No cutlery or water in the rooms.

the property has covered most of the basics, and a bit more. Big size property with ample space to walk. the staff were friendly, and the bathroom is definitely a treat. plus has a generator.

Some parts of the hotel are work in progress. I think the room should have been roomier.

Update records that I had booked in and stayed the night.

It was a good stay overall.

I couldn't get hold of the receptionist as easily as I needed to.

There was no hot water when I needed to shower

Staff was very friendly joooo everything was on point I really my wknd

There was no mamagrment to address critical issues. The person available was just too arogant on the phone to provide solution and we eneded up being at the mercy of the cleaning staff

Their room are clean and tidy but very small

The fact that their room was small and their parking space is not good .

Location for our purposes was good

The noise from the gate next to the bedrooms was ridiculous as was the amount it was opened and closed for foot traffic that was not necessary. There was no dirt box in the bedroom. There were no hangers in the extremely small cupboard. The noise from the door leading into the main unit was irritating. All in all, nice but could be so much better with very little effort.
