Location bien située dans un endroit calme mais à proximité des commodités et d’une avenue vivante.
La maison de ville a du charme et très bien équipée.
Propriétaire à l’écoute et réactif. Key manager sympa et de bon conseil. Excellent séjour
Petite cour intérieure très agréable même
Si on a pas eu suffisamment de temps pour en profiter mais c’est un vrai plus.

From an uncomplicated and lovely welcome to a very nice and comfortable apartment in a great area to two super friendly and helpful hosts - it was just great. If you want to feel at home in Venice, you should stay at Gian Marco's place ;)

Absolutely perfect location. Quiet, close to the park and Bienalle, but still 15 minutes walk from the busy centre. Also very convinient water bus connections.

The location between Giardini & Arsenale was perfect for us... We explored a new area. It was near the Giardini vaporetto stop with great connections to Lido, the train station, Rialto... Everywhere!
The house was lovely, the decor, the courtyard, the neighbourhood. We had a great stay. Martina & Fabio met us at Giardini & escorted us to the house. They made us feel very welcome and gave us tips for local places to eat & shop. Giancarlo messaged us a kind of treasure hunt across Venice to find some hidden gems off the tourist track. We had a great stay & experienced a more authentic Venice by staying here.

Greeted by Martina at the vaporetto who welcomed us to Venice. She was very informative about the local area and nearby facilities. Great location near the gardens, via Garabaldi nearby provides supermarket and many great restaurants. Easy walk to S . Marco. Loved the residence with its courtyard and stylish decor. Made us feel like a local. Gian the owner was also available to assist if needed. Would definately return again.
The steep stairs up to the bedrooms could be a little difficult but otherwise everything was great.

Perfect Bienalle location in a comfortably sized, clean and functional 2bdrm house. It would suit a couple, or travel with friends or family. The downstairs and the main bedroom has air-con so it was comfortable in the hear and the kitchen is fully equipped. The bed was comfortable, and street not noisy. A nice alfresco interior courtyard with outdoor table seating to eat a pizza and have a glass of wine. Friendly and helpful hosts.
Everything was clean, however cotton bedding would be an improvement.

Excellent beds. Everything one could need was provided. Pleasantly cool downstairs. Convenient location for Biennale and restaurants and shops.
The stairs to bedrooms were a bit difficult for seniors.

Valentina was very helpful and responsive. The house was clean and spacious.
The bed could have been a little more comfy but it was OK.

We liked this apartment to the max. The location, close to the vaporetto and the park, the wonderful Via Garibaldi with all the restaurants and bars, the warm welcome by the host, all the information we got from him before we started traveling. Also very helpful with a late checkout. The patio is wonderful for your morning coffee and afternoon drinks. And the apartment has all the facilities: aircon in every room, tv in every room, super WiFi, and we loved living in a real neighbourhood.

Clean and well organised apartment. Perfect location for people visiting Biennale, 2 minutes walk from Giardini. Very quiet part of the town, but still close to the touristic center (15 min walk to San Marco). Supermarket, local shops and restaurants nearby.
