Two couples stayed at this amazing property for 5 weeks in January/February 2023. It was a special vacation for the four of us as we were celebrating significant birthday milestones, health milestones and a 50th wedding anniversary. The home is beautiful and the views from the deck outstanding. We lived outside most of the time we were there as we could not get enough of the views. The pool was very welcoming as we were fortunate enough to have beautiful weather for our entire stay. A variety of beautiful beaches are close by as well. The home is very well equipped with many sitting areas throughout the spacious interior. So comfortable and relaxed. The concierge services (specifically Olmer)that are available are very professional and helpful. Olmer helped make this such a special vacation for us. The location is super convenient to great restaurants and all the activities you can think of to do in Costa Rica. We hope we are fortunate enough to be able to return to this property at some point in the future. It is truly a gem.

The home is perfectly clean and stocked. The kitchen and amenities were the best I’ve experienced using VRBO. The reviews were all accurate. The home is on a steep cliff but you can’t get the views without the climb. It is an extremely safe gated neighborhood near Playa Dominical in Playa Dominicalito, a friendly community, and a short drive to the beach. The owners provides luxury and cleanliness,

Where do I start .... We had 2 adults and 2 boys (8 and 10). There is room for 2 more, but our other 2 were not able to join us. The home is beautiful, clean, well appointed, very spacious and most of all safe. The pool is great and the views from the pool deck are breathe taking. The jungle rises to the pool edge and the wildlife is at your fingertips. We saw white-nosed coatis, heard howler monkeys and had numerous birds by the pool. We went surfing in Dominical and spent a day at Manuel Antonio (hire a guide). We also went to Marino Ballena Park and the boys played at the whale tail beach all day. A must is going to the restaurant "La Parcela" ! It is located across the highway from the home and has great food with views of the pacific. Tip: If you go for a late lunch you may see the monkeys. Over-all we had a great time and are already planning a visit back to Costa Rica !

When planning trips, I always scour the reviews. The glowing reviews are absolutely accurate and this property is truly spectacular. We are already trying to figure when we will be returning. Olmer was very helpful in planning the many details of our stay. Catherine, the host, was incredibly gracious and offered to chat on the phone when I had some specific questions and was incredibly patient and gracious when we had some unexpected itinerary changes. I appreciated learning from her about the area and all of her helpful tips. We flew into San Jose and stayed (on Catherine's excellent recommendation) at the Marriott Hacienda Belen - perfect for our changed flight which arrived in the late evening. Olmer arranged for our rental car from Alamo to be delivered right to the hotel - how convenient! He helped us plan where to pick up groceries along the way (at the BM Supermarket in Quepos). But if you want to have groceries waiting for you at the villa, he can arrange that as well! We travelled with our two kids, ages 19 and 14. For excursions, we booked a couple of for our family through Olmer. Surf lessons on Dominical Beach with Junior (excellent) and the canyoning/waterfall rappelling through Bahia Ballena Kayaks and Tours (also excellent). We explored around Dominical and Uvita on our own and took a day trip to Manuel Antonio National Park. We knew we wanted to leave enough time to enjoy the property and sure were happy that we didn't plan too much. We loved having time to simply enjoy the stunning villa - cook some meals (everything you need is there), enjoy the stunning infinity pool and view, get to know the local wildlife, play board games (there is a variety to choose from including our family favourite - Catan!). This is a truly special place that you will absolutely not regret booking. We are grateful to Catherine and Olmer for all of their help in ensuring we had a wonderful stay. Thank you.

Catherine has created an oasis at Suenos Pacificos. We arrived the beginning of August and stayed during what we learned is Costa Rica's "wet season". We were concerned it was going to rain us out of the infinity pool and the activities that we had booked but it was GORGEOUS! The house is immaculate and I can only describe it as we felt practically presidential coming and going with the 24 hour guarded gate service. We did enjoy a sun shower from the pool one afternoon and it was amazing! The infinity pool is breathtaking. It has the most impressive beach & jungle views of the entire coastline. We even made friends with a couple of Toucans that visited us the same time each day while we were relaxing in the pool. The same tree was also a favorite to the vultures. The house is also equip with a magnificent indoor & outdoor speaker system that made hanging out at the pool feel like the complete resort experience. To top it all off, the concierge, Ignacio (Nacho!), was fantastic! We just loved him so much! He was very accommodating to every question or request we had. He stopped by the house several times to check on various things and we knew that he was always just a quick call or text away. The power did go out a few times, but it was always back up and running quickly. We learned that this is common in the jungle because the trees are so close to the power lines - when it rains and the trees touch the power lines it can cause short blackouts. It was very easy to get in touch with and communicate with both Ignacio and Catherine. The best of any host/booking experience I have had yet on any type of home rental site. We stayed here with one other couple - the house still had a completely empty suite and master bath. We would love to come back here with our family in the future. We have 5 kids and this house would be perfect for us! It is a very quick drive to Dominical, maybe 5 minutes. There is a smaller grocery store on 34, on the right next to the Tiki Bar, just before you get to the Dominical sign. Or, if you take a left into Dominical, you will find Mama Toucan’s natural grocery at the end of the street. They have a great selection, expect organic grocery store prices. While in Dominical - check out Fuego’s Brewery & Coffee. It is a trendy little restaurant set up in a treehouse, not to be missed! The menu and drinks are delicious! They have some great souvenirs in the coffee shop if you like the artwork created for the beer they brew.

First time to Costa Rica with the family and I believe this house was one of the main reason we loved our stay. The property is as advertised. Breathtaking view and every amenity you could ask for. When we return to Costa Rica this house with be on the top of our list.

Spent 2 weeks here...excellent property in gated community and wonderful location! Close enough to excellent activities and restaurants but far enough removed from the busier tourist towns. The view of the sunset and ocean from this home itself is worth the trip! One recommendation...the dirt/gravel road up to the house is steep, having a 4-wheel drive definitely helped! Hiked up the road a few times on foot just for the exercise - but the view was always definitely worth the climb! Very smooth rental process and great communication from the owner as well as the local property concierge. Thanks for such a great stay!

Absolutely amazing house and great location. Woke up and had coffee on the patio and listened to the waves crashing and amazing view - Enjoyed the house in every way. Would highly recommend this house. You wont be disapointed. Pura Vida

What a fabulous property for a Costa Rican vacation. Our family of 5 adults absolutely loved the villa and the location. We thought it may have been over hyped after reading the previous reviews but the place was actually everything that previous vacationers said it was. My wife and I were literally depressed for several days after leaving Costa Rica and are already exploring when we can return to stay at Los Suenos!.

The property was great one of the best we have stayed rented in the 13 years we have been coming to the area. Would recommend to anyone who wants an amazing view and house while in Dominical area.

This was easily one of the best vacations I have ever been on! The house makes the whole trip, with beautiful views and a stunningly beautiful house. Care is put into every corner of the house, and we didn’t need anything such as pots, pans, bar materials or anything of that nature. All taken care of. The view is amazing, overlooking the beach and parts of the jungle. You can see waves crash in the distance and toucans fly through the trees. 10/10, Olmer was amazing at coordinating and taking care of us.

We stayed for a week in March 2022. The house is in the hills above the Domincalito beach and an easy 5 minute drive to Dominical. The views are spectacular and sitting with a drink or swimming in the pool watching the sunset is the perfect relaxation. The house was spotless, well furnished and the kitchen equipped with pretty much everything. Booking was easy and seamless. The concierge team was friendly, helpful and accessible and helped with a rental car and booking day trips (of which there are wide variety). Perfect house for a family with teens as plenty of space and privacy. Very much recommend.

Suenos Pacificos exceeded our expectations! The home is lovely, very spacious, clean, and has every amenity you could ask for. We spent a week with 3 couples and had plenty of room. The grounds and pool were well taken care of and the view was stunning. One sunset more beautiful than the last. Catherine was a welcoming host and our concierge Olmer helped us navigate everything as this was our first trip to Costa Rica. Pura vida!

Suenos pacificos was a perfect spot for our family's vacation. The house is beautiful and comfortable. Olmer was an excellent help arranging activities and the area around dominical is breathtakingly beautiful and quiet. Beaches are fantastic and there is so much to do. Sunsets are unforgettable and we found ourselves down at one of the surrounding beaches at sunset every evening. Thank you so much. We will recommend this to all our friends.

The house was in a gated community that was very safe and well serviced with the ability to preorder food and beverage along with a mid week cleaning service. The house was very well appointed and the views from the pool were amazing. A short drive into town and multiple great restaurants and multiple beaches. Do not hesitant to rent this house! We can’t wait to go back.

I recently spent 10 days at Suenos Pacificos with my wife and brother. The house is conveniently located just off the coastal highway and a variety of restaurants and beaches can be reached easily by car. In our opinion you simply cannot beat this location. Entering the house you are greeted with a beautiful view of the ocean. You have a direct view up the coastline and can see Manuel Antonio in the distance. We loved lounging by the pool, taking in the view, and listening to the sound of the waves. Olmer, the concierge, was there to greet us for check in and is available throughout the stay to help with things like booking a chef, massages, tours, etc. The house is very nicely furnished throughout and has an amazing kitchen. The master bedroom has a gorgeous ocean view and the bed was extremely comfortable. All of the bedrooms were very nicely furnished and had large bathrooms & showers. The owner of the house, Catherine, was always extremely responsive and friendly. The bottle of Malbec she had waiting for us as a gift on arrival was a nice treat after a long day of travel. If you are looking for a luxury vacation rental with a killer view in a great location then look no further, Suenos Pacificos is where you want to be!

Our family highly recommends this phenomenal property and even more accommodating hosts. Catherine was sooo helpful on our first trip and family trip. Every recommendation was right on. My wife was pregnant and we had a 20 month old and we had the time of our lives. We almost do not want to say too much so it does not become over booked! We will definitely be back, but felt compelled to write because of our hosts, the amazing home and very attentive and friedly property manager, Olmer.

This is our third time staying in this home. We love it. It has everything you need. The house and the yard is so beautiful, you may not want to leave. The pool is perfect and the views couldn”t be nicer.

This villa was exactly as described. The location is phenomenal, the home was immaculate and very tastefully furnished, the grounds were impeccable, the pool was awesome, and the views were just breathtaking. Olmer (our concierge) was extremely helpful with arrival details and with answering any and all questions we had prior to our arrival and during our stay. This is a special luxury property. It was simply magnificent in every way and was very hard to drive away from!!

My husband and I along with our 3 children, ages 17,15 & 12 just returned from a week in Domincalita. Our home for the week was Suenos Pacificos, and boy was this a nice home! We arrived very late due to a flight delay and were greeted by Olmer, the property manager. He gave us a quick overview of the villa, but respected that we had just traveled many hours and said he would return the next day. Anything we needed from a chef, to excursions or just advice on the area and where to eat, Olmer was available to us. He was great. The villa was beautiful inside and out. It was very clean and the large space was perfect for our family. Each morning my husband and I would wake with the sun and were greeted by so many different species of birds. The best were the visits from the toucans! In the evening, we were lucky to see the most beautiful sunsets as the kids swam in the pool. From the minute I found this listing, the owners were so responsive and really go out of their way to make this a great experience. I highly recommend Suenos Pacificos if you are traveling to this area of Costa Rica. It is near great restaurants, beaches, fishing, rafting, animal preserves, ATV adventures and many more more activities...or you could just never leave the property for you vacation and really be in perfection!! Plus there is great security on the property!! Thank you Catherine for sharing your beautiful property. We will be back one day for sure!!!

All I can say is what an amazing home in an incredible setting! The pictures of this property do not to do justice to the beauty the home, the view and the grounds. It is quite a drive from San Jose so if you can catch the short flight from San Jose to Quepos it would shorten the trip from the airport. That being said the drive allowed us to see more of Costa Rica then we would have otherwise. The kitchen is well-stocked and we made use of Olmer, the concierge, to help have some groceries on site for the first day. There is a small supermarket in Dominical but a larger one a few kilometers further in Uvitas. Many wonderful restaurant options in both towns. We saw quite a bit of wildlife from the house including Toucans and Parrots. An early morning hike up the road afforded more interesting wildlife - parrots and a big black Tayra. We have nothing to say but wonderful things about this home and highly recommended for others who at looking for a place to stay in Costa Rica

Our family had the best time at this home in Costa Rica! The home itself, beautifully positioned overlooking the coast, was perfectly outfitted and decorated for a delightful Costa Rican stay. We loved the privacy and each sunset! Dominical was a fun little beach town with great restaurants. We were perfectly positioned for any outdoor adventure- rafting, zip lining, birding, surfing, hiking. But we loved ending up in or around the pristine pool each evening to enjoy the most marvelous sunsets. We can’t wait to come back! Pura Vida!

Suenos Pacificos was great! I was pleasantly surprised. The home is well appointed, high end, had well manicured landscaping, was private and very spacious for a 3-bedroom. My wife calls me a vacation snob because I refuse to stay anywhere that is not a five star so this is a huge compliment from me. This house met all my “must haves”. My “must haves” are: 1) each room needs its own bathroom 2) the master bedroom and bathroom must be exceptional 3) the kitchen must have all high-end appliances, 4) it must have AC throughout the house, 5) it must have a pool, 6) it must be very clean 7) the area/community must be safe and within a few miles of shopping, restaurants and a good gym 8) there must be good views of the ocean, 9) there must be a good large TV in the gathering area and lastly 10) no cheap furniture that makes it look like a rental (and all bedrooms must have shades). This place hit it out of the park and at the daily rate was a great value. Note: I have no connection with the owners, the mananagement group or anybody that knows either. This was booked purely through VRBO. Thanks for renting such a great place. We all loved it and had a fantastic time. Paul

This was our second visit to Dominical and stay at this beautiful, well appointed villa. Everything was perfect! The kitchen has everything one could need to create a meal. Last visit we used the concierge service to arrange a fishing trip and hire a chef. The chef and his wife cooked our freshly caught Mahi Mahi just perfectly, made us ceveche’ and yummy homemade flan. The beautiful mature landscaping was spectacular from morning until night as was the infinity pool. Sunsets to die for! We will be back.

Place was fantastic. We have traveled now for 25 years with our children and although I am getting older, I think this was the best so far. Tocans, oripandolas, dart frog, and the view is to die for. I am moving to Costa Rica and would consider buying property in las Olas.

This was my 7th trip to the Dominical area and I have to say this house was by far, the best property rental yet! So many great things to say but ill try to summarize. The house and property are vey well maintained and have every amenity you could imagine. The house is gorgeous, 5 star without a doubt. The location is beyond convenient. The house is literally 3 minutes from Dominicalito beach in a gated community which make ease of going to stores, restaurants or sight seeing a breeze. Many properties in Dominical are way up in the rain forest and can be quite challenging and intimidating to some that aren't used to the dirt roads in Costa Rica. ( Esp in rainy season!). The VIEWS are to die for!! Lastly, I had a little visitor while I was enjoying my afternoon tea and a book... A real life MARGAY!! OR Ocelot, too hard to tell from photos with one it was. It is EXTREMELY rare to see ANY jungle cat in Costa Rica so tis was a once in a lifetime experience for me. I am a crazy animal lover and nothing could have prepared me for this!! I am still smiling from it! Anyone that rents this property will not be disappointed!! Im going back in March and hope to rent this house agin. The home was a great location and retreat in itself. We had a wonderful trip and really enjoyed the Safari Tour that Olmer set up for us. Bird watching from the house was so relaxing! The pool was enjoyed by all! The house exceeded our expectations!

This house was everything we expected and more. It is well appointed with all the luxuries one could expect. We had two boys and four adults stay a week and had more than enough space to spread out. The views from every room are wonderful and private. Olmer was our concierge who took care of all our excursions and always made sure we were pleased with all activities. This was an awesome getaway and we hated to leave.

Everything was perfect from Olmer (concierge) with setting up activities to a beautiful well maintained home with breath taking views and topped it off with great food from the chef. My family loved the trip
