Best house and location I have ever had at Sea Side Heighrs.

This is one of the cleanest, cutest and most perfect beach house! We stayed in the back house a few years ago and this one is just as beautiful! Everything you need including martini glasses!! The location was so close!! Made it an easy walk to the beach everyday! Beds were comfy and there was plenty of space for our family of 5! Outside shower spotless and clean and the inside shower huge!!! Shannon was friendly and they left the house smelling clean and fresh when we arrived at check in! We had one parking permit which was great, luckily we only had one car so an extra one could be helpful for a family with 2 cars. We’d definitely rent this again!! Thank you for making our beach week so memorable!!!

Was very clean and location was just what we wanted.

Very cozy, comfortable beach house, smell was a little weird when we checked in but probably because it hasn’t been used in a while. No problems , perfect working appliances and a great overall experience. Would recommend to all.

Over all an amazing place to stay, this trip had multi generational guests. The decor and over all feel of the house is perfect and great to be able to come back to whether walking the boardwalk all day or sitting in the sand. Our only thing was which I don’t even know if the owner knows or not but the fridge doesn’t stay cold so it did make it hard to keep food or have a cold drink. I’d very much come back to this gem so close to the boardwalk!!

We rented this for a weekend down at the shore. It was perfect a nice little house right by the shore.

Very clean, very convenient to beach and boardwalk. It was a bit chilly (you never know with April weather), but we stayed warm and enjoyed the arcades and sweet shops.

This is an great beach get away for a family. The location is ideal, close enough to the action, but far enough for the peace and quiet. One block from both the beach and the boardwalk. The house is set up great for a family and everything was very clean. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back in the future!! Carolyn and John

I recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice, clean, well maintained and easy walk to the beach stay. The nice open lay out allowed us to relax while keeping an eye on the kids at all times. The front porch is a nice touch for your morning coffee. We loved it so much we stayed here twice this year!!

We had a great getaway for a few days at this Seaside Heights beach house. The parking pass and 6 beach passes provided were a great bonus and much appreciated. The location was perfect- close to beach and boardwalk on a quiet street. The outdoor shower was also a great addition. Shannon and her husband were very responsive and super accommodating! The only thing we had an issue with was the use of the outdoor grill. It was locked to a concrete block on the ground, which was about 1 foot away from the neighbor's car parked in the driveway. When we wanted to grill one night, our neighbors were not at home- we couldn't ask them to move their vehicle, and we didn't feel comfortable grilling so close to their car(s). But other than that, we had a wonderful couple of days!

Our best vacation ever!! The house, the area, and the beach is incredible! The owner even helped us jump start our car. 😁 Everyone in the area was incredibly friendly and the place truly felt safe and like home. We will be back! 😁

This is my second year in a row coming to this property in Seaside Heights and I cannot wait to come back again! The house is always SO clean. The location is great! Susan, Shannon, and Shannon’s husband are amazing to work with. I would recommend this house to any family looking to get away. You will not regret it and you will be so excited to come back!

This property was everything we were looking for! Clean, friendly owners who respond to messages right away, great location. Has a parking pass and beach passes and is within walking distance of the beach, boardwalk, Jersey shore house and restaurants. I was so pleased with everything this house offers and if I ever come back I only hope I can stay here again! Thank you guys so much for helping make this a smooth trip, we really enjoyed this house❤️
