We have stayed at this complex on several occasions in various apartments on the 2nd and third floors . So we are very familiar with the complex. Apartment overall location to pool at complex is ideal. One thing to be mindful of is when the cleaners are washing the pathway outside the apartment the water runs down the steps to the apartment and my daughter in law slipped with her baby in her arms on the last step. Thankfully the baby wasn’t hurt but she ended up with really bad bruises , We had a few unwelcome visitors such as small lizards which made sitting on the patio difficult at times also there were quiet a few cockroaches. On the upper floors we never had this problem.However I will say that the complex has improved the security since we stayed last as there has been new gates installed at the entrances which cannot be accessed without a code. The apartment itself needs updating. The electric plug points are not secure to the walls and the furniture in the living room needs updating. The WiFI connection was very poor and remained weak during our stay .I kept running out of data . We did re boot it on several occasions . We were there for two weeks the beds were changed and fresh towels were left . The complex itself is well maintained and the pool areas are kept immaculate. The poolside bar is very reasonable . The overall location of the complex is close to the main stripe and the beach is within a 5 minute walk . We had a fab holiday despite the issues.

The property was as per the listing, we were impressed by the location of the apartment in the complex and the modern decoration. The host’s, Scott, communication was excellent prior to and during our stay with the restaurant recommendations being great as well.

The property is in a perfect location and close to all amenities. Just a short walk to the beach and all the lovely shops plus bars and restaurants plus the apartment itself is next to the pool which is lovely.

Apartment is in a good location on complex.Very comfortable beds with plenty of storage space.Well appointed bathroom with walk in shower.However kitchenette was bit cramped to use and could do with a refit and lounge furniture could do with replacing.We stayed for 4 weeks and perhaps some cleaning products could have been supplied.On a positive, the owner was quick to respond to any problems we had.

We have just come back from a two week stay in this Fantastic Apartment it has everything you need inside and out. A lovely patio area with fantastic hibiscus plants and a view over the pool. The complex is very clean and the infinity pool is fab ..Thanks Scott

Parque Santiago 1 is a very well maintained complex,excellent location for seafront,bars and restaurants.Apartment had a lovely terrace,sunny from early morning to mid afternoon.Enjoyed our stay at the apartment.

Just come home from staying in the apartment and wishing we were back all ready, the apartment is lovely, very clean, everything inside and outside that you would possibly need, it was like home from home, so comfortable, couldn’t fault it one bit, the apartment is very central for everything, will definitely come back, we loved it, Thanks for having us.

Enjoyed our stay. Location was fantastic and the patio area was good to sunbathe . Only minor fault was the settee/chairs in the lounge, few rips and in need of an upgrade. Shower was great and bed really comfortable. Would stay again in the future

Fabulous location in complex, pool 10 yds away. Bedroom and bathroom excellent. However, living room furniture definitely in need of upgrade. Some minor problems with wi-fi and television dealt with when relayed to Scott. Pool area superb, except were not aware of paying for beds, pads and parasols on daily basis.

Lovely apartment very nice lady came with a bottle of wine for christmas nice and clean with very comfortable beds on the flat with just a few steeps from the pool and very convenient for bars and restaurants enjoyed our holiday.thank you Scott for letting your apartmet Susan

I have been staying in this complex for approx 8 years in various different apartments. After spotting this ones availability for my stay and knowing its location I booked it. The location, apartment and owner were first class. It is ideally located beside the pool, approx 40 walking steps to a poolside sunbed. The apartment is appointed to a excellent standard with all aspects of it being clean, fresh and more than adequate for two travellers. The walk in shower is a great addition compared to most other apartments who have an over the bath shower. The TV had loads of UK English speaking channels. The apartment was visited once a week by cleaning staff who replenished towels and bed linen. You will note that my visit was during the Covid madness so my wife and I had some queries we wouldn’t normally be bothered about, the owner Scott kindly answered all of these queries and his communication with me was timely and informative. I think the best recommendation that I can give this Apt is that within a few days of arriving I requested another booking for 2021. Thank you Scott your Apt is first class and is worthy of a 5 star review!

Lovely apartment in a lovely location right in the heart of Las America's with plenty of bars & shops & restaurants went to the SAVOY restaurant just up from the apartment had the 3 course menu English or Chinese for €9.50 big portions includes fillet steak not huge but enough would defenately stay again tv had BBC itv & sport channels which was good but not used much as was out most nights cooked my own Xmas dinner was lovely

Great apartment, great location. Had everything you need in the apartment. Even had towel change half way through the week.

Good 1 bedroom apartment close to pool. Bathroom was star of the apartment it was modern and new with a great walk in shower. Unfortunately no air conditioning so for me difficult to sleep. I would definitely stay in this apartment again or complex. Julie was great. Great central location.

We stayed in this park 4 years ago so we knew that it was ideally located being close to the sea and an amazing choice of bars and restaurants. We are both in our 70s so the accommodation needed to be comfortable and well appointed and we were not disappointed with number 11. Really nice apartment on an excellent park enabling a great holiday. If we ever return we will most certainly choose this apartment.
