Good location with free shuttle bus service 24/7 to the airport. indoor pool and spa, very relaxing.

A cloth for cleaning in the room and some detergent would be helpful. Extra cups needed

The car parking , terrible . I understood it’s not run by Mantra, but it’s so complicated how it’s managed . First finding the right area & secondly I paid the hotels rate but made to pay more as my ticket to get out wouldn’t work . Staff at united parking most unhelpful & I nearly missed my flight as kept arguing with me , told me to reverse out , had to pay more for the parking just so I could go…. Either do the car park agreement properly or don’t do it at all. Won’t use that car park ever again. Prob won’t stay again at this hotel either .

Room size, bed and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom and water pressure were good.

Breakfast didn't open exactly at 6:30. We were waiting to grab a quick bite and head off to airport. We left without breakfast. The shuttle driver was talking away with his mate and was waiting for the bus to get filled up before leaving. It was a bit annoying as quite a few people inside the bus were in a hurry to leave for airport, but the driver took his own time.

The room was outdated, looked run down and had an odour.

Location, its not a walking distance from the airport.

I booked this room for a friend. The room smelt stale when we got in. The value for money was low and didnot seem as nice as the pics. I have yet to receive the $100 bond back.

Very clean and front staff was kind and friendly.

I asked to take me to Terminal 4 but shuttle driver took me Terminal 3, I need to walk with my suitcase to terminal 4.

Breakfast was limited and not nice at all. Charged for car parking. Ac would not turn off or change temperature Obly one blanket supplied for 2 beds

However the bedroom was ice box. temperature gauge wasn’t working right you could only have cold or really hot at 28 not in between temperature we did ring downstairs to tell them that we’re just put with that it was an unpleasant stay the bed wasn’t comfortable either. Very disappointed
