We very much enjoyed our stay at the West Broadway Guesthouse! We appreciated all of the details James put into the home. It is within walking distance to downtown. We are looking forward to returning. James, thank you for your hospitality!

We really enjoyed our stay here. There were six of us in total, three couples. We had a fantastic time. The house is warm and inviting and very clean. We had everything we needed. Beds were super comfortable as well. Just a short walk to town center.

Beautiful property, lovely hosts. Had everything we needed for a quick getaway. Easy walk to town for restaurants, shopping, etc. James had great recommendations. Highly recommend!

James is a great host. The house is great. The parking is WONDERFUL for such a busy area. The beds are comfy. Such an easy walk to all things Jim Thorpe. The house has been beautifully restored. If you’re concerned about the church across the street- we didn’t hear any bells before 9am- there were deer above there parking lot viewable from the bedroom! It was great- we will hopefully be back.

This is by far the best VRBO we have had the pleasure of staying at. The home is stunning and has everything one would need. We cooked dinner and even baked! The backyard is beautiful and serene, with the extra touch of the sound of the underground creek flowing just up the street. And, it's the perfect distance from downtown. James was the perfect host and we really enjoyed meeting him and chatting. He is very helpful with recommendations as well. We all felt right at home in one of our most favorite cities in PA!

We had a wonderful time staying in James’ beautiful house! The house was charming and had all the extra touches to make our stay comfortable. Loved the cozy backyard with the lush plants. Unfortunately the weather was so hot that we didn’t have the opportunity to sit outside and enjoy it. A perfect spot to relax with a glass of wine! The house was situated in a quiet area but close enough to walk into town. (10 min.) Great shops, restaurants, and activities. Be sure to check out the Opera House. We got to see a fabulous Eagles tribute band. We also enjoyed eating at Myst, Marion Hose Bar and our favorite stop was Cafe Arielle. We loved how close that was to James’ house. Be sure to ask for the table above the creek! Everyone was so nice in Jim Thorpe! It was a fabulous weekend adventure with my spouse and our amazing friends!

James was very accommodating

We had an absolutely awesome time in Jim Thorpe, and staying in this home made us feel so comfortable and at ease. The inside is furnished beautifully, everything was spotless, neat, and easy to find, and the furniture and beds were super comfortable. The kitchen had new and easy-to-use appliances, and had everything we needed to cook breakfasts and lunches. The owner was always easily reachable. And the location was perfect! Such a close walk to downtown and everything fun. Thank you so much for our awesome stay!

This rental is the model for a guesthouse. Super clean, organized, fully equipped, quiet, and comfortable in all aspects of living. James was a delightful and helpful proprietor while not at all intrusive. The property is located a short distance from all of the action but far enough away to enjoy quiet evenings. The house is beautiful and well renovated and preserved. If you venture to Jim Thorpe this is the place to stay!

Really a great property and lovely weekend in JT. House was immaculate. Check in and out was easy and we had lots of space to play board games and to also relax.

The West Broadway Guesthouse is a little gem in a jewel of a town. This home is in a great location, within walking distance of all the fun of Jim Thorpe. James, the owner, has thought of everything, from cotton swabs to casserole dishes, this beautifully restored home has everything you may need. James was also so helpful and responsive whenever needed. We enjoyed exploring Jim Thorpe so much, and the West Broadway Guesthouse was the perfect place to come back to at the end of the day.
