Always consistent and dependable. We love staying here whenever we pass through. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. The staff is always helpful, friendly, and professional. We appreciate the pet policy being reasonable and not expensive! Our pet is an important part of our family.

The rooms were not actually suites. just standard hotel rooms. I was expecting rooms like I had experienced at other Comfort Inn & Suites. Therefore I rated room quantity lower.

Nia and Amy were on duty during our check-in and both ladies went above and beyond to make sure the process went smoothly.

The location was perfect, as we were traveling from Indianapolis to Memphis. The accommodations were excellent and the staff was exceptional. My daughter left her blanket in the room on accident and the staff was kind enough to have it sent to our next destination.

We got the room requested, easy check in and out. Clean, informative staff,everything we expected. Dog friendly. Good breakfast, Great handicap room.
