Lower keys relaxing Not fancy but worked for us

We loved our time in little torch key, condo was incredibly clean. Well equipped. Property had 2 very clean heated pools and fun amenities. Easy drive to key west. Loved Kiki’s sandbar, so cool that the property connects. If the water would have been more calm definitely would have used the complimentary kayaks. Noise from US 1 is initially annoying, but you get used to it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property on Little Torch Key. The cottage was nicely furnished and quite comfortable, and we loved having the water front balconies on both levels. There were plenty of bath towels and beach towels provided. The property has a lovely, warm swimming pool right next to this unit with fun activities like kayaks and bikes available for use.. Although the location is close to Highway 1, the cottage is very quiet and peaceful. The kitchen could use a few more things - a larger skillet and saucepan and a few more kitchen towels but otherwise it was great. We highly recommend the Galley Grill restaurant for breakfast - try their sweet potato/sausage hash and homemade biscuits! Kiki’s was also fun and it was really nice to be able to walk back to the cottage on the connecting nature path after a margarita (or two) in the evening! We’d also recommend the Chinese food place near the Winn Dixie on Big Pine Island, as well as Goldberg’s deli in Key West - great breakfast menu and delicious bagels. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our time, beautiful view, quite , they have kayaks and bicycles you can use while you’re there. The property could’ve used a few more towels nice towels, other than that everything was wonderful. Close enough to Key West where you could travel back-and-forth for the day. Would definitely go to this property again.

What a perfect location! Close enough to Key West but far enough if you want a quiet retreat, 30 min drive. Beautiful state Park Bahia Honda for the most beautiful beach just 10 min drive north. Townhouse was clean, well maintained and decorated. Situated right on the water, dock footsteps away for fishing or boating. Quiet little neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

My family and I enjoyed our three night stay. The condo is right between Key West and Marathon and east to get to.

The property is very nice. The unit is in a apartment complex with shared amenities. The amenities are really nice. Pool, kayaks, hammocks, bocce ball and outdoor games. If you bring a bot be aware that it is kept tied along dock outside unit and not in protected harbor. Property manager was nice enough to allow us to put our boat in the protected harbor when it was very windy and choppy one day. The unit itself is very well stocked and nicely decorated. The cleanliness left a bit to be desired. The floors especially left your feet dirty. The outside area of home is a fine fine sand so that may be the issue as it is tracked inside inevitably. Overall a nice contemporary unit with great amenities and access to a cool restaurant next door!

My family and I stayed another week in Little Torch Cottages after a previous stay and it was amazing. The cottage was beautiful and on the water with great covered parking and excellent fishing and Kiki’s Restaurant next door. We went diving and snorkeling Looe Key and it was 3 mins to the dive shop. We will keep coming back here!

Great location for Loe Reef snorkeling. Boat rental as well as scuba/snorkeling rentals close by. Place very well maintained. Thoroughly enjoyed the amenities that are on property as well. Will definitely return. Bill the grounds keeper is the best!

Wonderful place to stay! The condo was clean and was located close enough to travel to Key West to enjoy activities as well as visit Bahia Honka State Park. Highly recommend. Would stay there again!

This home and property were just perfect for our stay. The cottage was clean, the amenities were spectacular, the community was wonderful - we will be back!

Just had a wonderful vacation at this condo in Little Torch Key . Definitely worth the extra money . The property is very clean and beautifully decorated. The downstairs couch makes a very comfortable bed for 2. Perhaps most important is the location. This condo is right on the water, with beautiful views of the ocean . Plenty of onsight activities for all ages. Beautiful, heated pool and safe neighborhood. My adult children loved Kiki’s Sandbar, which is a classic Florida beachfront bar and restaurant, with live music and excellent food. it is next to the VRBO property . Very easy check in and check out. We would return here in a heartbeat!

A little slice of paradise. A great property run by great people. The entire staff was always so helpful. Enjoyed the sunrise over the bridge everyday.

My family & I stayed here for 5 days over the 2021 Christmas Holiday. We booked it last minute. The booking process and communication with owner were efficient and accurate. The housing development is really nice and well-kept. Staff and neighbors were very friendly. We had access to nearby state parks, beaches, kayaking and of course the tiki bar next door. Quiet neighborhood but great location in a beautiful area of the Florida Keys. Key West is a short drive from the house. The travel books left in the house came in very handy. Thank you for sharing this lovely home with us.

Nice clean townhouse, very convenient location. Very close to Highway one, may be too close for some. Right next-door to Kiki‘s Sandbar. Beds were comfortable and everything was well stocked.

We had a fantastic stay, couldn’t have asked for a smoother arrival. It was beautiful, everything in the home was clean, comfortable and the perfect location. Having Kiki‘s Sand bar right next-door was an added bonus we will definitely stay at this location again. It’s the perfect spot just a short 30 minute drive to Key West with plenty of other locations even closer. We highly suggest visiting the No-Name Pub. Just 10 minutes up the road. It’s unique and has great food and drinks.

Great location to check out Key West, but far enough away to enjoy some quiet. Very comfortable for a family of four with two teenagers. One took the guest room and the other the pull out couch. Several restaurants nearby. Hopefully we can visit again!

the only issue we had was that the shower in our town house is in very poor condition and should be replace, and it did not seem like when they clean they moped floors. shower felt like u were going to fall through, and for the price of this unit , Also when you are booking they do not tell you that there is a 200.00 dollar charge for boat

The community is great and the amenities were perfect for what we we’re looking for. Seeing nurse sharks off the dock, fish every night etc. great location.

We enjoyed our time in Little Torch Key. Would definitely come back. Loved the location- quiet and relaxing but close to all Key West has to offer.

Great location, easy to find, very clean, tastefully decorated, good size

This was a last minute find and so incredibly perfect! It was nice and bright, beds super comfy, very clean, and spacious. 2 adults and 3 kids (2 teens and 1 child) and we all were so comfortable. The half of bath definitely came in handy and was a great perk to this townhome.

We had a wonderful time. Great location and beautiful views with easy access to the lower keys and Key West. We would definitely stay again.

We loved Little Torch Cottages! Great house and property. Location is great too. Made it easy to zip around and explore the Keys. Would highly recommend!

Enjoyed the property amenities...grill, oversized games, pools, fitness center. Ate breakfast on the patio daily! Close enough to Key West to go between.

I took my wife here for her birthday and we had an incredible time. The view from the property was amazing and even though it was a little chilly we still sat outside every morning and enjoyed the sunrise and view of the calm ocean water. The property is about 45 minutes from downtown Key West but it was nice to return to the quiet, peaceful townhouse once our night was finished. There were a lot of amenities located on the property such as games, a pool, and a fitness center. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a nice, relaxing vacation in the Keys.

If you’re a 1st time Key West tourist, this is not your spot. Lol. This s our 2nd trip to Little Torch Condos and its a Great place to stay! There’s enough to do on site that we spend at least 2 days enjoying the Compound. Close to everything, yet far enough away to be tranquil. We will be back!
