A very Nice experience starting at 1834. Nice building in centre of Colmar with everything you need of equipment for a longer stay. We were very happy to stay here!

There was airconditioning

On booking.com it said that there was free parking availibility which I interpreted as there would be a parking available linked to the building. However we received instructions that we were supposed to park on the street which is not always free of charge and does not guarantee that we would be able to park nearby. They definitely used the nicest pictures to sell you on the beautiful 'boutique' style of the room your staying at. This was the main reason for me to book this place as it looked so beautiful. However, upon arrival we had an appartement which did not look anything like what was shown on the pictures. To be fair, it was still very modern en all necessities were available but it did not look like the beautiful pictures we saw.

It was a grate place for someone who can climb 46+ very steep narrow spiral stair case with your heavy suitcases. I was shocked. I have injured back and so does my husband. This should of been disclosed on description. Other than that everything was grate

really great location, just outside the old town. really luxurious and beautiful bedroom. very clean and well maintained.

for the price we paid 1200 for 3 nights, it would have been nice for the kitchen to be more equipped with kitchen roll, milk and bread. the coffee machine filter needed changing, so it kept dripping and I had to clean the kitchen surface everytime I used the machine. also for the bathroom to be more equipped with nicer toiletries like shower gel and body lotions etc. there was just the one very basic drying shower gel.

I didn t like the place at a point that I didn t stay there overnight ! We payed almost 300 eur to enter a place with miserable conditions.

Basically everything. 1) The floor that you see in the pics is fake (is a plastic to cover rooten wood); 2) I didn t saw any Spa and not even a possibility to have a spa in such a space; 3) No free/ no private parking. I think booking should check on places like this that are so overpriced !!! Almost 300eur for night...is unbelievable...

Location to old town.. Well equipped kitchen..

.the 62 stairs to get to the apartment.. Elderly people would not appreciate the climb.. Need to be advised.. The bathroom is new but a terrible design... Need to kneel in a deep bath to have a shower because of overhang of the roof..

mostly excellent, superbly well appointed - small things easily were less good but easily remedied

bed too small! blinds need repair. bedside lamps hanging from DIY(!) nail in wall - mine fell out when I switched lamp on on!

Nice spacious apartment.

The building badly needs a refresh. I would never tell the apartment from the photos was inside. The Spa was unusable - smelly and cheaply finished.

the room was really clean, the bed was very comfortable, the location was great.

there is no lift, quite a lot of stair if you stay at the top floor

the apartment is very clean and well-kept, well equipped with electrical appliances. we really enjoyed the time in the apartment. The sauna area also looked very clean and comfortable.

the location is good , free parking nearby, can check in late as no reception and self check in to get the key by password code, nearby have Auchan n Paul bakery nearby

Location and cleaness

Great for a short stay with friends, apartment suitable for 3, spacious and comfortable enough. Nice to have the hammam and sauna available, Ease of check-in with door code & key box.

Location isn't in the prettiest part of town, though still convenient. Spa out of order. Check-in information wasn't shared until day of travel - ok to leave the details out, but would be nice to know the process in advance.

The Whirlpool didn't work

The "Spa" was a disappointment: sauna out of order, no instructions how to turn on and heat jacuzzi and steam bath.

The apartment itself was well equipped, clean and comfortable.
