The most beautiful location. The breakfast they offered was incredible. Very friendly hosts and the room was perfect. Great value for money

This was our first B&B stay and what a treat we got! The hosts were very friendly, accommodation was 5 Star, location as less than 15mins to Tauranga City Centre yet far enough away to be quiet and private. Thank you Diane & Richard for your wonderful hospitality. Hope to stay with you again when we visit Tauranga in the future.

From the moment we met Diane and Richard at their gorgeous b & b we felt welcomed and right at home. Fantastic location, views, amenities and delicious cooked and continental breakfast was a real treat. Wish our stay was longer and would definitely stay again!!

Wonderful views from hillside location across pastoral scenes to Tauranga City. Very friendly and warm welcome from our host Richard. Very clean and comfortable luxurious room en suite with secure parking. Good advice on restaurants for dinner. Superb continental breakfast served by our host with very good coffee! Highly recommended!

The address is UPPER Ohauiti Road. Google Maps took us to wrong location. Spacious room with numerous guest-friendly amenities. Richard, our host, made a great breakfast. Even with misty rain, the views were stunning.
Diane, our hostess, was ailing, so we did not get to meet her.

The room was a luxurious cosy space with a private ensuite and a comfortable bed that looked out to some beautiful views of the local rural landscape and came with a free breakfast. I would definitely stay there again.
Nothing. The whole experience from start to finish was a nice and easy process. The room had its own private entry away from others guests and free parking. Our host was easy-going, friendly and very welcoming.

The breakfast was very good and tasty, and we enjoyed the attention to details service of the awesome hostess, Diane, who prepared the food, but we also enjoyed the information she shared about the retreat and the surrounding area. We would highly recommend this unique home away from home retreat for an overnight visit or an extended stay.
