This property was everything it claimed to be. The location was lovely. The water view was beautiful and allowed me to watch my husband and dad fish from the dock. I will definitely book this vacation rental again.

We had a terrific stay. The place was exceptionally clean, well maintenanced. The view was incredible. Great communication. We will be back!!

Usually stay on Big Pine but this neighborhood on Little Torch Key was so much better. Great location and amenities…and love the private path to restaurant next door. That came in handy several times.

It was hard to leave. Perfect location from which to explore the lower Keys from Marathon to Key West. Captivating views of the channel between Big Pine Key and Little Torch. Close to basic amenities. Two pools. Beach chairs available to take to Sombrero beach and Bahia Honda State Park. Manatees in the Marina. And so much more. We loved the place.

Literally on the beach. One nice warm swimming pool is conveniently located next to the unit. There are two pools to choose from. So many things to do. The townhouse was spic and span, from top to bottom. We would book again in a heartbeat!

Little Torch Cottages were just as advertised! We had a great time and enjoyed having access to all the amenities. Townhome was spacious and well equipped with everything we needed. Property manager was easily accessible. Enjoyed watching the sunrise on the balcony. Having Kiki’s Sandbar Restaurant so close was nice as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Had an awesome time at the property. Check in was smooth, as was check out. Perfect location for a family Keys vacation with your boat. We made great friends with some of the permanent residents at the community who took us in like family! Can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful property & wonderful hosts. I would have unit painted as it’s way overdue with tons of scuff marks all over the wall, floors left your feet completely black on the bottoms and the sofa sleeper is in bad need of replacement or deep clean. I would suggest leaving not only a broom which we found but some type of mop for the floor or swifter with wet wipes to touch up while tenants are staying. A few new pots and pans as the ones on site were pretty old and not a big enough pot to cook for a family. Otherwise everything else was perfect! ❤️

The unit was very comfortable with a great view of the water and to Big Pine Key. The neighborhood is well kept and just a 1 minute walk to Kiki’s Sandbar Grill. The only complaint is cleanliness - the floors were so dirty our feet and socks turned black, there was mold in the master shower, and drawers hadn’t been cleaned (we even found socks and shorts from the previous renter). The doors also need some adjustment as they’re prone to stick. These issues aside we still highly recommend this property, it just needs a thorough and consistent cleaning. We did not ask management to address the cleaning because we did nothing want cleaners in the property once we were occupying it due to covid concerns.

We love this property, hope to return too, but as a property manager and owner of a cleaning company, we could not ignore the lack of cleanliness and “tired” condition of the property. Online the pictures look brand new and very clean, but filthy cabinets, drawers, floors, and upholstery were disappointing. In addition, the beds squeaked a lot, toilet seat covers that didn’t fit, a lack of proper kitchen cookware, and overall dinginess left a lot to be desired. We hope to be back and very much hope to find the property has received some TLC.

Perfect for boaters. Beautiful unit with great sunrises over the water every morning. Nice little boat marina with a ramp for launching. We’ll be back next year!

From the moment we checked in until the moment we checked out everything was perfect. Timely response from property manager. Immediate help with a couple of things that we needed at the condo. Friendly employees. Beautiful property with everything you need and more! Can’t wait to come back!

It's great property in a good location. There really isn't much in the immediate area. KW is 22 miles as is marathon.

Location is fantastic. Property was clean and really like that bedrooms are on second floor. Allowed my wife and I to enjoy the living space without waking kids. Spent last day kayaking, paddle boarding, snorkeling and playing in the pool which was all included. Very likely to rent here again on future visits to the Keys.

This is our 2nd year staying at LTC. Location is incredible, amenities outstanding and the weather was superb! Highly recommend.

This property is amazing! Very, very clean and immaculate. It has a beautiful view and lots of wonderful things to do. Also the property manager is great to work with.

This unit was as advertised and a perfect fit for our family. The property manager was quick to respond to questions. It is right on the water with great views and cool breezes. Location couldn't be better for quick trips to Key West, Bahia Honda park and Marathon. The town is a 5 minute drive and has everything you need during a week or longer vacation in the Keys. The property has many amenities, private beach, corn hole, horse shoes, tether ball, mini golf, plus two pools, BBQ area, hammocks and fitness room. Club house can accommodate parties. There is also a boat ramp and slips available if needed. Kiki's is a short walk on a nice wooded path and a great spot for happy hour. We went our first night and caught a great local band. Parking area under the unit accommodates two vehicles. The only negative was that the unit wasn't super clean. The bathrooms and floors were void of clutter and put together at first glance but our black bare feet and closer inspection of the bathrooms told a different story. Not a deal breaker but when paying a hefty cleaning fee we'd expect spotless. If not for the cleanliness we would give this property a 5 star review for sure and next time we make plans to stay in the Keys we will definitely look to rebook this unit.

We had a nice stay at this property. Everything depicted in the photos is what you get. We had an ocean front unit near the pool (28915 I think). The home was very clean and we did not have any significant surprises upon arrival or during our stay. My wife and I and our two adult children stayed here for 5 nights in late Feb. early March 2020. Quick notes. View to the left is nice, view to the right is the bridge. Lots of cars and a bit noisy but not terrible. A bit of a ride to Key West due to 45/MPH limit and traffic and plenty of Sheriffs. Plan on 45 min. drive depending on time of day. On the other hand, it was nice to have a more private and quiet spot away from the hustle and bustle of Key West. Went to the Southern most point, Ernest Hemingway House, Duval Street shopping and a fishing charter. All good but the fishing charter was the winner. Unit could use more dishes and utensils. Pull out couch worked well as third bed. Toilets needed jiggling to keep from running. Hate to see water wasted. Hopefully they put in new flippers. Pool was very nice and we always had it to ourselves. Seems odd but we didn't mind. Very warm water. Nice! We would definitely stay again but would also consider staying in Key West to minimize drive time. Big cost difference though when you need 3 beds. Manager was very responsive.

Very impressed with thus property!! We traveled with another couple and the condo is a perfect set up. Privacy and fun community areas. We loved the fire areas at night and the water always.

Beautiful townhome, clean, bright, views were amazing, central location for day trips in either direction. Great pool, hammocks, lounge chairs, and beach area. Great walking path to bar/restaurant. Good food and music!

Stayed here for 4 nights over New Year 2020 - the property is clean, very new and well located in the middle of the Keys. It is easy to get to Key West and Marathon., and more importantly Bahia Honda state park where we spent days on the nicest beach in the Keys. The amenities in the complex are good (heated pool, boardwalk - lighted underwater at night so you can see the shark in the water, game room and gym) and the neighbors are friendly. There are biting insects outside the house so always wear repellent. Only suggestion for improvement should be to stock up on supplies in the townhouse (we ran out of dish washing tablets and the toiletries come in travel sizes). Overall a great stay.

We enjoyed the facilities, the pool, yard games. The location was convenient to everything anyone could need. Also an easy trek to Key West.

This property was a fantastic find for us. It was in a quiet neighborhood with Key West less than an hour drive away. Had a great time and looking forward to coming back.

The location is great, the property has everything you need for an amazing family vacation, pools, kayaks, waterfront views and plenty of outdoor games.

This house was just as pictured. Joe and the staff were wonderful. It was very easy to bring our boat. There is a lot to do right at the cottages. You can fish off the dock, canoe, Paddle board, play games or just relax. My 12 daughter had plenty to do. The property and house was very clean and had everything you could ask for. We definitely will be coming back.

Place is fantastic- right on the water- 2 min walk to great restaurant (Kiki’s), and on site pool amenities, grill, etc was terrific. Place was nice n tidy! Three balconies in total and good space for parking under house on first floor. Would recommend and go again!

Incredible place and location for a quiet family escape. All amenities are first class!

I brought both of my kids here (6 and 1.5 years old) and we had a great time. They loved having a pool nearby and we could walk to Kiki's or the sandy area below the house to play cornhole.
