I had a great stay here with my friend. The bed is super, the room fully equipped. This b&b is in e wonderfully quiet little street close to the station. We had a very nice time in the village, it was all pleasantly surprising really. And last but not least: Chris is very sympathetic host who made us feel very welcome.

The host was warm and wonderful and the breakfast spread of toast, cereal, fresh pot of tea, fruits and yoghurt was lovely. The room was clean and perfect was us.

Room very comfy and with all the basic amenities you would need. Chris has been super kind and very attentive during our visit, offering many options for breakfast, which was simply delicious. The location is pretty convenient as is very close to the train station and the town center. Would recommend for a visit to Petersfield 10/10!

Contained everything I needed & Chris is an excellent host.

No parking, but was aware of this beforehand & there is a large car park nearby that can be used.

Chris the owner very welcoming and the room had everything you could want and more. Breakfast was continental which suited us fine. Lovely fruit. Very central location.

As it was hot with windows open the nearby trains were a bit noisy but Chris had provided a fan so we could close the windows and it was OK.

The bed was too soft! Was unable to store luggage on the last day.

Our room was very comfortable and quiet, with an excellent shower and loo which were absolutely spotless. We were offered an excellent breakfast with extra tea or toast. Our room had a very good selection of teas, coffee, biscuits and fruit. The B&B could not have been better situated for access, the train station was 2 minutes away and the centre of Petersfield was 5 minutes walk with its comprehensive range of shops and places to eat. Chris was a charming and most accommodating host. We would not hesitate to book another stay.

Parking in Petersfield is a little tricky.

Chris was a fantastic host - extremely helpful, and even prepared us a "breakfast bag" as we had to leave very early on our final morning. It was a fantastic, peaceful room where we had a great sleep, and we enjoyed the fruit that was left in the room! The location was also excellent (so close to the town, and train station)

Friendliness of the host

The bed sheets have not been replaced. I had hair (in significant quantitates) on the bed sheet!!! Slept all night on the bed cover, Noise from passing trains during the night. I know this is out of the owner control, but this information should be available before booking.

Chris showed us our room in the attic and we realised we had everything we could have possibly needed: big comfy bed, clean bathroom with shower and several shampoos and gels, loads of natural light through the skylights, loads of usb plugs to charge our phone and camera, and storage. Chris offered us a generous breakfast with yogurt and fresh fruit, even considering my intolerance to lactose. Great to have a chat with him and learn about how he kept on the edge of tech to have the house as energy efficient as possible.

the sink in the bathroom is a bit small and the shower doesn’t have a plate, for a weekend is absolutely fine just don’t forget plastic flip flops

My knees did not like the stairs

Very comfortable beds. Very clean and tidy. Chris (the owner) is lovely man and was very accommodating. The price for 2 rooms, on a bank holiday Monday at short notice, was excellent.
