Used property for a contractor crew. Was a great team building experience!

The location and the experience is the perfect balance between town and country.

Great house! Very peaceful. Just a short distance from main highway and a small grocery store. Host was great with communication. We visited Mammoth Cave and Nashville during this visit. Our only complaint was the deposit took the "allowed" 4 weeks to be returned.

Temps in the house fluctuated dramatically between upstairs and downstairs all weekend. Everything else was great.

This home worked out great for our three generations of family to meet and celebrate Thanksgiving. Jade made sure to check on anything we might need and even put up Christmas decorations for us to enjoy. Cooked a full turkey dinner and celebrated two family birthdays while we were there. Great location to visit Mammoth Caves and the surrounding area. The beds are all very comfortable and the main bedroom is beautiful and huge. It worked as a separate movie room for grandma and the kids while grandpa watched football. We had a great time. Thank you for your hospitality.

The property has a picturesque setting, with beautiful rolling fields and horses. There's a hammock on the porch & large-sized master and private bedrooms. It's close to local attractions, and common areas were spacious enough for our sibling trip. Clean and generally a good rental. It may not be for everyone, so I just wanted to flag a few things. I suspect Jade has had some bad experiences with guests that have led to these, but still not ideal for everyone: - Temperature range is pre-set and cannot be adjusted; Jade was responsive when we asked her to change the range. However, the thermostat is in the hallway near the door so the temperature range applies to the hallway and the bedrooms downstairs got very hot at 4 am (everyone woke up!). I prefer to be able to control the temperature myself, and everyone's "comfort settings" are a little different, so if this is an issue for you, this may not be the house for you. - Cameras that appear to have audio are in several places around the porch, which makes it not particularly enjoyable to hang out on the porch for coffee and conversation. It's more than a "Ring" doorbell, with multiple cameras views from all sides. Again, some people won't mind but not for everyone. - I bet Jade is very nice but not great at texting, and her communication style can seem perhaps unintentionally abrupt (lots of all caps). There are notes all around the house (lots of DO NOTs); some are helpful, some less so.

We had a wonderful time staying at Jade and Angelo's cabin. They have excellent customer service from communication, ensuring the property is ready, check-in and check-out process, and ensuring we are comfortable during our stay. The property and the location is very peaceful and relaxing. It's around 20-25mins away to Mammoth Cave, 30mins to Nolin River, and an hour away from Nashville so we were able to do both nature and bar activities during our 4 day stay. The cabin is so nice and cozy. It is well maintained and has all the amenities we need. We had the chance to chat with the nice and friendly owners! We had a great family time at night relaxing by the camp fire and made smores. The mornings are my favorite... it was a great experience to unplug, relax in the hammock with a cup of coffee watching the lush greenery and the beautiful horses as the sun rises. I highly recommend this place!!!

Great property and hostess! The property was the perfect location for our family, we visited Mammoth Cave and the museums in Bowling Green. We highly recommend the 5 broke girl’s restaurant in Cave City, great burgers and onion rings. The property hostess was very attentive to all our needs and we enjoyed watching the horses and the cows from the deck! We had a great vacation!

I would not stay here again or recommend the property to others based on our experience with the owner. The day before our trip, Jade asked for a guest count. We then found ourselves having to choose between either spending 40% more for our rental or cancelling our stay/trip and losing our rental fee. The listing highlighted how the house fit 16 people. It did not say we’d be charged $25/person/night for more than 7 people. If you don’t know how many people will be staying when you make the reservation, beware. - There were notices posted around the house about how we’d be charged for not strictly following the cleaning guidelines, so we were extra diligent to follow the cleaning instructions. We then took photos of the cleaned rooms, folded laundry and empty trash cans. When Jade said she was going to keep some of our security deposit for things like not emptying trash cans, I said I was going to file a complaint because we had proof that this wasn’t true. At this point, Jade said that because we were “threatening” her, she was going to claim we also scratched a floor and would claim our entire deposit. I’ve literally stayed in hundred of hotels and vacation rentals over the years and care for them as if they were my own. Never had a security deposit withheld until this experience with Jade. 👎 - The surveillance cameras w/microphones throughout the patio space gives you the feeling that you’re constantly being watched and have no privacy.

The home was excellent. Everything that was needed was already available. Plenty of room for us all. The host was very responsive and communicated to us if there was anything we needed. Definitely would come back again. Thank you Jade for making this a memorable moment for our family!

Great stay. Easy drive to Mammoth Caves. House had everything we needed, we especially enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the cows, horses, birds and weather. The owner was responsive and helpful.

Everything was as described. We had a last minute addition to our group and Jade took care of it immediately. Our intent was to find a big house within 90 minutes of Louisville and Nashville. This was it! We did daily trips to our adventures and came back to a great place to relax. We had a group of 10 staying at the house and had room for everyone. Can't say enough about the location and beauty of the property. Beautiful and comfortable! Thank you!

Perfect location for attractions & restaurants. The house had most comfy beds with plenty of towels/linens. Loved the open room combo w/ kitchen, dining & TV area. The porch was enjoyed by all. The fire pit was wonderful...firewood was provided with the house. Also enjoyed watching the beautiful horses nearby. Jade was an excellent host!

A wonderful experience my family and I had here for our weekend getaway. Very close to mamouth cave and Jade was wonderful thru our stay. Special thank you for making our stay a special experience and answering all of our questions. Would highly recommend anyone to stay. We really enjoyed our stay at Jade’s horse ranch. It was conveniently close to Mammoth Cave for cave tours and hiking. Our 2 families had plenty of room in the house. The yard had tons of space for the kids to run around and play. We loved watching the horses and making s’mores. It was a lovely property and Jade was amazing to work with.

Jade’s house was spacious and relaxing, and still close to lots of places to explore nearby. Our host was very communicative and even let us meet and feed her horses on the farm. Beds were so soft and cozy, and the living and dining areas were open and comfortable for a larger family to spread out. Definitely recommend if you want beautiful views in a relaxing atmosphere that’s not far from nearby attractions.

House is in a great location and very easy to get to nearby attractions. If you are also looking for a place to relax, this house is perfect. Great porch with plenty of seating. Very quiet area. Beautiful views. House is very spacious and has all the amenities you would need. Owner was fantastic to deal with. Great communications and was very helpful with any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Easy check in and great communication.

My group had two married couples and five kids from ages 3 to 12, and we had a great time! The host let the kids feed the horses that are on the property, and the adults enjoyed the patio with its gas grill and corn hole set (beanbag toss depending on what region of the country you come from). The kitchen was stocked with basic cookware and supplies, the sleeping arrangements were versatile with supplied air mattresses and extra linens, and the communication was great. Thank you!

We stayed at the farmhouse for a couple days while visiting mammoth cave national park. House was very spacious, had all the amenities. Was a short 20 minute drive to the national park, making it a comfortable and convenient base. Communicating with the owner was very efficient. Everything was perfect for our stay,

Beautiful home surrounded by natural beauty (including three amazing horses) and away from it all for peace and tranquility, yet close to Mammoth Cave, Bowling Green, Louisville, KY and Nashville, TN. Great for excursions to Kentucky Down Under, National Corvette Museum, Gun Mountain, Louisville Slugger Museum and factory, ect. Enjoy watching the sunrise on the deck overlooking the property and view amazing sunsets as you set up a campfire at the fire pit. Jade is an amazing host and does a great job getting everything ready for your stay and is nearby in case you need anything. We really enjoyed talking with her about the beautiful horses. She's also very knowledgeable about fun things to do in the area. We highly recommend this home for an amazing vacation close to many of the great attractions Kentucky and Tennessee have to offer.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful country home located on a horse farm. We loved it!

This was a large house on a horse farm. Our group of 15 had a great time and had enough room for people to be gathering in several various spots at the same time. A huge wrap-around porch was the first choice for a lot of the group, but the spacious living room area was also very popular. If you have a larger group looking for a place, this will work well - beautiful and charming. We will come back here again in the future!

We stayed here for a family get together with 10 people of all ages. The location is fantastic - a short drive to both Mammoth Cave and the Corvette museum. It is a beautiful property and the kids really enjoyed feeding the horses! The communication was great. We would stay again if traveling to the Bowling Green area.

Great location for Hidden Homestead events. Slept 6 adults and two young ones comfortably. All necessities included. Wasn't fond of paying $25 extra for 1 hour early check-in, but we needed to get ready for the rehearsal dinner and the kids were ready to romp around after a long ride in the car. Also didn't pay attention to there were others living on the property. They never bothered us though. Owner was very responsive. Nice porches and outside space. Plenty of room for parking. Would recommend for this area as a viable option for 6 adults to stay comfortably.

This farm is in the perfect location! Just off the highway and 20-something minutes from everything we wanted to do in Bowling Green, Glasgow, and Mammoth Cave areas. Yet it was quiet and beautiful and a great spot to relax in between adventures. Jade is extremely responsive and I knew we could send a quick text if any problems or questions arose. Simple questions were answered promptly and she helped us out with a few favors. The kids enjoyed meeting the horses with her help. The house could’ve easily fit far more than our four people. The upstairs master is a great retreat for tired adults! The two bedrooms on the lower level worked out fine for our kids, but they aren’t escape artists so we weren’t too worried about them being on a different level with an exit door. We opted not to use the bunk beds because they aren’t in a bedroom. The porch is gigantic. Overall, a great stay and we would definitely return.

We stayed here for Christmas because it was a halfway point for my family to meet up. We loved the farm and quiet country feel. The upstairs master was ideal for my husband and our two kids. We all fit in one room with plenty of space. My family stayed downstairs. It fit 6 adults, 2 small kids, and 3 dogs really well. The host even found some adorable Christmas decorations to put out for my kids! The house was clean, but the kitchen was a bit disheveled/unorganized. The bunk beds are in a small hallway at the bottom of the stairs which isn’t a big deal other than I wouldn’t want kids to sleep there with the outside door right there, plus it was a bit drafty in the winter in the hall. Overall this is a great place for a family. My 15 month old daughter was obsessed with the horses, and we even got to pet them! My son enjoyed playing corn hole on the deck. They had wood available for us for the fire pit, and we were able to roast marshmallows as a family. 5 out of 5, and we will definitely see if the house is available if we pass through again!

This adorable log home was the perfect home base for our family of five. We came to the area to visit Mammoth Cave. It was an easy drive from the property to the visitor center in the park. The owners were so kind, and allowed my kids to pet and feed the horses (with supervision and permission of course!) We loved being out in the country. It was so peaceful and private. We would love to return!
