We had a multigenerational blended family and needed a house that could accommodate 11 people with enough beds and baths for everyone. This home delivered! Clean, well stocked, and Sheila was so helpful in ensuring we had things like cake pans and picnic coolers. The garage game room was a huge hit as well. The property is convenient to the airport and shopping like groceries and target. Downtown Asheville is about 25 minutes away. Only downside is that the neighborhood is not walkable to anything really, so be prepared to use this as a driving home base. The photos were spot on. Everything is exactly as shown in the online photos, or better. Thank you so much!!

Awesome venue

We rented the house to celebrate an 80th birthday. Sheila was amazing to communicate with, she responded right away and was extremely helpful! The house is stocked better then my own, and I thought I was good. Bedrooms are set up perfectly, beds are comfortable and enough room that no one is on top of each other. I highly recommend to stay here!

We loved the property and the interactions with the host. Everything one could need was provided. We were 10 to 15 minutes away from all the attractions in Asheville and were on the same interstate exit as the Sierra Nevada Brewery and Restaurant. What a beautiful place.

My fiancé and his friends spent the weekend at Sheila’s place and had an awesome time. Sheila went above and beyond, and the communication was excellent! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to visit the area!

We visited Asheville to celebrate two family birthdays. We absolutely loved the house and also greatly appreciated the friendly, accommodating, communicative interaction with our hosts. I have had the pleasure of renting many homes through VRBO and the amenities of this home was very well done and organized. The layout of the home was fantastic for a large family and the location was very convenient. I can assure you that we will rent from this property again the next time we visit Asheville!

The place was great. My family and I had a great time with all the games. We were a party of 15 and had room for everyone. The house was clean and the hosts provided us with everything imaginable. Love it!

I’ve been staying out of town throughout the Southeast 4 months at a time for the last 4 years and this is the best place I’ve stayed, the best host and they have live tv with all the channels for those of us who are tech challenged and just want to watch the game, perfect area, perfect people

It was the best rental we’ve ever stayed in ! We celebrated Thanksgiving here and it was amazing! Property was very clean and organized, had everything we needed, Sheila was a wonderful host who would reply fast to all our questions and be very attentive. We would highly recommend staying here!

This property was wonderful. We came to Arden to have an early Thanksgiving with our youngest son since he was unable to come home for Thanksgiving. Arden is really a bedroom community of Asheville and so venturing to Asheville to see the Biltmore decorated for Christmas was quick and easy. The floorplan is really nice. There is room for everyone to be together or have their own space. I have an elderly mother who can't navigate stairs well so having a bedroom and bath on the main floor for her was wonderful. There is a den on the main floor and another den on the lower floor. The bedroom and bath on the upper floor is listed as a "loft", but there is more privacy than a traditional loft because there is no opening to the lower floor. You have to walk all the way up the stairs before you can see in the room. I guess the reason it is listed as a loft is because there is not a door at the top or bottom of the stairs, but again, it is still private, plus it has its own bathroom. The kitchen was furnished with more things than any other rental property I have ever stayed. I had no problem preparing our Thanksgiving meal. The owner has put a lot of thought in to making your stay as enjoyable as possible.... a true host. The owner was very responsive to any questions. Great property and wonderful experience!

This property was pristinely clean! Plenty of towels and blankets, pillows, many extras in the bathroom, and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you could need, and then some! The game room was really fun! We were in town for a wedding and had plenty of space for our large group. Beds were comfortable too! There’s nothing I could say negative about this unit. It’s highly recommended, and I would rent it again as well as rent any unit from this owner!

When I say that this was the BEST short term rental I have ever experienced, I am not exaggerating. The owners were extremely accommodating with easy communication. We had a large group for a soccer tournament in the area and we were provided with extra cots to give everyone a place to sleep comfortably. The residence was well stocked and felt like home. Our entire group had a great time!

Sheila and Brennen are the best, host! Property is very well maintained and nicely located. whenever we needed any help, they responded quickly. Sheila communicated all along with me on information. I spent a fabulous 3 nights with my friends at this property. Property has plenty games equipment for guests of different agae group. A big kudos to the host!

The Eagle was perfect for our gathering! 11 of us stayed here--we had plenty of room to gather with comfort. Everyone had their own space to retreat to. The beverage and condiments drawers--wow! We were so impressed by the detail of thoughtfulness provided by the host--beds were comfy, kitchen had everything we could need, the rec area in the garage was really well planned. We will return again and again!

The house was clean, well stocked and had a great game room for our kids. Perfect rental for multiple families.

The property was even better than the pictures! It was so well stocked with supplies I have never had even in the nicest hotels or condos I have stayed. The ipad for information and the quick response on email about recycling questions was an added bonus!! Our entire crowd stated they would come back to this unit!

Great location in Arden, not too far from interstate and easy access roads. Condo was so well stocked. It had everything. And by far the easiest check out of anywhere I’ve stayed on VRBO.

This house was perfect and I'm not sure where to start. Yonder and the owners thought of everything from the wonderful snack basket at check in to anything from condiment stocked drawers to bathrooms with everything that you could imagine forgetting at home. The extra towels, pillows, coffee, rollaway beds, baby equipment and the best gameroom ever. We will rent this again if available. Sleeps 15 easy. Wish there had been a few Christmas decorations but didn't ruin the trip.

We rented the Falcon and Eagle side by side townhouse. Everyone had a great time. The property was exactly as pictured and described. The owners have really put a lot of thought into what makes a great stay for guests. I hope I have the opportunity to go to this area again I would definitely stay here again, Perfect for large families or groups of friends since the two properties gave us twelve spacious and clean bedrooms to use and 8 bathrooms with four In each townhouse. If you don’t need that much space just book one of the homes.

The perfect location for an Ashville Brewery adventure. Super close the the airport and Seirra Nevada. Just close enough to Ashville to give the much needed quiet escape from the city, with just the right amenities to keep our nights in exciting!

Property was stocked with every we needed and more! Great attention to details and the little things. The only thing needed is a door to the upstairs main bedroom.

I have been renting vacation homes through VRBO for at least 10 years, and this property truly ranks amongst the best that we have experienced. My sister-in-law who stayed with us commented that "they really thought of everything!" Attention to detail and a desire to make your vacation a comfortable stay was evident in every room of the house. Wish that I could have stayed another week.

The Eagle was wonderful! The home was fully stocked with everything you can think of from spices to extra charging cords. You didn't have to leave! The place was extra clean and the owners were readily available with questions. I cant wait to stay again!

Best equipped place we have ever stayed in! They had everything that we needed. The owners were fantastic! The pictures did not do the place justice, It was better than the pictures.

Sheila communicated throughout the process and the townhome was perfect for our group of 12. Plus, she provided breakfast items, snacks and Almost every drawer in the townhome had useful items in it such as Benadryl, Advil, honey sticks, Qtips, sweeteners, plastic storage bags, paper plates, plastic cups, and on and on. The game room in the garage was definitely a fan favorite. Air hockey table has seen better days but the dart board, corn hole, funny sayings board and pool table were crowdPleasers. Wow, what an amazing property! Sheila was a delight and was the most hospitable host we’ve ever experienced. We had the best time enjoying Asheville. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!
