Every one of the staff I interacted with were very nice, sincerely so.

I did not like having breakfast buffet on the bar lines. I would have preferred to order from a menu. So I ordered room service the next morning. The eggs were cooked perfectly. I had asked for skim or low fat milk for my coffee, and enough to use for the coffee in the big pot. I got cream and only one small pitcher. Insignificant, but an irritant. The tray from the night before was still sitting in the hall in the morning.

I stayed in Room 535 for the Aspire conference, from the moment I came in with the Valets to the front desk staff everyone was super helpful and knowledgeable. I especially want to highlight the Valet staff day and night through the day they help take thing to my vehicle during the conference and bring things for me. you cant teach the service the provided.

I liked EVERYTHING about this property.

There is nothing I didn’t like.

It’s very beautiful,clean and safe. Everyone was nice,polite and friendly.

Location very convenient to the convention center. The box spring of the bed was stained and dirty. There was not COLD water in the shower.... so it was extremally hot.... and very difficult (panful) to shower.

The room fixtures were dated, the bed was dirty. For the water problem they offered me a credit of $150.... it was a unacceptable.

Clean and location perfect walking distance to all we wanted to see and experience.

Lack of a convenience store. The five and ten was an upscale shop didn’t have the little things that one might forget. Or they were out of stock and no beer or wine.

Easy check in and out bar area was nice nice dining room spacious room and bathrooms

a little pricey but maybe that is what you have to pay to stay in downtown Nashville

It was in a great location and attached to The Country Music Hall of Fame. It was walking g distance to lots of museums, restaurants and stadium.

I liked the hotel...nothing wrong g at all.
