This property was everything the listing promised. Clean, safe, quiet with all of the comforts of home. Bonus is it being pet friendly for our 2 small dogs!

Can't say enough wonderful bits about this stay. From the first communication to check-out, everything was spot on! The pics are accurate...this place is super-nice. Our host was very communicative and we needed to add a day and check in earlier than VRBO app allowed which was also great. Thank you for a wonderful stay in what we now call our Nashville home away from home!

The property was actually nicer than advertised. Close to Broadway with plenty of restaurants nearby. With Germantown just minutes away we ate there quite a bit.

This house was great. House was clean and had everything needed for your stay. Location was great. So close to the city and attractions. We really loved the covered carport and fenced in back yard. We would definitely stay again when returning to Nashville.

Myself and 7 friends have had a gathering every year around first of December for the past 30 years. This was the perfect place for our group to spread out and have privacy or together time. Christy was awesome.

The house is lovely, well appointed, comfortable, beautifully decorated and a quick drive or uber to downtown. Five adults stayed and there was plenty of space for all. The only VERY SLIGHT drawback is the neighborhood. It is a little sketchy but seems to be going through a renaissance. We didn't spend much time at the house so it wasn't a huge deal. Christi was delightful to work with and recommended lots of fun things to do.

This was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!! Convenient to everything we wanted to do and plenty of options to visit with our group inside and outside in the beautiful backyard. I have stayed in several Vrbo's but the host for this one was by far the best I have ever had. Christa went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great stay. We had everything we needed and appreciated all the extras!!

Great house, 3 couples stayed at the house, it was great. 3 bedrooms. 3 baths, everything worked out perfect. Close to Broadway, and the Gulich, Belle Meade, everything was great.

My wife and I travelled with two other couples to Nashville for three nights. The Urban Oasis was absolutely perfect. All three bedrooms have their own en suite, which is ideal when travelling with other couples. The home is extremely well decorated and very clean. It is fully equipped with all of the large and small appliances that you could ever need. There is even a two car garage for your vehicles. It was about a $15-$20 Uber ride depending on the time of day to downtown. We enjoyed the fact that the Urban Oasis was slightly off the beaten path and away from the city for quiet mornings on the porch or veranda with our coffees. Christi is an excellent host who catered to all of our needs including sourcing tickets for us for the hockey game. We look forward to another opportunity to visit the Urban Oasis.

Very clean, well decorated and equipped with anything you might need. Loved the living area and large table for getting all 6 of us together. Good location as only 2mikes to downtown. Owner met us and set everything up. Would stay there again.

Christie is an AMAZING host! VRBO gave me a lot of issues when trying to book, and she worked with myself and them so that we could get a last minute NYE trip in! I could not thank her enough! So friendly and helpful. This is a great house for 6 people staying for the weekend in Nashville. There were 3 bathrooms and that is rare if you’re searching for properties! We had plenty of space to get ready, sleep, and play games. This neighborhood is upcoming. SUPER nice houses right beside very run down houses. We loved the carport area to park our car under! It is SO convenient to downtown. The Ubers were inexpensive and no more than 5-10 minutes to broadway (even during the busy weekend of NYE). I would stay here again and recommend this property! :)

This place was great for my family for a post-Xmas getaway. Christi is a great host who met us for check in, gave us a quick tour, and plenty of options for local food and events. We have 0 issues in our 4 nights there and were only a few minutes away from everything we came down to do.

We celebrated several anniversaries in Nashville - the home and host were great! The house is an easy Lyft ride to all museums, bars and restaurants and is well appointed with all needed for a visit.

Christi was wonderful to work with. She was friendly, very helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. This was a convenient location with easy access to all the Nashville activities. The house nicely accommodated three couples. I'd recommend this to anyone visiting Nashville. While this is not a reflection on Christi, there was a dilapidated house next door that distracted from an otherwise great location. The rest of the neighborhood was showing signs of great revitalization.

We had everything that we needed and Christi was an awesome host. It was a very short trip to Broadway where we spent most of our time. Perfect for our trip. Great privacy and space for 3 couples. Although the neighborhood seemed very safe, neighboring properties were in dismay. This property itself is beautiful and secure.

This property is as beautiful as pictures show. High quality furnishings and artistically decorated with very comfortable & spacious living quarters. We had our adult children with spouses and this home was absolutely perfect having 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. Christi, our homeowner, was excellent with communication beginning with our reservation made almost a year prior. All correspondence was replied to within minutes. She met us upon arrival, gave us tour of her home, & provided excellent suggestions for things to do while in town. Christi was super fun to meet & made us all feel very welcome. We used Lyft XL for transporting our group of 6; average cost $15 (before tip), and we were just minutes from all the bars & restaurants on Broadway. Surprisingly, we had rides within minutes going each way during one of Nashville's busiest weekends with Indy races. We immediately fell in love with this VRBO and will definitely be booking again for our next visit to Nashville!

Held a long over do family reunion in Nashville. Stayed in this beautiful 3 bedroom/3 bath Townhome with my son and daughter, son-in-law & grandson. Our first visit to Nashville and could not have found a better location or home to stay in. Fantastic house with all the amenities and great owners!

Extremely nice property. The neighborhood is pretty suspect but you can tell that money is being put into it and that it is upcoming in the next few years. It's a 55 minute walk to Broadway. The listing inaccurately shows 6 beds - sleeps 10. I am only aware of 5 beds - sleeps 8. There are 3 beds for 2 people and 2 flip open pillows that are twin sized. There are cameras that watch the front door and backyard if that kind of watchful eye bothers you.

Great hospitality, convenient location, quiet neighborhood, very clean house, great for 3 couples, Christi is a great host and very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here Again!
