hospitality extended towards guests.

I got a great deal and room upgrade. Bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Parking was not private. But staff said its safe on the road as well.

The room we were given on the first night , had a telephone which did not work. The AC of that room in the next day started leaking. This particular room was not very clean. But once we complained the property manager about it, he moved us to another room. This one was clean and had everything working.

One problem about the new room was the mattress on the bed which were placed in a weird way . We later realized it was placed as such because the size was smaller than the twin beds . These beds were placed together to make a king size bed. Also on our second night of stay there they let us know that we have complimentary breakfast, which they could have done right on first night. All in all the property is beautiful, but the management there needs to work better to keep it as such and make sure the customers are comfortable.

Specious room with excellent ambience. The staff at restaurant was humble and welcoming.
