Awesome time perfect room n nice area

all features of the property are as advertised, it is not a brand new construction but is tis well maintained. we used the kitchen on our stay and it is well equipped

Exterior of house is getting a little worn, interior is spacious. Beds were fairly comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. My bathroom had no towel hooks, shower heads did not work so well and water splashes all over into the bathroom while showering. Not enough seating and the fold up chairs were all broken. Overall I’d give it a 3.5 out of 5. With some small repairs and additions this place would easily be a 4 to 4.5.

Description and reviews are accurate, good for large groups on budget. Location near everything in PB and good size, sleeps about 8 comfortably. Could use a couple more chairs but overall 4/5

Great place to stay very clean and nice

The property was pretty much as described. There is plenty of room for many people to stay. We had 9 in our party and had a lot of room. The access was easy and close to the beaches was a plus.

This home has plenty of room and is close to a lot of things to do. There are some broken tiles in the kitchen floor. But that didn't affect our stay. We used to fire pit and enjoyed lounging in the living room. I would stay here again.

Birthday weekend

The Beryl retreat was a great property for our extended family stay over Labor Day. The home is just as it is listed and had a great amount of space for 10 of us. The kitchen is fully outfitted and the location is perfect. The air conditioning did struggle to keep up with the record breaking heat over the weekend. The temperature in the home rose to 80 degrees at times which made it unbearable, however the additional fans were greatly appreciated. That being said, we absolutely enjoyed our stay and would stay in the home again.

This was a nice property, was spacious and accommodated my family. There are some things that could have made our stay a little more comfortable. The dining table only allowed for 4 people to be seated. The master bedroom had an open toilet and didn't allow for privacy. Some tiles were loose as you walked on the floor in both upstairs bedrooms. The bathroom in the upstairs bedroom (non-master) had a problem with the shower door and didn't close all the way. The sliding glass door in the upstairs family room didn't close well. Probably the biggest challenge was trying to get a good nights rest due to the high level of traffic and windows that didn't reduce the sound from traffic. If you are are a light sleeper, this is not the place to rent if you are in the master bedroom. Traffic is really loud. There are motorcycles that drive by all hours of the night, most nights. As they should. I'm all about it, but there should be some sort of sound proofing so that people can rest a little better. The water and Ice maker didn't work, the sign stated that they were waiting on a home warranty. I wonder how long that's been there? The master bedroom didn't have a place to sit or put luggage down. There were only a few hangers for cloths in the closet so everything had to either sit on the bed or on the floor. A hotel usually has a luggage stand or a couch to sit on or sit your things on. With these prices, renters expect a little more for the money. A garage door opener would be a nice convenience too. Overall, we would stay there again, just some tips to help the experience of the future guests. We did appreciated the accommodations . Particularly enjoyable was the air conditioning when needed and the fire pit was nice as well. Thank you also for providing a fan. This was helpful because there is no ventilation in the master bedroom and gets humid from showers. One suggestion would also be to have curtains in the home as well for more privacy especially in the bedrooms downstairs and the dining room. Every window should have blinds or curtains because everyone enjoys a different level of privacy. The location was fantastic. We were able to visit all of the parts which were just minutes away.

The property is great and the location too only 10 minutes from the beach and from Seaworld.

Things to work on: Need to have more than 6 chairs in kitchen. Code did not work when I arrived. Instructions were helpful but contradicted what was sent and what was posted on refridge (ie: garbage pick-up day).

I reserved this property due to its location and the number of bedrooms. After reading the online reviews, which seemed to change to negative over a few month period. I was a little concerned, but I was already pass the deadline to cancel. All the stuff online you read is true. But knowing that information going in to it makes it less of a surprise. The place has a great structure but definitely needs TLC. We are golfers so out of the hose most of the day. Outside of acknowledging how better the house would be with paint, new tile and some bathroom upgrades we had a great time. The house is closely located to good community bones.

We had 12 staying here and there is one couch and 2 chairs in the family room. Then there’s only seating for 4 at the kitchen table. Very disappointing to say the least. House needs a lot of work and for the money we spent to rent it for the week I was expecting more. To make matters worse the sleeping arrangements were horrible. We had to bring in blow up mattresses to ensure people didn’t have to sleep on the floor. The pull out couch looked and felt like something they found on the side of the road. There are no curtains in the downstairs bedrooms and it was like sleeping during daylight hours due to outside lighting. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone needing space for more than 6. If owners put a bit of money into fixing up the place it would be nice. You can feel the springs and a dent on one of them plus stains on the sheets. Kitchen: needs more kitchen dishes, a lot of broken tiles. Kitchen table was to sit four people not up to 12 guest! Side chairs in closet were broken or missing the back rest. Stools were to tall and uncomfortable. (Not the ones on the pictures.) Fridge was not hooked up so no water or ice for the whole stay. Can opener needs to be replaced it doesn’t not work!! Upstairs bedroom: small shower had to leave the water running for 10-15 minutes in order to get hot water. Walls: Oh man the walls either need a new paint job or some deep cleaning and fixing! Patches, peeling not painted and stains on the stair walls! Patio: furniture need to be replaced ASAP! How is it possible to have a beautiful fire place but not comfortable sitting! Ripped patio furniture and stained. Very frustrating! House in general has good potential but is it not how it’s pictured. We made the best out of it! But please fix up in order for ppl to be satisfied specially paying that price!

This was a good choice for a larger party. Some of the women in the party however were complaining about fleas in the house. There are some areas on the wall where paint is coming off and a lot of broken tiles in the kitchen but otherwise clean. Plenty of space for sleeping and good common areas for dancing and singing.

This property was not as pictured in the listing. The paint was peeling on several of the walls, patio couch was shredded, twin bed mattresses you could feel the springs through, beach chairs were broken, bike was broken, coffee maker but no coffee pot, and not well cleaned. Just disappointed because this is not what we are used to from a VRBO listing.

We loved staying at this property! The two level house has spacious bedrooms, bunk beds for kids, a large kitchen with appliances, plenty of clean towels and toiletries. We loved having two main areas to relax in, as well as a foosball table. This property does not have much soundproofing so echoes a bit, which might be tough for those with infants. The property management company responded quickly to our needs. We would stay here again!
