Lovely idea to have a kitchenette in the room.

When I booked it I got to see a bigger room. I booked two apartments for the kids and for us. The double bed was super small and the room not as big as it showed on the picture. I would have preferred to get the real pictures of the rooms I was booking. I would probably have chosen a bigger and a smaller one.

It is a new modern hotel, staff were very polite and ready to help us with any questions. We will be glad to stay here next time :)

The restaurant in the hotel, but we have reserved the apartment (with kitchen) and nearby were a lot of cafes and restaurants so it was not a problem for us.

The team at the hotel were excellent, great welcome and nothing was too much trouble for them. The room we had was with the river and city view and was worth the extra. Spacious and comfortable. Onsite Italian restaurant was very good too. Location for us was great, 20 minute taxi from airport and the city is in walking distance along the river. We came for the Chritmas markets, which are a 15 minute walk away.

This place was great. The location is amazing, right next to the river and 3 min walking distance from public transit. We booked a river view room (highly recommended), and it was clean and very well maintained. The size was great too, for 2 humans and 2 large dogs! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They have covered parking (for an additional cost). Highly recommend this place.

Being charged so much extra. My room rate said hotel may collect 4 euros extra per guest. They made me pay 24 euros

Nothing everything was exceptional

The room had a good view of the river. It was only 10 mins walk to the centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room had good facilties.

Everything was perfect! From the moment we got the room until we left. The staff who received us at the reception helped with everything we wanted.

There is no washing machine in the room itself. There is one washing machine downstairs for all the apartments.

Staff were friendly and helpful :) room was huge and comes with a clean and well-equipped kitchenette. Short walk to the old town!

The Room was large and we had lots of space for the family. Breakfast was nice, both both the adults and kids had something to eat. There is a nearby Tram that takes you to the City center or that you can walk. The view to the river was great!

Air-conditioning was not that great, in the hot days of August it was not cooling enough. also it's the first hotel that they are stopping automatically the Air-conditioning every 3 hours even if you are in the room. at Night I woke up to start it again because I was swatting.
