We had a great stay at Bernice’s place! Plenty of room for our group. Walking distance to the bowling alley, some trails and coffee shop. Bernice was a great communicator and answered all our questions leading up to our trip quickly to help us plan. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in near end of march with the record breaking snow season and the snow was 10-15ft all around the house. The great thing was inside the house you couldn't even tell it was so warm inside. It was like the house was in a freezer. That was a major plus. The only down thing when everyone was taking a shower at same time we ran out of hot water. So thank you for a great time and I hope I can return in the future.

condo was very clean and there was plenty of space. The kitchen was well stocked. We appreciated having a washer and dryer too! Nice views out the family room windows

My family (4 adults and 2 children) stayed here for a week in February. The place was in a great location. Red line bus stop just out front, walking distance to Vons and multiple restaurants. The beds were very comfortable. We cooked every meal here and had plenty of pots and pans and cooking utensils. The jacuzzi was very close and great after a long day of skiing. The washer and dryer were an added bonus since we were there for a week. The host was very responsive and helpful. The views were beautiful from the top floor. We are already planning on coming back next year!

This property was amazing and would definitely book again. We had a large group of friends and it fit everyone perfectly. It was in a great location to walk to the bus stop or Vons. Bernice was very communicative and we loved every minute of our stay.

On arrival there was a mouse running around the house and there was one dead in the Trap.

We enjoyed our stay, the condo was clean and we had plenty of room for our family. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials. The only cons were no ice maker or closets or dressers because of extra beds. My husband loved the garage and the door keypad was convienent. Overall great stay!

Ideal location in town. Walking distance to everything you need. Property is perfect for large groups. We did a large friend group reunion and there were enough beds to accommodate everyone.

We had the best time at this cabin. Great location. Very clean. Everything you need in the kitchen. Plenty of space for kids. Play area right out back for hours of snow play. Jacuzzi is right next to it too! We’ll definitely be back. Thank you!!

This was a great place and exactly as advertised. The property was very well-kept, clean, stocked with essentials. Lots of useful instructions posted throughout the unit, easy check-in and check-out and great location. We loved the open floorplan and the hot tub was steps away! Would definitely stay again.

This is the second time we have stayed here and absolutely love this place. The property owner is amazing and very helpful in anything that is needed. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable family environment in Mammoth. Already looking forward to our next stay there.

We had a great time. This unit was quaint but beyond fully functional. Probably the best stocked kitchen/cookware that we’ve seen and we’ve stayed in at least 20 different units. The view from the LR windows is amazing. Would definitely stay here again, summer or winter!

It was overall easy and a nice stay

Everything was great, location, area , and clean.... only problem was with key pad not working... Ivan replaced batteries and changed check in code... we were able to get in after 5... all good.

Stayed here with another family during a Mammoth ski trip. The condo is very spacious, in a quiet complex, easy access to supermarket, ski rental, craft brewery, restaurants, and anything else one would possibly need. Kids played in the snow in the nearby walking distance park. In the condo there is plenty of space in the upstairs living room for two families to hang out, play cards, let the kids play and cozy up around the pellet stove. Great place, would definitely stay again.

The place was just as described. My family and I loved staying there. Very spacious and cozy and was just what we were looking for in a place to make memories during this crazy year. Loved the atmosphere of the place and the bear and trees look on the inside, we loved the cabin like feel. Will definitely be back and we are already looking for our next dates to come and visit this wonderful place again. The home owner was communicative and kind and would recommend this place to others if looking for a great place to stay.

I loved the location and property.

The property is in a great location, central to all that Mammoth has to offer. There is a shuttle bus stop right in front of the complex that is super convenient to get around town. The check in process is effortless with an access code used on the door keypad. This property has a unique layout. There is a nice entry with lots of space to store shoes and coats. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and the washer and dryer. The master bedroom is large with the master bathroom and access to the patio. The second floor has the kitchen, main living areas, dining room, balcony, another bedroom and bathroom. The floorplan is nice and comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. This place is very homey and I will definitely be back!

The condo was a perfect size for our family of 8 to have a summer vacation. Great location away from traffic yet close to the grocery store. Fantastic place for us to use as a base for biking, fishing and hiking.

We loved this condo and will be coming back again next year. Great floor plan, lots of trees around the unit, great value for a 3 bedroom. Nice having a private garage as well. Great large TV and strong internet. Thank you.

We have stayed at many condos over the years going to Mammoth for our annual vacation. This condo is very cozy, great mountain feel. It has everything you need and is well maintained.

We were 2 families of 4 staying here and we were able to all find a bed and everything was very spacious. We cooked quite a bit and the kitchen had everything you need plus stuff we didn't think of. My only recommendation would be that the bathrooms get cleaned better we found 2 of the 3 bathrooms to need extra cleaning. But the rest of the house was very clean. Had a great time would definitely recommend and be back.
