The rooms are clean and tidy and the beds were very comfortable.

Handy location for reasonable price. Clean and comfortable and very friendly staff. Grate place to stay if you don’t know the area.

Booked because it had a Thermal Pool. Unfortunately the pool wasn't working. Wish we had been told. Kids were disappointed with the playground, which only had a trampoline.

The way the manager was treated. They will be taken to court.

Room was relaxed and comfortable, bed was good firmness, right in the middle zone.

Outdoor light still shone into room despite curtains, that was disruptive to sleep.

Not a lot to be honest, but it was clean and it was a bed for the night.

A number of issues. We booked this online and made some requests online also about a couple of changes. It ended up our room was double booked and that we almost didn't have a bed to stay in. Another group infact had to find elsewhere. The pool was "closed" yet it looked like some were still using it. The desk was quite often not manned and when it was the person organising it didnt seem to know what they were doing. We wont be back!!!

The room was clean and fresh .

I booked because of the pool. On arrival we were told that they were fixing the roof and it wasn't in use. I said I booked because of the pool ,having school children with me,and they said we could use it, but it was very clean. . The lady at the reception said she would bring us swimming towels ,but never did. I went to pull out the sofa bed to sleep in, and the sheets were covered in mould.

Kitchen and Bathroom were well stocked with items and very clean.

The shower was inadequate. The flow very pour and the toilet pressure also not good.

Good location. Clean, good resources. Plenty of space. Staff pleasant. Great value for money. Well recommended.
