Right on the Little Lagoon where we took our Hobie kayaks out fishing (caught trout and redfish) in the mornings and then a short walk across the road to the beach in the afternoons. The place had everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The location was the highlight!

Loved the location, the surrounding people. The only thing I could complain about is all these places at the beach need ice makers of some kind and a bigger refrigerator. Besides that I was pleased with everything else.

Lots of sun, fun, and sand! Beach is close. Kids had fun at the small beach at the property fishing and finding crabs and hermit crabs. Condo was clean with plenty of room for all!

This place was everything we needed for our stay plus more! The location on the bay side and a quick walk to the beach made this place perfect for the kids and adults! We already looked to book it again! The owner was very responsive to our needs. The kitchen was stocked well! Lots of space.

We really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful property. There is everything you need. I was surprised to even find spices in one of the kitchen cabinets. You will not regret staying here!

Some people go to Gulf Shore to be on the gulf/ocean. We enjoyed being right on the lagoon. So many water fowl daily and the sound of lapping water was so peaceful. We like being on the west end as there is less traffic. Nice getting to know neighbors. Accommodations were very comfortable. Owner was very responsive. We’ve booked again for next year.

We loved this rental. The location was great. It had the lagoon out the back door and the Gulf a very short distance out the front. We could fish either location. There was plenty of space for four adults to spread out. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location. Property is part of a duplex that sits right on the bay with a dock 10 feet away. The beach is about a 2 minute walk. Short drive to 59 where most of the restaurants and shops are in gulf shores. Each bedroom has a bathroom attached and two of three bedrooms have walk out decks. Overall very pleased with this spot.

It was clean and spacious enough. The location was good but it was hard to find the turn-in after dark due to the signage not being lighted enough. The sofa bed in the lving room was a bit saggy and not real comfortable. My son and grandsons really enjoyed fishing from the pier, and the resident heron was very friendly! Overall, I think the house was good and allowed us to have a very enjoyable time together.

This property was wonderful for our stay. 3 bedrooms & 3 baths. The lagoon in the back was wonderful for the teenager & younger 3 we had on our trip. The little beach area was so nice for our littles. The walk to be beach was super close & easy. You do have to cross a highway but it wasn’t busy. There is a closet outside with everything you need for the beach. I wish we would have known, it would have saved us room in the car. Lol. It is probably mentioned in the description & I didn’t see it. The house met all of our needs. It was perfect, clean, and welcoming. We utilized the pool several times. It’s small but cozy, our kids really loved it! We absolutely will be staying here again!!

This was the perfect house for families who like to fish and go to the beach! The location was perfect.

The property was just what we wanted and it was a great place to stay. There was plenty of room for our group of 7. The location was wonderful and we loved the views of the bay, and the walk to the beach was easy. We hope to rent this property again in the future. The property sits on the bay with easy walk to ocean. There was also a small pool. Great for kids.

The property was clean and well equiped. Fast check in and out. Great loction next to Lagoon and easy beach access. Perfect for any reason to be at the beach. I will look at renting again in the future. Caught some nice pomps and big croker of the pier in back.

We have been renting locations on the gulf for over 18 years, never have we dealt with an owner and neighbor so unpleasant. We only had 4 adults staying but we had family locally and told the owner that they would be visiting. Said that it wouldn’t be a problem and parking wouldn’t be a problem…… well that was far from the truth. Only space for 3 cars and other parking revolves around the other tenants and if they booked or not. Also the neighbor to the left acts as if he’s a police and owns the entire gulf. We were very uncomfortable because our kids were being recorded while they played and enjoyed relatives that they haven’t seen all year. The kids were playing tag and freeze and none were over the age of 10. We really felt discriminated against and wouldn’t recommend this rental to any minority. Owner demanded that our visitors leave the premises immediately or he would call the police. This was one of the worst experiences to share with our kids and loved ones that are getting older and won’t have too many holidays left. Do not rent from this owner!

Stop looking!! Book it now !! We looked for months and this was the perfect place. So clean and the views are amazing .

We enjoyed our stay at the little Logoon Beach house. The owner’s are very Easy to work with and the home was clean. The property is family friendly. This was our second trip to this property and my grandkids can’t wait to return!

We love the location and the property so much that this is our fourth time staying. This time we had Lisa and Randy as owners and they were wonderful. We had one issue and they worked quickly to resolve it. I know we will be back again.

Would not have booked if I knew was a duplex,, the people next to us were trashing our sude and very loud the whole time, Place was covered in sand but what I expect by the beach. They have someone who takes the trash to the street and never brings it back so you have to walk all the way down road to drop off trash. No internet the whole time. But I would come back if they'd just leave the trash cans and didn't have the neighbors checking on us( kind of intrusive)

Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. There was a smoker next door that was a little bothersome for our asthmatics when we tried to sit outside. Other than that we all enjoyed our time together and at the beach. We even looked into booking an extra night so we didn’t have to go home. We will definitely come again.

Heron Landing community is our favorite spot in Gulf Shores. (This was our first time in this unit since we needed more space for my Mother-in-law) The unit seemed to be in condition but there was still lots of sand on the floors when we arrived but it is the beach & I know how to use a broom. The big bed upstairs & the top bunk are a little noisy but comfortable enough. Only thing missing was a blender for making frosty drinks, but Walmart is close by, so I bought a cheap one. The Sunets over the Lagoon are the best! We will definitely be back.

The townhome was perfect for our family of 7. We loved the Lagoon just steps from the door. Our kids loved the pool and the quick walk to the beach.

We had a great stay. The house was beautiful and we had plenty of room. It was also nice just to sit outside and take in the view from the lagoon. Also have the boardwalk made it easier to get to the beach. We had a great vacation.

Everyone enjoyed our stay at Fun in the Sun-me, my husband, 5 young adults and a 5 year old child! We rented kayaks for the week from Go Go Kayaks-they deliver them to the house! We alternated between the lagoon, the pool and the ocean for swimming. The temperature of the pool was perfect-warm, but not too warm and still refreshing. My husband and I hiked at Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge-hot, but beautiful. The young adults went to Hangout one night and then Mudbugs for karaoke. We easily fit 3 small SUV’s under the house. We fished off the pier a couple nights and caught a few small fish. Very comfortable with each bedroom having its own bathroom for privacy. (Just too bad the master bedroom is not the one with the great lagoon view deck, but I guess this was a matter of logistics to fit the extra beds). This is a wonderful rental!

The location was absolutely perfect! The lagoon provided hours of fun when the waves were too big to play in the ocean. Our 5-year-old loved catching hermit crabs and fishing in the lagoon. The beach was right across the street and a very easy walk because of the nice boardwalk. A pool was a nice bonus! The house had everything we needed, was very cute and cozy with plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids. We loved that we were close enough to stores/restaurants but were not on a busy stretch of road/beach. Loved our time in Gulf Shores and we would definitely stay at this house again!

This condo was perfect for our family! We have a three year old and a one year old and the beach area on the bay was perfect for them! The condo has stairs but Lisa already had a baby gate there! Three bathrooms was more than expected but was so nice. Bedrooms were good size and beds were comfy. Kids loved drawing with chalk outside around the parking area, swinging, watching Herons and birds, and sitting on the private deck! The condo was in great condition and very clean. We will be back!

Property was everything as stated and more! Very clean, layout was fantastic! Back patio on Little Lagoon was super for evening bbq’s. Have already told others that this the place at reasonable prices! I will be back!

I would definitely look to rent this property again.
