What a great spot that allows you to discover not just one part of the Keys but adventure all over! Location and boat dock made for such an easy, yet fun, summer trip. It was great to be able to get off the boat and pop right into the private pool or enjoy the sea breeze on the hammock. The house itself was clean, inviting and comfortable. We slept well and ate well due to the great beds and well appointed kitchen. Plus side the neighborhood was quiet and allowed us a good night sleep. Thank you for the memories!

The water view from the house, sky at sunrise, wrap around screened porch, very clean pool, and warm weather all were fantastic! The kitchen is also the best stocked we have ever had in a rental. Even the frying pans were in excellent condition. The owners were in the apartment below, but were almost invisible. They are also very welcoming and helpful in any way possible when we did see them. Communication was amazing! I’m sure I drove them crazy with questions but they responded so quickly! The dock was great for the bait we rented for the week. The house has everything you need! I’d say that it looked better in person than through the pictures…and the pictures looked AMAZING! We were throughly happy! The kayaks were perfect, the pool was perfect, the rooms were perfect…..it was PERFECT!

The host has a few items to make floating around even better . The porch is a great outside dinning area. A ceiling fan would be a perfect addition! Dock is in great shape and we so appreciated the bumpers they had in place. We had no trouble navigating our 24’ center console boat in and out of the lagoon with the markers they have in place . The trip was great and the house is a perfect set up. We really enjoyed our stay, it is a little awkward with the owners living belong the house but they were very nice and we did not see too much of them. Very nice house!!

We loved our stay at this rental. Pros: We very much appreciated all the outdoor seating areas. There is a screened porch that wraps the entirety of the house on the 2nd floor. So depending on the time of day, it was great to have different seating options. There were plenty of reclining lounge chairs by the pool and dock. Also, the garden in the front of the house is adorable. There’s a lovely sitting with a waterfall and path that winds through the garden. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed. However, we didn’t really make a lot of meals as there were so many great bars and grills nearby. The view from the kitchen and living room is phenomenal!! Leaving that view is going to be hard. Having a fridge that has an ice maker is a nice perk. The home was extremely clean and welcoming. Having outdoor freezers was nice for my kids and husband to put their bait in. Ki-Kai’s bar is within walking distance. The food was great. They also cooked our fish that we caught on a charter fishing trip. Cons; I’m nitpicking and none of these are dealbreakers, but, I would recommend bringing your own pillow. The beds were all comfortable though with enough bedding. I didn’t realize the owners have a home in the lower level of the house. I saw an email the week before we arrived that said the owners come and go, but they have a small apartment in the lower level. It is in the house description and completely an over site in my end for not paying attention to it. I was disappointed at seeing this before we arrived, but it ended up not being an issue at all. The owners tried their very best to stay away from wherever we were. They were very friendly the one or two times we saw them and stayed to themselves. The gentleman was great with giving my husband fishing tips and even offered the use of a fishing pole because our luggage was lost for a couple days. I would highly recommend renting this home. It was very evident things that the owners paid attention to detail. It was a terrific vacation!

We rented the house for privacy. Not knowing that the owners live below the house on the 1st level directly in front of the pool (by the patio furniture). We though they "use" the space from time to time as it states on the disclaimer. We were emailed a few days before our arrival as a reminder that the owners are "staying" below us. We were a bit taken back as we are very private people, and thought we rented the entire place to ourselves. We did not run into any issues, but felt that it should have been more transparent about the owners living below us when we made the reservation. We had to remind our 6year not to jump, run, or scream was as we have someone below us. What kid does not run or scream...hey. We used the pool 3 times during our 7day stay. The pool is nice. They keep it heated during the day, but the heater turns off at night. Therefore, The pool is cold in the morning, so you'll have to wait til at least 10am to swim. The grounds were well maintain. Bring bug spray. All 5 of us were bitten by no-see-ums around the pool area. One of the nextdoor neighbor smokes outside. If the sit by the pool the smoke smell is a bit of turnoff (completely out of anyone's control). Inside the house, we did not like the white cloth directors chairs with the glass table as it was not so kid friendly in case one of the kids or adults spill anything on it.....good thing we ate out all the time. The There are no nonstick pans so making any quick egg breakfast is some what difficult. All essential kitcheware are there, but nothing special....nothing fancy. They could upgrade the coffee maker to an automatic-shutoff....I am just glad they had one. There is not much to do in the area Big Pine are unless you're into boating, fishing, and drinking. We drove into Key West for things to do. We enjoyed the quietness of Little Torch Key area.

Location was amazing . House is amazing . Pool is perfect. The only opportunity would be to upgrade the mattresses as they were a bit uncomfortable. Thank you for sharing your slice of Key West with us !

Great location walking distance to boat rental and KiKi’s tiki bar.

A relaxing getaway. Fully appointed and close enough to Key West to drive in and enjoy the wonderful restaurants and shopping.

Tropical Storm/Hurricane Eta resulted in a few modifications to the original plans but we enjoyed our stay. Location is perfect for diving, fishing or heading into Key West. We’ll be looking to come back again!

Great place and owners! Property management checkout process seemed a little extensive given cleaning fee and rental price.

We had a fantastic time there. The house was very accommodating and the host were extremely nice and hospitable. We will be back for sure. Thanks so much for everything.

Everything perfect

Very nice and clean. Needed curtains in master bedroom very bright in there. Ceiling fans out on the porch very hot. I thought the cleanup before leaving was a little more than anywhere I have ever stayed especially vacuuming and moping but overall it was great.
