Located within freezone area, easy to take tram to visit downtown places. Supermarket shops are in next door. Room is clean, with nice view facing river.

Building in front may block the river view.

The bed came apart and it would make you fall thought the middle which was a little uncomfortable

The staff, especially all of the lovely ladies at reception and Louise, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and suited our needs! The location is also perfect,walking distance to essential places as well as ferry, DFo etc.

Balcony had a used bottle of water with cigarette butts in it. Should have been removed before we arrived and door needed cleaning. There was a bag of rubbish at the front of our door also as we arrived. I emailed in regards to parking and the reply was there was none. Our view clearly showed a car park. Might be handy to let guests know.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The building and room were very clean. Our room was so quiet, we had a great nights sleep on a comfy bed. I would definitely choose to stay again.
