Amazing property! The house was perfect. The road was noisy but unavoidable if you want to be next to the beach. We will be back for sure!

Beautiful home and unbeatable location.

We loved this property so much we're already trying to figure out when we can return. The house itself is spacious and comfortable; we loved the air conditioned bedrooms after days filled with adventures and tours. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and we all enjoyed sitting outdoors and watching for interesting birds and lizards. The private pool was an absolute highlight... it's far bigger in person that it appears in the pictures. The beach, a mere 30-second walk about the back door, was absolutely spectacular. During low-tide, Dominical was a 25-ish minute walk on the beach. The property managers and on-site caretakers were friendly and helpful. When we return to Costa Rica, I will absolutely be looking to book this property again!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa close to Dominical. Great restaurants nearby and very close to national parks and various activities.

We had a great time as a family. The house was confortable and we had everything we needed. We were lucky enough to see some wildlife around the house.

This property was perfect for our group of 6. The house has great amenities, is located right next to a beautiful beach, and has a large pool that we enjoyed every day. There are many restaurants, several grocery stores, and attractions in short driving distance. The property manager and caretakers are very friendly and helpful. We very highly recommend this place and we'd love to stay there again in the future.

This property was PERFECT for our family! It was a Home-away from-Home Paradise. It had the convenience of being able to swim in the pool or the ocean straight from our backdoor. The property is meticulously manicured yet was still jungle/tropical in nature. It was within less than an hour from the Quepos Airport, Manuel Antonio National Park, mangrove excursions, canopy ziplining, The Wales Tail, Cano Island snorkeling/scuba diving, and the beautiful Nauyaca Waterfalls (where you can swim in the cool waters of the lagoon and/or jump off/or dive off the cliffs into the cool waters below). At least these are the excursion we took part in. We rented a car so we had the convenience of going anywhere at any time. I would also recommend Fuego Brewery & Restaurant just 10 minutes from the house. We will definitely be coming back!

The location is perfect, quiet, peaceful, close to many interesting places like waterfalls, beaches, can't ask for more! Clean house, really comfortable beds, outdoors, kitchen.

The house was very clear and the staff was extremely polite and helpful. The backyard and gardening is top notch and creates a tropical paradise! Definitely you stay there again.

The house is gorgeous and perfectly positioned between Dominical and Uvita. The private pool was very nice but the almost private beach was even better, just 50 meters behind the house. There was plenty of room inside to relax and get separation from others with 3 large rooms. You can preorder some groceries to be available in the house upon arrival but I caution you to be very selective on how much you pre buy. Many items come in large quantities which end up getting thrown away. We took advantage of several excursions, Cano island snorkel, ATV mountain tour, 1/2 day inland fishing, Manuel Antonio park tour and massages in Dominical. All were wonderful!

We love seahorses. The beach is beautiful, management is helpful and friendly. Anything you need they will try to accommodate you. The house is perfect for families with enough space to provide social activities and privacy when needed. We always come back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house and surrounding are was beautiful. The on site staff were very friendly and attentive. Overall, I would recommend this property to anyone staying in the area.

From booking to check in to check out, our experience with the yougethere team (Jhonnathan and Ismael) was top notch. They answered all of our questions, helped us with transportation and were even able to accommodate an early check in. The house itself is beautiful as is the location and landscaping. It was amazing to wake up every morning and have coffee by the pool, listening to the waves and then take a dip in the pool. The beach is right behind the house and is breathtaking! We could walk a long distance when the tide was low. (During high tide, there’s not a lot of room to walk.) The caretaker did a fantastic job of maintaining the pool everyday and his dog, Princessa, was a welcomed furry friend to visit with us throughout the day. The house is very close to town (we had a rental car) and we very much enjoyed all the local restaurants for breakfast and dinner. A cab ride to town from the house runs $5 US. 100% would stay here again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Amazing stay. Loved it! The location is perfect if you want to be close to town, restaurants and good proximity to Uvita and Ojochal, where there are great places to eat. We had a great time, the care takers Nora and Rolando are kind, caring and will help with anything you need. The house was lovely and has everything you need and very clean! If you want monkeys to visit you, however, you will be disappointed. Property is on the beach and you will enjoy many birds, iguanas visiting by the pool. Go see the monkeys at La Percela restaurant between 4pm and 5:30pm. Very entertaining . Great food and amazing location! Don’t forget to get a surf lesson or two from Jordy at Sunset Surf in Dominical! Thank you!! We will be back again soon!!

The space was beautiful. The perfect opportunity to get into the ocean every morning and my little guy was thrilled with the pool.

This is the first time I write a review on a property, but this one really impressed us. The house is really well maintained and well equipped. It sits just next to the beach. The beach at low tide is just beautiful!. We really enjoyed our week there and are already planning on going back next year!

This is a wonderful house right on the beach with a large pool. It has everything we needed to be comfortable. We brought our three boys and we all had a blast. There are caretakers that live on site just behind the house. They were very friendly and did some light cleaning. We went on many adventures in the area all within a 30 minute drive. Great restaurants of all kinds and a few very well stocked grocery stores so we had access to everything we needed. We will be back.

We love Costa Rica and love Dominical. We spent 7 nights had tons of fun .......hope to go back next year for a longer stay. House was clean, beach was great.

This unit is perfect for our family. The location is gorgeous, with a phenomenal beach just steps from the house. Dominica shops, surfing, etc., is a short walk down the beach The staff is very attentive. I highly recommend this vacation rental.

Fully stocked house, had everything we needed. Gorgeous pool and grounds. Amazing views of the ocean from the upper balcony’s and it is just a few steps out the back door, you have a short crossing over some driftwood but not a big deal. The sand is pretty wet so not exactly a “laying out” beach. We rented boards in town and surfed every day right behind the house, great consistent waves. Very well managed, good communication and friendly. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again! Dominical is a cute little town with a hippie vibe and lots of great restaurants. Spent time in Uvita and Quepos as well.

Villa Norte is fantastic. A spacious three bedroom house DIRECTLY on the ocean. During low tide you can walk into town from the house and swim right in your back yard! Each bedroom has its own AC which was greatly appreciated at night. The pool is much larger than we anticipated and had comfortable loungers and an outdoor dining table and grill. The house was extremely clean and having Nora and Rolando there to take care of the house keeping and grounds was fantastic. We would highly recommend this house for a couples get away, family vacation, really anything you need - its a great location and house! The only draw back (and really this is nit picky) is that the house is close to the road and you can hear the cars and trucks driving by. However, for the convenience of being close to town and the restaurant, Porque No? is a stones throw away, the location is ideal!

The house was perfect for our family of five adults and one child.All the features work perfectly, and the staff was friendly. The location is amazing; just yards from a world class beach. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone vacationing on the Pacific side of Costa Rica.

This is one of three identical houses that sit side-by-side, but are separated by trees, so reasonable privacy exists, provided your neighbors are respectful and not loud. We had family staying in the middle house, so that is a nice option if you are travelling with anyone. We couldn't see the ocean from our lower level or the pool, but it is only steps away. The beach is good and we all had a lot of fun playing in the surf. Most of the sand is always wet as high tide comes in to cover most of the beach and it is a very gradual slope to the beach. Wet sand in this area is a good thing though, as dry sand can be unbearably hot on the feet! As long as the tide isn't too high and coming in, you can walk down the beach into Dominical in about 15 minutes. Dominical is a small surfing village with a dirt main street, but there is plenty of character here and we much preferred the quieter nature of Dominical and Uvita to the busyness and tourism of Quepos/Manuel Antonio. Mono Congo is a great little coffee shop we were at numerous times. If you like craft beer, don't miss El Fuego, Dominical's own microbrewery/restaurant. The house is a unique design and feels very spacious. There is on-sight daily light housekeeping and a nighttime security guard (although we never felt unsafe in this region) included in the price, which was nice. The pool is excellent and a good size. There are many geckos and lizards around the property which we all thoroughly enjoyed watching! We have never surfed before, but did take lessons and had a blast in the waves at Playa Dominical. There are better beaches in the area, however, and frankly right in front of the house if a beach is what you are looking for. We enjoyed Playa Matapalo, Playa Hermosa (by Uvita), and Playa Ventanas to name a few. There are many excellent restaurants between Quepos and Uvita, far exceeding our expectations. One of our favourites, Por Que No, was just a minute or so down the road. You have to try it! The only negative we found was that these three houses sit right beside the main highway. The sound of the surf compensates for maybe half the highway noise, but if that is something that would bother you, you need to consider it. However, the property is priced with this consideration factored in, and you will likely not find a house and location like this at this price anywhere else. We would stay here again and highly recommend this region of Costa Rica if you are looking for a real get-away.
