Bathrooms are not en suite. House is very old fashioned. Air con for bedrooms not efficient. The pool and outside area is superb. Outside kitchen and dining space. Lovely large and well maintained pool. Great location close to town and the beach.

The surroundings of this house was perfect for a Big family. We hardly stayed inside and mostly enjoyed life outside by the pool area. The area was green and cozy and we enjoyed the privacy. The setting in portocolom is beautiful and Tony and Cati’s hospitality made it an even better experience.

The private outdoor area was amazing. We had only great weather therefore we spend all our time at the house outside. Everything you needed was taken care for. In the outside area there was a refridgerator, dishwasher, watercooker, coffee unit, cutlery, toilet, outside shower, bbq, heating plate, enough chairs, sunbeds, rocking chairs, ping pong table. It was all there! Therefore we did not make use of the inside kitchen, living room or the balconies. Because there was no need. The swimming pool was super. It is very deep. Everything was very clean when we arrived. Kati and Antonio were waiting for us when we arrived and showed us the house. Very nice people! Upon arrival they already put some food, water and bubbles for us to take in the refridgerator because we arrived very late around 12 in the evening. There is a small supermarket just 100 m from out house where you can buy fresh bread every morning. The house is located from walking distance from a lovely beach en nice restaurants. It was a great stay I would recommend it to everyone.

Lovely stay in Majorca

We stayed for a week in October and had a great time. The location is perfect - 5 mins to both the town and an amazing beach. As other reviewers have said the highlight of the property is the pool and outside cooking space. Our 2 kids sent every afternoon in the pool and having the option of outside cooking was great. The property itself is a little dated, but clean and functional. There lots of space and it has everything you need.

Just returned from a lovely 6 night holiday at this villa. Everything was great, we didn’t spend much time inside as the weather was so nice, but all the indoor facilities were good and there was plenty of room for our party of 5. The best part about the property is the outdoor space, it was perfect and I dont think the photos do it justice. We spent most of our time outside by the pool, plenty of room and a lovely size pool. Outdoor kitchen and BBQ were well equipped and a lovely space to sit out and have meals. The hosts were great, very helpful and check in and check out went very smoothly. The villa is within walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets. Couldn’t fault anything (apart from the mosquitos 🙉😉) Would definitely go back to this properly. We had a great week here, the villa itself was beautiful the outside area being the best we have had yet. Plenty of sun beds and the pool is really big. On day 2 we realised the kettle and hot plate were not working, we let Tony and cati know and they brought new ones straight away. Maybe could do with more utensils for cooking we did notice. Plenty or restaurants in walking distance and a lovely beach and port. Thankyou for having us.

The Villa is beautiful. The pool area and pool kitchen very nice. The only missing stuff wäre cooking plates. There is one electronic one but it does not work so well.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cati & Toni's house. They met us at check in to show us around and answer questions about the house. They were great communicators and very responsive. Having Toni's mom next door was also helpful. The highlight of the house is the outdoor kitchen and pool, and is where we spent all our time. The plants around make it feel very private and beautiful. The kitchen (including dishwasher!), table, many seating options around the pool, pool toys, beach toys, etc made this extremely accommodating. The location of this villa is fantastic. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach at Cala Marcala with many restaurants along the way. A 15 minute walk toward the port gives you plenty more restaurant options and stores. The only drawback of this house is that there is only one air conditioning unit in the basement hallway to cool all of the bedrooms. The bedroom doors need to be left open at night or the rooms get very warm. This was not an ideal sleeping arrangement for our family (although it was unseasonably warm during our stay).

I can’t speak highly enough of this villa. The outdoor space is so amazing we only went inside to sleep. There is a toilet, shower, kitchen including dishwasher and fridge freezer out there. Plenty of seating, shade and sun beds. The pool is also massive and beautifully kept. Garden is full of towers and well maintained. The villa inside is very Spanish looking but I like that as I think it has character. The owners were amazing, so hospitable and helpful. Couldn’t do enough for us. We didn’t have a car but a small spa shop is a 2 min walk and a big shop a 10min walk. Beach is about 5 min and is lovely. Port area is great for evening strolls and restaurants. We walked to a very rural beach one day called Cala brafi which was amazing snorkelling (we saw an octopus) and as we were there at 8am we had the beach to ourselves. We took a taxi to Cala d’or for beach and shopping as a day trip. We also went on a 3 hour boat trip that went round the coast and let you snorkel in some gorgeous spots. So I’m in short I highly recommend.

Beautiful property in a very good location being close to both Portocolom and Cala Marsal. 5 minutes walk to both. Good variety of restaurants all within walking distance. The outside space with beautiful pool and gardens is where we spent all of our time. Parts of the decor in the villa is a little dated, but this didn't detract from us all thoroughly enjoying our holiday. Thank you Toni and Cati

Wir waren insgesamt 16 Tage in dem schönen Haus von Antonio und haben jeden Tag genossen. Am besten gefallen hat uns natürlich der große und saubere Pool und die Outdoor-Küche, einfach unschlagbar und bei der Hitzewelle derzeit auf Mallorca auch unbedingt nötig. Zudem liegt die Finca sehr nah am Strand und zu vielen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. - sehr nah und perfekt für ein kleines Frühstück --> der Spar, ungefähr 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt Die Kommunikation mit Antonio verlief immer sehr schnell, freundlich und unproblematisch. Wirklich ein sehr netter und zuvorkommender Mensch, auch seine nebenan lebende Mutter ist sehr freundlich, wir erhielten sogar ein wunderschönes Abschiedsgeschenk, welches uns an die schöne Zeit in Portocolom erinnert. Das einzige was uns gestört hat, war ein fehlendes Schneidebrett, das haben wir uns dann einfach im Haushaltswarenladen bei Eroski gekauft, also überhaupt kein wirkliches Problem. Tagsüber war es teilweise etwas sehr heiß auf der Terrasse, ein Sonnensegel oder eine andere Erweiterung der Küche wären glaub ich eine gute Idee und würden diese wunderschöne Terrasse wirklich perfekt abrunden. Es ist ein tolles familienfreundliches Anwesen, mit sogar zwei Hochstühlen und Spielzeug (Duplo Kiste, Bälle). Unsere 2-Jährige Tochter war jedenfalls immer gut beschäftigt. Toll waren auch die Strandmatten und Sonnenschirme. Insgesamt kann ich jedem der Portocolom besuchen möchte und eine zentrale und dennoch ruhige Lage haben möchte, die Finca von Antonio empfehlen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder, entweder nächstes oder das darauffolgende Jahr. Vielen Dank!

We stayed in this property as two couples with young babies. The villa is beautiful and the outside space is the highlight. The owners communication was fantastic, they sent me all the information I needed about facilities for the babies and even purchased two high chairs for our stay. They met us at the property and took my husband to the supermarket and waited whilst he got some supplies, lovely couple. The pool area is fantastic and this is where we spent all our time, we literally only used the villa for sleeping. There is a full kitchen etc outside which is ideal. Location is great - don’t need a car to explore the local area. Shops and cafes 2 minutes walk away and a lovely beach 5 minutes walk. For young children a couple of things to note - the pool (although amazing) goes very deep immediately after the steps so there is not much room for young children to stand. Also the air con is in the corridor, not in individual bedrooms so we did find the rooms got hot at night and we had to leave the doors open. However we couldn’t fault our stay and had a wonderful time!

pool area excellent you spend most of your time there house rather dated but not really required you eat and play outside good value, close to a nice beach and walking distance to a range of restaurants. excellent hosts

As everyone has said, the pool is the highlight of this villa. Excellent location too. We did hire a car and it was great to be able to see much of the island. Loved Palma. Well worth a visit. Would definitely return. Thank you Cati and Toni. It was most definitely worth all the stress of COVID tests and forms to stay here.

Nos ha encantado pasar las vacaciones en el alojamiento de Petra, Juan y Mercedes. La casa está tal y como aparece en las fotos. Disfrutamos, sobre todo, de la zona exterior. Estupenda para estar con la familia y disfrutar a tope de la piscina, jardín, ping-pong, etc. Muy cerca del puerto, de la playa y de zonas de interés. Muchas gracias por todo

Repetiríamos sin lugar a duda. La zona exterior con la piscina es perfecta, no necesitas nada más. La zona interior tiene una decoración algo antigua pero todo muy cómodo y correcto.

Wir sind mit dem Haus zufrieden gewesen. Von der Außenanlage waren wir begeistert. Tolles Pool. Die Sommerküche Ist super . Wunderschöne Garten. Lustige Hühner die morgens mit ihren Kucken Dir die ganze Anlage laufen.Das Haus Selbst ist sehr sauber und toll ausgestattet, aber sehr altmodisch und fast gruselig eingerichtet. In der Nahe vom Haus ist eine Baustelle!!! Die um 9.00 Uhr morgens loslegt. Aber die liebevolle Omi ( Mama von Besitzer ) so gerne Klaviermusik hört , dass Sie damit Sogar den ganzen Lärm überdeckt. Am späten Abend bis tief in die Nacht Konnte man die wilde Partys mit laute Musik und schreiende betrunkenen Leute aus Nebenhaus mitverfolgen. Diese Haus wird für Gruppen vermietet und liegt direkt vor ihrer Schlafzimmer. Da die Schlafzimmer keine Klimaanlage haben sind die Fenster einzige Möglichkeit bei geschlossene Tür Luft zu kriegen. Die Umgebung ist richtig traurig. Diese Gegend ist soo heruntergekommen. Mull überall wo das Auge reicht. Sehr positiv ist das Meer mit Strand. Und ein paar wirklich guten Restaurants.

We hired a car to get from the airport and it was a straightforward drive taking a little less than an hour (very quiet roads). However, once at the villa we didn't really need it as everything is so close by. Toni and Cati are very friendly and helpful and easy to contact. It is also good to know that Toni's mum is next door in case of any problems. She was a lovely lady and did pop by a couple of times to check everything was okay (we also enjoyed her beautiful piano playing!). We had plentiful clean towels (as well as towels for the pool) and the washing machine was also useful if only bringing hand baggage. We did have some rain which meant that we did use the upstairs rooms and it might have been good to have a kettle upstairs as well as in the kitchen by the pool. I think some items naturally made their way to the other kitchen since that is where most people spend their time so there was a bit of going back and forth). But in the summer months you shouldn't have to use it at all so not really a problem. I thought the villa was one of the prettiest in the area with its lovely tiles and green shutters and the pool was fabulous (a little cold at the end of October but once you were in, it was fine!). The barbecue is superb and charcoal was left for us to use. There weren't any other food items e.g. Salt, pepper, oil etc so you will have to getthem if you plan on cooking.All in all a lovely relaxing half term week and I'd love to visit again especially in the summer!

We had a fantastic holiday, Villa was everything you would want. The outside area was absolutely brilliant, we spent all our time there, the pool was the largest I’ve seen in a private villa, very clean, great temperature and a great depth, with the kitchen, toilet and shower all beside the pool we only used the villa for sleeping! Our hosts were great, readily in touch if needed, flexible on check in / check out times. Supermarket 2 mins away, large supermarket 10 mins walk, restaurants & bars 2 minutes away but no noise at the actual villa. Fabulous beach 5-7 mins walk away. I would have preferred aircon in each bedroom as you had to leave bedroom doors open to get the benefit from the aircon in the hall but that wouldn’t stop me returning to this villa next year! As with the other reviews, the pool area with outside kitchen/diner is the biggest selling point. You don't really need to use the main house apart from sleeping. If you do want to venture away, it's in a convenient location. 10 mins walk to the more busy resort style of Cala Marcal and about 15 mins to the harbour of portocolom. Shops and supermarkets are all nearby. Considering you're in the middle of town, it's a surprisingly quiet neighbourhood too. The owners Toni and Cati were always quick to respond to any queries and were really helpful. Would happily return here and recommend to anyone.

The villa was spacious with the bedrooms downstairs and a large balcony which was great for dancing on when the sun had gone down. However the star of the show was the large pool and pool kitchen/covered dining area. We had a great time and would highly recommend this villa to anyone.The owners were lovely and very welcoming. We lived outside for the whole week. Everything we needed was in the outdoor kitchen. The pool was excellent. Great depth for the kids diving. The bedrooms and bathrooms were fine. We didn’t really use the rest of the house which was lovely.

We booked this holiday as we all needed a relaxing break and we couldn’t have asked for more. The property is in a great location in a quiet residential area just a short walk to the beach and local restaurants and a nice 10 minute walk along the sea front to the main harbour and restaurants. The property has everything you need but it was the pool area that was amazing and made our holiday perfect. Our hosts were very welcoming and couldn’t have been more helpful. We travelled with older teenage children and we have all said we are looking forward to returning in the future. Thank you to Toni, Cati and your lovely family.

Toni and Cati were super hosts and the villa was in a wonderful position , so central. But really our holiday was all about the pool and staying here meant we could relax , swim and eat by a stunning pool , listening to the beautiful accomplished Piano playing. Perfect

We spend our summer hollidays in this lovely house. we have nothing bad at all to say... we absolutely loved it ! The pool, where spent most of our time, is big, and the water quality is good. The house, which we only used the bedroom's in, are also nice and cool... There's a max of 5-10 minutes walk for beach, grocery shopping or just a nice view from the cliffs at the and of the street..
